Bought a car recently but it came with the most headache.

The person who sold it to us has a buying relationship with my family for about 6 years now so I went to him, He completely had no respect for my space and time.

He would call and messaging at the most inconvenient times. He would request for me to show up to the dealships within a 15 mintue window as if I didn't have any other obligations that day.

Next time he shouldnt use such of a nagging approach when dealing with customers and I recommend that he actually listens to what his customers needs and wants are.and abide by them.

We purchased two cars from Saleh, he’s a great salesman who is professional, kind and funny! We went back to buy our second car from this dealership only because of Saleh. I highly recommend you ask for Saleh by name when shopping at this dealership.

Vinh was the worst salesman we have ever experienced from a honda dealership. Saw this accord 2017 sport model yesterday and contacted precision honda. Vinh asked us to comeover to look at the car, we requested him to send us the car fax but he sent the photos of it instead of pdf which we were okay with and he also informed us that the car was almost sold to someone else but unfortunately they did not approve for finance this is why we have it listed once again. Hearing this, we went over and reached there at 10: 30, he directly came to us with the license plate for a drive test without asking us any details. He told us there was a person who came yesterday and he did not put any advance that is why we are showing you the car and asked us to proceed faster with our decisions. We remembered he lied to us about not approving finance. I had to ask him about taking down the drivers information and verifying the drivers licence to which he said he will just take a picture in his phone. Later, he sat in the back of the car and my boyfriend began driving as we moved he started to ask if we are interested to trade in our bmw 2008 to which we said yes. He then said, our car is worth just $200. He told us the story with his customer who had the same car and honda offered just $500 for it. He then asked if we were permanent resident and ready to put 15% down payment, we said we are temporary residents and we are not willing to put any downpayment. Instantly, he asked us to turn the vehicle around saying go back without wasting any time and said finance will not approve because of being temporary residents and 0% down, but i did kindly tell me that we have our friends who are temporary residents and have finance for about 72months with 0% down. Then he said, no Honda dealership gives temporary residents with 0% down which i never heard from any Honda dealers. As you can see, before we got there he lied about the customers finance not being approved, second he did not tell us about the temporary residents and downpayment because he never asked us our information. We had to travel all the way from Scarborough to Mississauga for this vehicle which is about 40km, which was a complete waste of time and money for him and also us.

This location is rip me off don, t go to this place I have Honda Accord and car display was showing A12 error I called and confirm with them about service I required n they told me I need oil change tier rotation n filter change I drop my car n I also told them my front wheel tier have some issue with loose of air I had problem with same tier before and I fixed it this time they told me the same story that their is nail in the tier and we fixed it but I know what expertly they did they just did calibration I am still having same problem and car is showing low pressure for doing only 3 things which now I am not sure they even did it or not they charge me $330. Never ever go their completely to rip off

Very impressed with the service I received at this dealership! I had Saleh help me out in purchasing a 2015 Hyundai Tuscon. The process from checking out the vehicle to driving off with the newly purchased SUV was very efficient. Saleh made it so that the process was as easy as can be. Highly recommend this dealership!

I've been a loyal customer to them for more than 10 years and in the past few years they've consistently given me terrible service. Their mechanics fix one problem and create another so you come back to spend more. Their service advisors are nice in front of you and complain and swear about you behind your back (i heard them once when they thought i wasn't listening). Even their manager is discourteous in his email responses. I always have to be on guard with these cunning folks. They used to have some nice service advisors but they don't work there anymore. Satisfied customers over here are usually ignorant customers who have no idea about their cars or spending.

Farshid outdid himself! I called him after hours on his cell and he picked up and got everything sorted with my insurance. He was also somewhat of a therapist on the day I picked up my car. He wasn’t pushy or overbearing. He was honest and patient. I couldn’t have asked for a better person to help me through this process!
I’ve had the car for a few days now and I have no complaints. It’s 2021 Honda, I don’t foresee many complaints.

I had my 2005 odyssey in for service for an electrical repair as the signals and other components stopped working. I paid 460 bucks to fix it. About a week later they stopped working. I take it back for them to fix it and nothing worked. The manager Greg, said, “its an old van, I’m out money for trying to fix it. ” Nothing I can do about your money! So if you have an older Honda, do NOT take it here. Or you will be out money.

I was referred to Shawn Sheikh by a Uber driver, I told the Uber driver I was looking to buy a car but most places wont let me lease because my credit unfortunately was low due to past circumstances and was told by the Uber Driver to meet with Shawn, he said "he is a very good man and will work for you, he's not like most sales, he is different he is a really good man with a good heart". My experience was very positive! My salesperson was Saleh who provided great service. At no time did we feel pressured and felt we could have an honest conversation with him. We also had a small issue after picking the vehicle up, I contacted him and he quickly worked with us to resolve the issue. Definitely recommend the dealership and especially Saleh.

He made the buying process simple and he made sure that I got the car in 3 days delivered, He walked me through the features and benefits and educating me about the model I was going to buy. This is my second review for Shawn Shiekh. I vouch that all the positive views are extremely accurate. I wrote an original review back in 2017 from a different account. As stated before, Shawn goes above and beyond to meet your needs, he is a miracle worker, when all else feels hopeless he is your guy. Pretty good as Honda dealership service goes. Yes, they will push unnecessary service on you but if you are an informed consumer you can count on expertly performed car maintenance on things that DO need service.

