I had the unfortunate experience of dealing with Eva Alhadad and I must say that it was a complete nightmare from start to finish. This broker's unethical practices and lack of integrity are truly astounding, and I feel compelled to share my experience to prevent others from falling into the same trap.
From the very beginning, it was clear that this broker was more interested in making a quick buck than in genuinely helping. She consistently downplayed the issues with the properties she was showing me and conveniently left out crucial information that would have affected my decision. It was evident that she was willing to bend the truth and hide important details just to make a sale.
Communication was another major issue throughout the entire process it was often vague and unhelpful the lack of transparency and willingness to keep clients in the dark was deeply frustrating and unprofessional.
What truly solidified my belief that this broker was engaged in unethical practices was the way she handled negotiations. She constantly pushed me to accept deals that were clearly not in my best interest, pressuring me with claims of competing offers and time-sensitive situations. It was as if she was trying to manipulate me into making a decision without properly considering the consequences.
The final straw came when I discovered that this broker had failed to disclose important legal and structural issues with the property I was interested in. These issues would have had serious financial implications for me down the line, and it was clear that the broker had intentionally kept me in the dark to secure the sale. This level of deceit is not only unprofessional but also downright unethical.

Due to Eva Alhadad I had a highly disappointing experience with this broker. Despite clearly stating that I was already working with a realtor, she persistently attempted to persuade me to sign up with her instead. Her unprofessional behavior extended to speaking negatively about other realtors, which I found both unhelpful and disrespectful. I would not recommend her services to anyone seeking a real estate professional who values integrity and respect.

Worst experience I've had from any brokerage that I've done business with. VERY shady
