The staff are great but we're starting to be able to afford less and less. It's still one of the cheapest stores out there though.

It is a supermarket that has a variety of products, and its checkout service is very efficient.

Awesome store, but sometimes the people selling credit cards near the main entrance can be annoying and talk very loud.

Excellent selection of products for reasonable prices. I appreciate the provisions provided if you spend over $300

Unhelpful customer service. They offered to help with my issue when the entire situation was explained, but then back-tracked after-the-fact and did nothing for me. The store's customer service and price match policy is very disappointing.

Variety of things you can get, selection is vast. There's also a Joe fresh here so overall its a great place ️️️️️

My first choice for grocery purchase. They literally have everything and they accept PC points too.

Absolutely disgusted by their deli and bakery departments. It’s December 15th and their pita breads expired in November and are full of green mould.

It’s got almost everything you could need. Price match makes this my go to place to shop in town.

Huge huge store. The largest Superstore I've ever been in. Love to wander the many home goods aisles. Also a gigantic Joe Fresh at this location!

Although I want to give 5 stars for quality of the produce, stuff always in stock or raincheck will be given etc. I am changing it to one star for their lack of following covid protocols I was there today from about 12-1 shopping and I seen over 20 people without masks: (honestly I do not feel safe shopping there anymore (I spend over $250 there each week we are a family of 5 i am about to take my business somewhere else) I am home all the time with my kids and my husband works from home. If we get Covid I will know exactly where we got it. I am reaching out to the head office and next week when I shop I want to see someone at the door to make sure people have masks on or they should provide exemption papers. We all have to do our part to stop this virus so our lives can go back to normal. Like seriously there is no way that many people can be exempt from wearing masks my one year old can wear a mask when we go to doctor so people should put their own priorities behind themselves and care about other people too. But mostly I am upset with Superstore for there lack of safety. At the beginning of the pandemic there was always sanitizer and multiple locations now you can hardly find anywhere. Not happy

Nothing beats coming an hour early for ps5. Just to see a massive family of 22 there to scalp every single one

Real Canadian Superstore always have great prices and quality. This store has the layout a bit different from other stores, but I think it's because they have a higher variety of products. Fresh grocery is the main reason I go here!

Absolutely terrible organizing PS5 sale this morning. Some people actually 5 of them show up with same car all of them probably same household students from India maybe not even living in this area. Rest of people after them in line regular costumers, and guess what, manager decided to let them buy 5 of 10 PS5 what was on sale. True She said that they need to be shamed, like they care about it. Even one of the young people stood up and explained manager what this people are doing but no reaction. This is just not fair to your regular costumers. You need to organize this better and hopefully realized that you sell this to people who will put this on market place and sell for 850 to 900 dollars to desperate parents who wants this console for their children. Thank you for this, my foot will not step in your store never again. Marry Christmas

The only store that doesn't price match their own flyer I grabbed eggnog and chocolate almonds get to the self checkout and Tell the girl they are a different price than the flyer and I don't want to pay that much she deleted them and walked away? It's your own flyer. I guess 1 overwhelmed employee doing 8 registers I probably would just Doo the easy thing too.

Amazing value for money.i would still like to see more variety of international food. Like i didn't find atta and Indian veriety of rice.

Very clean and not too busy around 330PM on a Monday. Nearly every register was open so there were no lines. Staff was respectful and helpful.

Huge store. Surprisingly really good vegan selection and decent prices on them. Found a bunch of vegan stuff here I was not expecting! Daiya pastas, Chao cheese, Daiya yogurts, Big Mountain, Yves, Gardein. They also have a lot of PC brand vegan things now. Everything is a bit scattered so you have to hunt around for those items a bit but they do have specific sections for dairy free and meat alternatives as well. Lots of parking. Well stocked and clean. No longer separate entrances/exits for COVID regulations.

