Whatever you do, Don’t deal with Asif Jamil from this brokerage, one of the most Unethical realtors I have EVER dealt with. Made us jump through hoops to get into a condo that had a fridge that did not work amongst many other issues with the unit. On top of this he colluded with my room mate to try and illegally evict me and I had to contact the landlord’s son and involve him to work things out. He then stole a key deposit from me saying the unit needed to be cleaned due to damage on the carpet from my roommates pets and said I was responsible for the damage though they were not my animals nor was it in my room. When we moved in the unit was covered in grime and even had food from the last tenant still in the cupboard! Do yourself a favour and steer clear of Asif, Most unprofessional and unethical service I have ever received and a great example of what not to do as a realtor.

My query to reality agent Muhammad Imtiaz was about some new real estate prospects but he misbehaved with me that i cannot buy anything what a rude person he is

I have been contacting Muhammad Imtiaz the realtor but he is such a irresponsible and unprofessional person in responding to me that I don't believe he is working on such a big platform, he has always miscommited me on every point.

I had a great experience dealing with Muhammad Imtiaz. He was very honest and clear in all his dealings and provided me with excellent guidance. I would certainly refer his services to my friends and relatives for buying or selling their houses or condos.

Staff are not wearing masks.lots of crowding and children running around.not safe or professional

Today, I came into the remax realty one office to meet with my agent. I entered into the Sussex building which has a strict mask-on policy.upon entering the office, I noticed that the receptionists at the front desk were not wearing masks. ALL the agents within the office were also not wearing masks.

It is very concerning that none of the agents adhere to the city by-law or building protocol. I have reported this business to 311.if you’re looking to buy a house, go to an office that cares about the health and safety of their staff and customers. There are many businesses and real estate offices who follow laws and procedures.businesses that don’t care about health during a global crisis are not deserving of business.

Perfectly located real estate office in the centre of Mississauga, aside from the confusing parking lot i had dropped in to make a deposit last week and the receptionist was very patient as i was a first home buyer with many questions and concerns and she explained all the next steps to me and was super kind and generous, Cynthia even took the time to ask if i wanted a coffee as i wait for my deposit. I am very grateful to have encountered a great office with great staff which is hard to find. I will consider them for any further real estate needs. Thank you Remax Realty One