I like the salesman there. I went there to participate in the Air Miles promotion. I wanted to buy a cabin filter and the salesman at the parts asked me about the mileage of my car and told me that I should chech my existing filter and wait to replace it. I like the fact that I get I can collect Air Miles from them. I don't think that any other Honda dealer have that privilege.

Worst customer service ever. I came in here twice looking for a motorcycle for myself. No one else in the place and I couldn’t get a sales associate to talk to me. I guess they don’t think a woman walking in is buying a motorcycle. Gave them a second chance but had the exact same experience. Won’t be giving them a chance again.

Where do i begin?

I just purchased my first car with ready honda and i got to say it was one of the most easiest and stress-free processes i have ever been through. My thanks and gratitude go out to Shawn for his excellent service in helping me out and accommodating me with my needs. I've been to other dealerships and i haven't felt the love that i've felt when dealing with Shawn, i would definitely be doing business with them again.

Where do I start? So many terrible things all at once

I have a 2017 Civic Touring, top of the line, packed with all safety features. Within less than 1.5 years and less that 28,000kms on it, the vehicle is starting to disappoint. When I purchased my Honda Civic, I was told the service department is great and Honda is one of the most reliable car brands out there. Absolutely not true…

I had brought in my vehicle to Ready Honda in hopes they fix the problem of my front heated seats not working well. I advised the representative when booking the appointment that I will need a loaner vehicle as I was told I would need to drop in the vehicle for the full day.

When I dropped my vehicle in, I am told that no reservation for a loaner vehicle was made. I was thrown off as I made it absolutely clear that I would need one ahead of time. Definitely made sure of that this time, because the last time I asked for one, I was rudely told by a service representative that I did not reserve one and he will not give me a loaner. Anyways, this time, the representative tried to assist. He managed to get me a horrible 2012 Honda Civic. Dropping off a new Civic Touring with lots of safety features and picking up a base model 7-year-old Civic with no features was absolutely disappointing. Not only the vehicle was old, but was absolutely disgusting. The back seats were filthy and the vehicle was not even washed. The mirrors had so much snow residue and dust that it was impeding my visibility. The vehicle did not have winter tires nor any safety features at all. The tires made a weird noise every time I took a turn or moved the vehicle. I was disgusted by this. Not the treatment you would expect from a well-known dealership.

In terms of my vehicle, I dropped it off for my scheduled appointment at 8: 30am. I did not hear back from the dealership all day so I decided to call at 3pm, 6.5 hours after the vehicle was dropped off. As I am asking the receptionist to transfer me to service, she rudely interrupts and with an impatient tone says OK and transfers me before I even finish my sentence. That is not the way to answer a phone. That is horrible customer service.

I am then told by the representative that the dealership is so busy that they did not even look at my care yet. Not sure why an appointment was even necessary if the dealership is going to keep your car for an entire day without even inspecting it. More disappointments…

Finally, the representative calls me around 4: 45pm informing me that there is no problem with the heated seats. Baffled I asked what did they do to the car. I have been experiencing the problem for weeks. The representative then tells me that the reason the seats may be taking long to heat up “because every car is different, the leather seats and maybe the clothes you wear might affect it”. At that point, I knew that this dealership is not only unprofessional, but is probably the worst place to trust a vehicle with.

My vehicle is under warranty and is barely 1.5 years old. I do not have much mileage on it and the vehicle is already breaking down. The dealership makes the most ridiculous excuses to avoid fixing the vehicle. This all showed me how Honda is NOT a reliable brand and this dealership is completely unprofessional.

Your customer service is terrible, your vehicles are horrible and your “expertise” are questionable.

I purchased my first car at Ready Honda. It was a pleasure to deal with Gohar as he was very knowledgeable and professional and helped me through all the steps to complete a smooth purchase.

Amazing Experience!

Sam (sales and leasing consultant) and Alex (business manager) were both a pleasure to work with. They are so kind and caring. Sam gave us the grand tour of our Civic and answered all of our questions about the car, in great detail. He also reached out to us (after our purchase) to make sure everything is going well and if we had any questions. I truly appreciate the time he has put into making sure we’re happy with our Honda. Alex is a doll. She’s such a people person and I enjoyed working with her. I’d give this team a 10/10!

I picked up my brand new 2018 Honda Civic Coupe from the dealer last week. To make a long story short the service was horrible from the time I had signed papers the communication disappeared. Upon picking up my brand new vehicle I noticed numerous issues damaged to the driver door, interior was damaged door trim panels, winter package was missing horrible detailing from the service. I doubt a PDI was even done to my vehicle. Its been over 14 days now and still nothing resolved I have taken this up to Honda Canada. BE AVISED WHEN PICKING UP YOUR VEHICLE TAKE SOMEONE WITH YOU TO INSPECT THE VEHICLE PRIOR TO DRIVING OFF THE LOT!

Also they have the auto financing executive in the office which will help you to determine if you qualify. Sam was helping us to identify the right car and deliver it one time. Sam also explained the features clearly with all the details. Also Alex the financial advisor got our Auto Finance application approved in a short span of time. Purchased a 2018 Honda Accord, had zero hassle going through the sale process as Shawn and Kar Man made sure everything was straight-forward. I was recommended a broker that helped save on Insurance too. Once receiving the car, I had a rare factory issue with the dashboard making a sound in certain weather conditions. The service department fixed it and offered a loaner car knowing that I was unable to wait for the repair to be done. Overall great service from both the sales team and service team.
