There are a lot of brokerages out there that offer training or certain features, however from my experiences those same brokerages can't compare with how Re/max Millennium fills that void. In addition, our marketing team is phenomenal, Deepak & team deliver any required product in a timely manner, I never have to ask twice at any given time, they work with you diligently to determine a suitable campaign or creating an ad, which is catered to your style and personality versus just putting together a cookie cutter template. Finally the upper management is phenomenal, my experience with Ron and his team has been outstanding, when we sit down together to discuss strategy or any sort of action plan you feel like your working with a partner; and best of all its a breath of fresh air to work with a Broker of Record who doesn't compete against you like most, rather provides a great system for you to thrive off of.its a win win system provided your ready to put in the work.

We decided to reach out to Sunita Saini for our rental investment property. Sunita was a go-getter! Within 1 week, she had the house on the market and viewings scheduled. By the end of the week, we had a tenant. Sunita did a thorough background check and made the entire process seamless and stress free. I would refer Sunita to anyone looking for a realtor.

The Sales Agent Sunita has been wonderful helping me search for a place, has gone as far as Kitchener, Hamilton Niagara falls to find a suitable place for me and my elderly mom to live. I enjoyed my experience with her.

From the top of the hierarchy to the bottom, this brokerage has so many unprofessional individuals! As a new real estate agent, I booked an appointment 1 weeks prior,  visited them, and met Ron Sally, the brokerage's owner, gave me a lot of lofty speeches!

They claim to have a highly effective communication system, but when I was anticipating their call for the next step, they didn't even respond for next three days. Then, I was promised Maria would be calling me as she take care after Ron sally, but this was simply more talk with no action. I repeatedly called to follow up, but no one ever returned my calls! Nancy contacts me after I've made a tonne of calls, and tells me I’m expecting the response too early (Really? 2-3 days)  then informs me that they aren't currently keeping any new agents! What I'm getting at is, they portray big but have no sense of professionalism and why did you waste so much of my time?

My experience was terrible, but happily I was saved because if they continued to act this way after I joined, who knows how they would assist us as new agents when we would need them!

I"ll not recommend to anyone to join this brokerage

I’ve been with Remax Millennium for some time now, there’s no other brokerage that offers this much value and support out there! Trainings are amazing and there are at least 4/wk, they are live and lead by field experts. Not some boring pdfs. Marketing dept is amazing! They literally do everything for you, it insane how much support you receive as an agent. They provide us with social media posts, clients’ presentations, videos, email templates and much more. Not to mention we have our own Millennium + app where you can access everything in 1 tab from anywhere in the world.
Ron Sally is an amazing broker of record! He’s always available for his agents day or night. He’s very knowledgeable and have many years of experience in the industry.

It is extremely important for a new agent to find the right brokerage. Nadia and Bashir.what can I say? The only thing I know for sure is that I gained new family members. This was a stressful time to look at a home due to me being pregnant, but Nadia was amazing! She really cared about my safety as well as the babies safety. She never wanted me to stress. I feel she also went above and beyond for Justin and I and I couldn't be happier. In the end, the home I purchased was everything I asked for and more. I wouldn't do it all over again anytime soon, however I would do it again as long as Nadia and Bashir are involved.
