Sara Khosravifard forced my friend and I to pay her under the table for a deal she did not close. This was not a cut of commission.it was an e-transfer that we felt forced to send so she would not further interrupt our search for a condominium. Very sad but very true.

Please ask your pseudo commercial agent Alina Spektor to refrain from asking people for deep pockets to try to scam money. There’s no such stupid Chinese investor! Tell the truth! There’s no rezoning application for the property and Alina shouldn’t be claiming it! She’s a liar! Fire her!

Our experience with Alana Muto from Remax Premier the Op Team was exceptional. She was reliable and great with communicaion- keeping us in the loop every step of the way. We are very satisfied with the end result. It was a pleasure to deal with her and we would definitely recommend her to others.

I know personally and professionally one of the agents Rob hinn. This guy cannot be trusted do NOT use him. All he cares about is getting rich quick he just wants your money doesn't want to help you.

Anahi Pintos, the realestate agent at this establishment, is the most unprofessional agent I have ever encountered. She's deceptive, rude and manipulative. She makes Re/Max look really bad. I recommend that Re/Max takes this feedback seriously and provides basic customer service training to Miss Pintos.

Did the on-line inquiry three days ago. No response. Then called the office direct and gave listing number and requested to set up a site visit. No call back.

I sure wouldn't want to be a seller using this company. So unprofessional. Re/Max "premiere" inc.more like "inferior"

If you can avoid dealing with anyone at this remax vaughan location specially Alfredo Digenova agent, he is a very dishonest person with unfair practices.
We tried contacting the office and both him and the office are very unprofessional.

Do yourself a big favor and refrain from advice or conversation with anyone from this establishment. Horrible people from the moment I stepped in and the worst of them all is knows as Amatul Waheed. She is honestly way in over her head. I’ve never came across someone so arrogant and self obsessed in my life. Don’t let any of the awards fool you, she shouldn’t deserve any of them. The USED car of realestate. This guy RON LEVERT has these hokey cards that are printed 'CALL RON ITS IMPORTANT" on the back but its printed to make it look he wrote it just for you and he has a buyer for your home. LOL He haunted us on our last property with the same card. I guess its not working too well for him. This would be ideal for selling a used car or trailer park. Judging from the other terrible reviews here and most people know Remax are the worst of the worst its fair to say they just won another award here. WOULD NEVER EVER CALL THIS COMPANY. Laughable in this day and age that this kind of rhetoric goes on.

Extremely pushy service from different reps at my address over time but the situation I had yesterday with someone leaving a flyer for a Cornel Veliceasa was too far. I attempted to contact Cornel to make sure the situation doesn't repeat with myself or any other members of my community.

He and your reps need complete retraining to include endangering people as bad for the company image; bothering people who are already stated as unavailable is borderline harassment, and that calling multiple times late into the night or over a short period of time to someone who said they would call the following day is harassment and unacceptable on late nights or weekends especially.

These reps need to understand that this is a sales pitch. That means no matter what your rep has to say it is in no way shape or form important enough to ENDANGER the residents or workers by disturbing them during potentially dangerous home maintenance work; especially if it's very obviously work by done (in this case it was obviously roofing work on a slanted roof and the rep was told that the person on the rooof was busy and unable to speak by a different resident at the house right before he decided to call up and consequentially verbally surprise the person on the roof). Please train your reps accordingly as to the difference between knocking on a door And disturbing workers on the slanted roof.

On top of that please train your reps how not to harass someone by phone. This rep has now has called 5 times between 7 pm and 9pm last night even with me leaving a voicemail stating that I will try to call back tommorow (today) the phone still rang several times. I do not want to hear my phone ringing at 8: 45 pm for your agents calling repeatedly and I stated that the next day I would call only to see so many missed calls. I will not be counting on someone who endangered someone and calls too many times to late at night to handle my complaint since calling once results in calls back all night.

For anyone looking to rent or purchase a house from REMAX PREMIER agent Viet Nguyen from the Vaughan office, don't waste your time.

He wants to do everything under the table, asks for first and last months rent provided to him in cash. If you ask him for more information, for example asking for the landlords name and number for confirmation. He will then begin to lash out. He also set up a meeting with us to meet the landlord, but forgot to mention that the landlords are currently out of the country and wouldnt actually be there.

We tried calling the Vaughn Remax Premier office in which he stated he worked at, to ask if them about their rental procedures, and if this man is legitimate. They were very unprofessional with us and then asked us for his information to be able to contact him (They don't have their own agents contact information?).

Due to the circumstances we decided it was best to move on, and withdraw our application.
Viet Nguyen then proceeded to text us afterwards. He told us that he has more properties available and that he "now knows who will not be the tenants. " He also informed that he had received a call from his boss, and called us "very rude".

Just trying to look out for other first time Toronto renters, and save them the added trouble in an already difficult market.
