It's always well stocked. Lots of good choices, clean and spacious with friendly staff. It is a pleasure to shop here.

For some family members, it is too far to walk into the back depths of the store from the parking lot. The scanners in self-checkout are very flawed, at the admission of staff members I have spoken to. In the last visit alone, the system called for an associate for three of four items over the most asinine of "reasons". The Superstore on Walker does not have the same issues. And why is pricing different between the two stores for the same regular items? Rant over.

It's close to home, so it's a great go-to for a quick item or two. We find the prices are overall better at others stores, so we don't shop here regularly.

No one knows where the iodized table salt is, so I guess very basic things like that are hard to find. It's still a good typical superstore. It has a big kitchen and decor section. Has a Joe fresh for children's and adolescents' clothing. The prices are decent. Occasional good finds like 10 kg flour for 12 bucks. Refridgerated produce is usually expensive, though.

The Asian skinny young lady with a darker skin tone was extremely rude to me and lied with the store’s product selection when I asked if there’s more options for bath salt except from the ones that are near the cash register, I would highly suggest to avoid this store and maybe go to zehrs or Walmart for their groceries to avoid an unpleasant shopping experience

First time in this store and asked a staff member where the picked were because I didn't want to walk the entire store. She pointed out the manager who welcomed me and walked to the correct asile and he didn't think he carried Clawson pickles but suggested a local supplier, Lakeshore, that he had great reviews on. So that is what I bought.

They have everything I need and prices are pretty good. Better than Metro prices. Staff is friendly and helpful

Not a big deal but someone mislabeled the chicken wings. I ended up getting buffalo instead of BBQ. Be careful in case if someone is very sensitive to spicy food!

Love how organized this location is and lighting is good.

Service is usually good especially with price matching but sometimes you get the odd new cashier who isn't very helpful

Management usually is excellent and pricing is relatively good but sales are always worth it

Michelle the customer service associate is very rude. I witnessed her verbally degrade a fellow worker who was struggling to understand the directions she gave him. This gentleman needed some clarification on his tasks and she treated him very poorly in front of all the customers.

2 registers open at 6 pm. Nickel and dining to death. Stood in line with only 2 people in front of me for over 5 mins before I dropped the frozen food I wanted to purchase and left.
Anything to save a buck!

They have a babysitter doling out plastic bags at the exit because they don't trust us to self check out and said they were losing profits. Considering they only had 2 people working the front and they're making us check ourselves out rather than hiring staff you'd think they could compensate us with 25 cents worth of free bags.

They don't accept Amex - and the cashiers don't know that this is the case. My card just showed as declined. Embarrassing and frustrating.

My favourite and always grocery top on the list. Great fresh food, produce, seafood, meat, everything excellent.

I lost my wallet at your store the night before. I had accidentally left it in one of the carts. One the gentleman that retrieves the carts found it and turned it in to lost and found. I want to thank you for your honesty. As well as the girls at the counter and that handled the wallet. Thank you all for being so honest and helpful. It won't be forgotten.

Love the staff that works there.especially in Customer Service / Lotto sales.and in the self-checkouts! All are personable, kind & friendly, not minding a bit of banter, and always, ALways helpful, if one has any questions.

Bad at price matching while other stores will price match not discriminate this store will pick at smallest detail on price matching. Good selection of items but price is high.

I had a grand time with my grandaughter at the Superstore. Firstly we got 10 items for $10 (cool lil items, fun stuff)! A mayonaise by #primalkitchens made with advocado oil, and of course joe fresh clearance items in toddler 3t and 4t oh and socks half off with lions on them just adorable! I was also able to use my Optimum card for way higher points than at Shopper's, just saying! Pic of nightie and a pair out of the pack of socks (not intentional)!

For those who are looking for a healthy diet option, you will find a wide variety of healthy food options. I love the almond nut butter.

I am here at least twice a week. This is my South Central Windsor Ontario Canada Grocery Superstore. So much more than food. They got a bit of almost everything essential as well as lots off premium non essentials. You just might see me here.

The new bag policy at self checkout is ridiculous, they enter the amount like they don’t trust you and you are only there to sneak away with their bags.

This is one of my favorite places to pick up affordable fresh flowers in Windsor. They have great selections of mini carnations, turnips and roses. Seven dollars for a bunch of fresh carnations or turnips can last for 1-2 weeks, which definitely cheers you up. I also shop for Asian foods here a lot. The shop near Costco seems bigger and provides more food/meat selections.

Best price match place ever with fresh produce items. Comparatively price is high, but if we price match, it will be cheap and best in quality. Loved to grocery here.

Great store to do one stop shopping. Great price in sale items. Enjoyed my shopping time there very much. The cashier was also polite and friendly.

Best service and very clean. They pack groceries at cashiers and this is a great help especially for seniors with sore backs.
Will only shop there for groceries.

Please keep in mind: The garden center, located outside of the store on the parking place, has different opening hours: It always opens at 8 AM and closes at 8 PM

Always fresh produce and very friendly staff! You can find everything you want including Asian and Arabic foods, sweets and kosher/halal meats etc!

The best thing I can say about this place is that everything is well organized within its own category. The only con about this shopping store is a bit more expensive than other stores. Sometimes it gets a bit too crowded, and in these times I don't think thats a good thing. However, wearing mask is mandatory and everyone is socially distanced from the others.

I LOVE this store! Staff is wonderful, store always clean, and they always look after their customers - all the time (even before COVID19)! Thank you so much! A satisfied customer here! You make it very welcoming and pleasurable for me to shop at the Real Canadian Superstore!

There are all what we can need for our daily life, large choices. Really appreciate that we can found HALAL food there, Halal chicken ready to go, taboulé, couscous.tasty salads especially the crab one,

Nice clean store. Staff usually friendly. Grest assortment of products. Some pricing a little high. Enjoy earning Optimum points at gas bar!

My favorite grocery store. Has everything I need for a grocery store.especially my favorite Authentic Asia Pad Thai with Chicken that I sometimes struggle to find.

It's just a Loblaws so why call it something different? I like PC Brand and shop here.but always roll my eyes; if this EXACT store were to be in London or Toronto it'd be called Loblaws- so why is it that in Windsor it is The Great Canadian Superstore?

The place was clean/ accessible/ no parking problem/ open late 11pm/ gas station available/ public wash room/ pizza station/ winners/ dollarama/ traffic with clean ambience.

Question for Manager - why don't your cashiers bag groceries? In my view, since I choose to give you my business why isn't this an essential part of their job? Thank you
