Fantastic experience from start to finish! I had the pleasure of dealing with Nicholas, one of the best sales reps I’ve dealt with in any line of work. Super attentive to what the issues were, walked me through the process step by step, was always available to connect with for questions, and an easy going personality which made it easy to work with him.
The crew doing the work was Noel and these guys were amazing. Took great care of my property, worked extremely diligently, respectful of my family and neighbours. Big smiles on their faces, looked like they really enjoyed the work they’re doing.

I was very impressed by the crew that came to work on my foundation. They worked 2 very long days in freezing conditions. They were hardworking and also nice.

Very professional. Daniel prepared our estimate for work to be completed and allowed us to save a little money by removing and replacing the existing interlock and base. Roger and his crew did an awesome job - excavated along most of the rear of our home, replaced the clay weeping pipe with new plastic weeping and drainage stone, cleaned and repaired the cracks they found with hydraulic cement and then applied the dimple sheeting sandwiched between two layers of Hydro Guard, then backfilled and tamped. All done in one day and cleaned up well as they finished up. Like all home repairs, only time will tell just how satisfied we are but we've had many heavy rain storms since and we're happy to have our dry basement back. Thank you RCC

RCC completed internal waterproofing to different parts of our finished basement (old construction and new construction). The detection of cause was thorough, professional and as we asked. We had called RCC Waterproofing in the spring to take a look at our leaky basement. Jamie called us right away to book the appointment and provide a free estimate.
