Start to finish, my experience with Robert from Rewrap was exceptional. He was always friendly, professional, responsive and easy to work with. While most refinishers were not willing to deal with leather or with carpentry, Robert was able to do wonders with both. He helped us reconfigure and refinish a large leather sectional into a smaller piece that was more suitable to our space.

Robert was timely with pick up and delivery, he completed the job on-budget and ahead of schedule, and he took extra care to ensure that the finished product met our needs. I was lucky to find him and now I plan to recommend him to everyone I know!

They fixed 2 leather couch cushions for me and did a great job. Also, very reasonable prices and a quick turnaround time.

Having some family Heirlooms chairs re-done went to many people but Robert just seemed the most qualified and honest. Told him I wanted perfection nothing less. They will be totally new and changed from velvet to Leather. Totally looking forward to seeing them done.

Gary and the team at Re-Wrap did a beyond beautiful job sympathetically restoring a set of eight Louis XVI style chairs for an absolute steal. Gary is cheery and kind and generous with his time, and collaborative in the best possible way. He understood our vision and made sure it was executed perfectly, no matter what!

Couldn't recommend Re-Wrap enough and plan to be back with more big projects. If you're planning to go with Re-Wrap, my one piece of advice is to be a bit old school and actually call Gary consistently-the shop is so busy other kinds of messages get a bit lost, but he's always happy to chat on the phone.

Truly an awful experience. When I first visited there was a "back at 12PM" sign on the door. It was 12: 15. Waited 15 minutes and Gary finally arrived. Gave him my massage chair backing for a quote on repairing it and he promised to quote me on it. Checked back the next week.and the next.and the next.and so on for two and a half months. At which point he informed me that he was "doing me a favor" quoting it at all (which he hadn't done so far.). Took another two weeks to take it back as his hours are so undependable. I'll look for someone else who has some semblance of time management skills.

Garry did a great job recovering my dining room chairs though it took longer than expected, it was definitely worth the wait. Friendly service, helpful advice, simplified the whole process and l'm thrilled at how great they look. Really appreciated the pickup and delivery service and would not hesitate to use Rewrap again. I recently purchased a living room ash wood lounge chair with a felt seat. Unfortunately, the felt seating was hideous and I wanted to re-upholster it with something more trendy and sleek. I have never re-upholstered any of my furniture so I was a bit unsure on what material I should go with.

When I contacted re-wrap through their online form, I've expressed interest to go ahead with a black leather covered seat. The next day of reaching out, Robert emailed me back with a detailed response with pros and cons of going with leather. Furthermore, he gave me an option to consider - Vinyl. Immediately, I was appreciative of the effort that Robert has put in to help me out through this process so I decided to drop by with the chair and have Rob and his people look over the item.

When I visited the store, the guys at Re-Wrap were friendly and with some good sense of humour. Initially, Rob mentioned he did not have any leather and it would be quite costly to order a hide in. Nonetheless, when I stopped by the shop, he was able to find enough leather to cover the seat of the chair and has also offered a reasonable price for the labour and the leather. Furthermore, Rob noticed that one of the legs was slightly warped - of course this concerned me as it seemed like an additional cost to trim and align the legs so they were even. However, Rob had no issue to align the warped leg at no cost.

Overall, it took about 3 weeks before I got my lounge chair (re-upholstered and the warped leg aligned). When I came to pick up my chair, I immediately noticed the transformation it went through - the entire piece looked better than ever before!

What seemed to be s stressful and confusing process ended up to be a seamless and well done job. I would definitely go back to Rob for any other work I would need in the future.

Garry and the team at Re-Wrap are a dream come true! They took excellent care of a precious family heirloom chair - cleaned her up, fixed the seat of the chair properly, helped me pick out stunning vintage-inspired fabric and put the whole thing back together. Threw in an extra cushion with the leftover fabric for free! They even picked it up and delivered it back to me. I couldn't be happier with the results!

After doing some research on upholsterers in our area and seeing some good reviews for Re-Wrap and having a short conversation with the owner Gary about our upholstery need, my husband dropped off our 3 chair cushions to get a "softer" foam to replace the current foam and keep the same cover. Not a big job. We were given a cost and time frame of 1 week for them to be done.to which we agreed. (These are brand new molded plastic frame Aero Sarinaan chairs just purchased and the only thing uncomfortable about them is the small foam seat cushions). We were asked to leave one of the chairs for him to us as a reference for the 3 seat cushions to be refitted with the softer foam.
A week later my husband called to see how things were going and was told they hadn't been started yet as they had a very busy week but would start them over the weekend and the seat cushions would be done the following week. Again we agreed as that didn't seem unreasonable.
Well today is "next week" and after a call today were told they hadn't started them yet but would begin today. At this point my husband said he just wanted to get our chair and cushions back and to forget about doing the job. (I'm wondering if our job was just too small to take priority and could be pushed back.)
I guess Gary didn't like what my husband said and that the 1 week time line we were originally quoted for the job that turned into 2 weeks.now beginning 3 weeks was an unreasonable expectation and told my husband he "didn't like his attitude". "after all it's a pandemic". And he could pick the undone cushions and chair up today.
Excuse me Gary. We are ALL suffering and working in this pandemic.not just you! Please tell me who has the attitude problem here!
For your future customers you might want to consider personally calling to let them know if you are running behind and asking if they mind and still want to proceed. That is NOT what you did with us.
By the way Gary.this is the wife of the man you said had the bad attitude. Does that mean you want to disrespect me now as well?

Had such a wonderful experience with Garry and his team re upholstering my kitchen chairs. From start to finish, they were kind, professional and most importantly did a fantastic job. It was very quick (two business days) and exactly what I had hoped for.

I reached out to Re-Wrap for a quote over email about altering two leather cushions I use as a headboard.

First thing I liked about them was how quick I got a response. Then when I responded with more questions the owner gave me a call to clarify everything. Further communication went well over email and phone.
I gave them the cushions and in a week they were completed, exactly as I requested it.
They even added extra filling on top of the original to make the cushions more plump.
I am extremely happy with how they treated me and with the results. I will continue using their services and I recomed you do as well.

We recovered and replaced the foam on a sectional couch with them. They did such a fantastic job we got them to do the same on another sectional! They do amazing work. Robert was extremely helpful with helping us decide what we wanted to do. Pick up and delivery was very well done too; and the second section was on the second floor. If I had a third one the needed recovering, I'd use them too.

I 100% recommend this business for your re-upholstery needs! Garry is fantastic, responsive to a customer's needs, and he and his team deliver an excellent product! My armchair and foot-stool that he re-covered now have a new life allowing me to use them for another many, many years (they are already about 15 years old)! So pleased that I found Re-Wrap online - definitely check them out!

Spoke with some guy named Robert who asked me send him an email with pics of the items that needed to be re-wrapped. I did but got no reply. So after a week I sent another email saying I know he's busy but if he could manage to send a quote at some point it would be appreciated. 6 weeks now, still no reply. A simple sorry not interested or some excuse would have sufficed. I guess they're very selective as to the kind of furniture they work on and in my estimation it would have cost $500 to re-upholster my 2 storage ottomans. Thankfully there are other places to go to.don't like disrespectful elitist!

Great experience! Fast and efficient. Very fairly priced. Excellent selection of leading designer fabrics. Gary and Robert were fun to work with and very accommodating. Had a bench re-upholstered and they salvaged all left over material to produce beautiful throw pillows. Recommended!
