Doesn't even come close to Value Village. Absolutely Garbage Selection. Nothing worth even looking at here. Prices are bad. Don't even bother stopping here.

Great store. Very clean and well organized. They do a great job. I love that they have three sticker colors on sale all the time.

A pleasure to shop here. Everything is well displayed, not overcluttered or any disarray! I have found reasonably priced items that have been gently used. A charity shop so your money benefits other people. It is staffed by volunteers.

Well Her Husband Kicked me Out and Told Cathy That i Should Not Come Back, and Now Everytime i Go to This Store Just to Look Around Cathy Escorts Me Out of the Building like im Some Pest,

This is the Closest Thrift Store Near me Because the Upper Ottawa St Vincent De Paul Location Closed Down after Covid,

Went Here Recently But Had to Get My Mom to Call the Store So i Dont Get Escorted Out Again and Bid on a 90s Brick Phone, a Guitar, a Ukulele and a Medieval Era Meat Cleaver and Sword in their Auction and When My Mom Told The Worker That i Almost Spent 300 Dollars on the Auction She Fought With my Mom on the Phone Saying that i Shouldn't Come Back and Bid Anymore,
This Was the Same Lady who Back in 2017 Told Me to Get in the Back of the Line Because of Some Mother Who was Complaining About Me But Instead of Defending Me She Defended the Mother Just Because She Was "Female" and a "Mother" Even though this "Mother" Was Being just as Rude to Me as the Lady who Worked their and the Lady at the Counter Told Me to Leave Anyways

For a Christian Thrift Store They Do Have Good Inventory But some of the Staff Their are Very Rude

Also One of The People Who Used to Visit This Place When it Opened as Well He's Some Muslim Guy Who's a Midget, Well He Got Banned By Cathy's Husband as Well and Now You Usually See Him Hanging Around the Store During Weekends When their Closed Looking For Free Stuff at This Stores Dumping Site Because the Both of Us Aren't Allowed Inside

also as of October 8 2022 i went back to this store to look for a frying pan for my mom and cathy told me to leave like usual and when i tried to call my mom about the issue her and her husband ganged up on me and told me they were gonna get the cops in the back to arrest me

(i should have said like my friend alan wolf that i hope the cops are nick wilde, judy hopps and leon kennedy that way they can bail me out)

i went back home and my mom called them and asked for cathy they said cathy was not their and they hung up,

when she asked for her husband they hung up and turned off their phone

my mom said that shes gonna press charges on them for both threatening a person on the autism spectrum and doing this for years

This place is a hit or miss. Very overpriced but there is some good things if you search. However, I do not understand why people volunteer at this establishment if they do not like people. A big chunk of the people working there are very rude and quite frankly treat you like they do not want you there. There is some kind volunteers but they sadly do not make up for the utter disrespect that the rest of these people treat you with.

Love donating and thrift shopping at this store. Everything is sparkling and inviting to buy!

Unique kind of thrift store.you should definitely take some time out in your day to browse the isles.

Little bit of everything here. Antiques, albums, books, clothes, furniture and a silent auction. All items are clean and well taken care of. All volunteer run. Aside from overhead, all proceeds go to Hamilton charities.

This place has great prices and the staff is always friendly. I recently donated something I was not supposed to and long story short it was still there and I was prepared to pay for it and Kathy said no you had made a mistake and just take it. You do not find that anywhere but here. That's why I donate here and shop here.

I did enjoy shopping here until the prices went through the roof. They get the stuff for free. The workers are mostly volunteers. Why the increase in prices? Hard pass.

Great thrift store! Staff is friendly and the shelves are always stocked. Love the tag sales, you’ll get certain percentages off depending on tag colour. It’s also nice to see the profits going towards different charities within our community.

This place is ok. The prices seem to be steep for what is there. A lot of junk here but some hidden gems if you can find them.

Went in looking for some furnature pieces and like so many thrift stores the prices were way to high. I guess I will wait for garage sale season to get some deals.

I've been here many times. Always something different. If you see something you like, but it because it may not be there next time you go. Always clean and very helpful staff.

How does a place that gets everything for free charges taxes and things are stating to get a little pricey

Fantastic selection! And actually inexpensive pricing, always check here before Value Village. They often also have sales, like $1 for all children’s clothing. Have found so many good pieces of furniture here, and all their electronics are tested by their skilled volunteers before selling.

Lots of stuff and good prices. The hours are meh but it seems to be run by volunteers so I am happy they arent worked to the bone

Friendly helpful staff all around. I asked if they had any more of the hinges I found in the back and was promptly helped by a friendly man in the back. Both times they helped me find something I wanted and I will continue to be back!

Some of the process are a little high but that seems to be the trend in restores today

Bought an item that was slightly damaged asked for 1$ Off an 8$ item and was told no I kept pointing out flaws and was repeatedly told no. I do realize this is a second hand thrift shop however alot of the thrill in purchasing items is also to believe you are getting a good deal aswell. I will never go there again. I drove an hour just to see this store and they lost a customer who's retired and does this everyday. I was also told that if she gave me 1$ off then she would have to do that for everyone. Does this mean alot of people are asking and she is saying NO or was I the first ever customer to ask for small discount? Either way she said she had the ability to do this and was choosing not to. Customer lost over 1$ sorry

Clean, high quality, organized, caring, compassionate place. The volunteers here are incredible and go beyond the call in helping. All proceeds go to charity and there are periodic 50% off sales.