Huge supermarket with great selection of items. Great prices and fantastic sales and discounts. They always have great free gifts to choose from when the purchase is over $250

Part of the Lablaw chain of stores and I think it's worth shopping there. They have a huge clothing section, a large health section with pharmacy, the household/housewares selection is fantastic. This store has always been well stocked any time we have shopped there. My only complaint is the parking which has nothing to do with the shopping experience.just a bit of a headache getting a spot and pulling out.

I have been shopping at RCS for a several years now. Always a great selection of ethnic and European foods, fresh meats and all! The staff are friendly and helpful!

I've been to many superstores around brampton and mississauga and this one by far is the best one there is. So spacious, so clean and so organized!

Great produce and meats, but the halal meat section is too small and mostly sold in bulk. I’d like to purchase halal meat here, but the bulk is just way too much meat for me, and they usually don’t have small packs of halal chicken breast only giant bulk ones which is unfortunate.

You literally need min 2 hours to shop here. It is expansive and has everything you could imagine. It really is a “super” store. I don’t prefer to get groceries here because it is a bit scattered in organization and I find it hard to find everything on my list. But if I have time to kill and want to browse the many home, clothing, beauty, etc sections and more, I will definitely stop by!

I like their sleepy wear But unfortunately, whenever I go there's only small or extra large and above-average left. No medium or large
The rest of the story's good but I just go for my PJ.

WORST self checkout I have ever seen in my life. You have to scan all your groceries, pile them up, ca someone over, guess how many bags you need, then wait for them to bring you the bags. Then you get to bag your pile, and if you didn't guess right for the bags, that's on you. It takes three times longer to check out now - I use self checkout to speed up my time, and avoid speaking to people. Not wait longer and pray on my bag guess.

It’s a short walk from my house so I go there all the time. Everything seems to be reasonably priced. Sometimes they’ve got good deals on certain items and their no tax days are great. The fact that it’s open until 11: 00 pm is very convenient.

I always seem to be here when vegetables and fruits are picked over and nearly empty. Good for shelving stuff, hit and miss on produce and tofu being in stock

Social distancing impossible. I had to leave this store because the check out was organized in a way that made it impossible to keep even an arm's length distance from other shoppers. When I raised this issue with customer service they said that it was my responsibility to socially distance from other shoppers and that the store had no responsibility for creating a situation in which shoppers could not obey this public health guideline. They advised me to get used to things being back to normal.

Big store where you can find each and every food item, catering to the needs of almost all the communities present in Canada. Workers are helpful and soft spoken too. Plants and Garden area needs improvement.

Checkouts remain an absolute gong show. Customers fighting about who was here first. Lined up 4 and 5 deep at tills. Get in a line and stand there for 20 minutes only to be told that till is closing. They actually need 5 more open, not another being closed. When will management figure it out? And possibly the most frustrating part is finally getting to the till and seeing 5 red shirt employees standing around the office talking. Perhaps a couple of them could open a couple more tills? Just a thought

I've been shopping here for years. The staff are friendly and helpful. The store is laid out well. Their Asian groceries are mediocre, but for standard groceries they're great!

Efficient, clean, well stocked store. Professional checkout clerk with the option to self-service or pick-up. Quick groceries across the store, from pharmacy to fresh produce and got a bonus gift worth $25 that is highly useful.

Staff joy very nice lately, line ups not well managed, prices way up, way less deals.some products not restocked often. Still one of my go to stores but has declined over last 2 years

This is no longer the superstore it once was when it first opened, the quality, variety and prices has gone down hill. Since they re did there store remodeling it changed and in my opinion for the worst. Superstore you had it right the first time, why mess with something good? If it ain't broken don't try to fix it. Disappointed

The entrance and the exit is wrong. After we pay on the cashier, what's on the left side of the store we must go on the right side of the store to exit and interact with people who come from the left to go inside to the store.so stupid

Well this is normally our go to grocery its always a store that we can no longer buy items that they have stopped stocking these items. This results in having to travel to other grocery stores and with prices continuing to increase find shopping at Costco and Sobeys provides more beneficial. Catch 22.pay more for gas to go elsewhere or pay more at Sobeys. Or change product brands. Consumers loss in the end. Laner 1

Harrassment. The PC Financial people are annoying. It has been years since I shopped here. Thank you for reminding me why I stopped.

Requires you to put a dollar to be able to use a cart. Who in this day and age, where most people use credit card, carries coin change? Basically I was only able to buy a few things that I can hold with my hands and left. I bought everything else from another grocery store.

It's my favorite store I find any things easily but sometimes you have to pay more compared to anther stores

Love shopping here. Diverse product selection and they try to get you checked out as quickly as possible.

Has a great selection and usually a dollar cheaper then zehrs. And the only corporate Loblaws store that price matches.

My wife and I recently shopped here for the first time in years, as we just moved to the area, and wow, this place has really gone downhill! Overpriced, dumpy, and dated. I was shocked at the amount they charged for their produce, dairy, and grocery products! For a store of this size, moving this much product, couldn’t they offer better pricing? And adopt a business model similar to Costco’s? I.e. Buying vast amounts of product (because you clearly have the space), offering more competitive pricing, and making lower profit margins, but generating larger volumes and targets overall. Are the business owners amateurs or just greedy? I have been telling people about my recent experience here and how disappointing it was. The only thing this place has going is it’s wine/ beer selection and a decent amount of vegan options - but again, it’s pricey. 1 star, you guys can do much better.

Cashouts could improve in speed more people need with smart service other than that had everything i was looking for an they price match an store is clean an organized

Overall roomie store with plenty of space. Services is a bit on the down side. Not much help offered for getting product off high shelves even when asking.

Prices on check-out doesn’t reflects what is shown at front of store as discounted items. Confusion at checkout and long waits to clarify something that seems very simple.

I love this store. I love this store because it has all my home country snacks and ingridiants to prepare food with a bit of home flavour.

I am doing my grocery in frequent. It has fresh vegetables except thai chilli the smaller one. I would recommend it.

This is a great grocery store to shopping. It has a full array of food sections, beverages, clothing, and household goods. They still price match as well!

Very surprised with the abundance of bad reviews. I will always appreciate my cashier Maddie when shopping for my amenities. Very well trained in customer service and never a bad experience with her in the store. Heard she will be leaving cash soon: (Will miss her!

Not much choice for Superstores in this area, but we're lucky that it's a particularly large and nice one. Prices are very good (not far off from No Frills) and the variety is excellent. Lots of tills and they seem to have many open all the time so I've never had to wait long to check out.

Bright and clean store. Lots of parking, and usually not much of a wait at cash registers. They do price match here as well. For those with small children, you can get a free cookie for the little ones, and also free fruit to help keep the kids content while you shop. Having kids be excited about getting a free banana helps the shopping experience go a little smoother! Shelves are well stocked and it's not often that I can't find what I'm looking for.

Would not price match Walmart advertised price on rib steak. Had to drive to Walmart to get steaks.better-looking steak at Walmart anyway.

On Friday we went to the real Canadian superstore after almost 2 months not going there for shopping and was really disappointed by how the produce looked like that day. Rotten, damaged and moldy smelling produce. My previous review was a four star review because it always was clean and tidy there when we went there to get our groceries. Please see my pictures if you don't believe it. I will change my review once I see improvements while shopping there the next time.

For me, too much of a good thing is too much. The sheer size and selection is amazing, but not what I'm looking for when I want to get in and out with just the necessities.

My parents had a horrible experience shopping here today. They waited a half hour in a lane that accepted Beer purchases. Watched several people in front of them pay for beer. Had most of the items they were purchasing placed on the conveyor belt lane (lots of items) when they Beer Accepted here sign was removed and the cashier told them they needed to reload their cart and go to another lane to make their purchase. This is insanely poor service and completely rude.
