Often sold out of the items that are on sale or listed in the Flyers. Makes it difficult to want to go to the store, just to find out the 5 or 6 items we really wanted aren't in stock.
Plus the fencing and gates, in and out of the store, make it feel like a prison. Coupled with the uncomfortable stares by employees while using the self checkout this store has lost its charm.

Not being able to use self checkout if you have too many items now is very disappointing. Waiting in line for a cashier who just throws your stuff down a belt and hurries onto the next person is not fun. You pay a lot for the groceries and have to hurry up and bag them yourself before someone else's order gets put down the bagging belt. Seems like a no frills type checkout atmosphere, zero help bagging, just hurry up and get out of the way but prices are high. Was much nicer using self checkout and bagging and handling stuff yourself properly.

Any business owner who's in bed with the federal government is clearly organized crime

Line ups are returning to Covid19 lengths. Pricing is not at a gouging level, same products can be cheaper at Shoppers Drug Mart by 2 to 3 dollars, same ownership. The reverse is true as well, Shoppers Drug prices can be more expensive. A game by ownership.

The store itself is fantastic. Clean, Well Kept, and Plenty of Good Deals to find, however the fact that whenever I frequent the store there is no representation in the PC Financial Booth is rather upsetting. They have changed their hours so frequently and even when their hours claim that they are open, no one is to be seen. Whoever is in charge of this area needs to have a discussion with their staff regarding attendance. There's quite a large demographic of people that aren't well adept at technology and need a physical person to talk to.

Went to the garden centre very reasonably priced wished there was more veggie plants but the flowers were gorgeous

Clean but when not familiar with setup too far to walk to find stuff.nothing aids in directions to find what you want as senior without good walking skills this is a barrier to a good experience

Excellent place to shop prices and reasonable staff is great for asking for anything. Only thing I'd like to see get better is to have a few more cashier's in the morning open thanks.

Every single time I go to this store, there's a minimum of one shelf completely missing every item, and it's always something I need, and it's always just a regular item. I don't understand how the hot meals department doesn't have hot meals ready. I don't understand how you're almost always out of milk. Or taco kits. Or beef. Or eggs. Or some vegetable or some herb. Or Ensure. Or cereal. Always, always, ALWAYS.something missing.

Great selection at large price. Asking the employees who work there what they think and the response I have gotten from a few of them is: Nice clean environment in which management thinks of you a serf. Will be fired if you speak up apparently!

Generally well stocked but staff are an ongoing challenge if you're not white. I'm white, my wife's not. She gets dissed regularly with out opening her mouth. Worse when she says anything. I've been right there when it's happened several times. They smarten up when they realize we're together. It's consistent and bad enough that I raised the issue to store management. No apology and no change.
No such experience at Sobey's or Food Basics, the other grocery stores in town.

Always a quick visit here no matter the time of day. We went on a thanksgiving weekend at noon on the Saturday and we were no longer then a usual 1 hr weekend trip.

Store was clean. The carts were being brought in and placed for easy access; there was a sanitizing station right at the corral and it was full and had a garbage can close by for disposal of used sanitizing rags.
Shelves were clean and well stock and employees were quick to assist.

Even though it was close to closing time the staff was friendly. I went in just for a few items. Only a couple cashiers working but they seemed to enjoy their job.

Staff here are the kindest and most helpful of any grocery store I have ever visited. Great selection of all goods, especially the health food/special dietary section.

Love this grocery store! Their store brands are great! Their clothing line is awesome! Everything about this store is amazing!

A very respectful store they don't discriminate against those who have exemptions or different views about the masks as no one should. They keep the store clean and organized, with a great produce section! Keep up the good work!

The customer service here is fantastic, quality of produce.not so much. We bought a bunch of produce a two days ago. Now its growing mold all over it

Good store and staff, helpful service. Always seem to have it all, shelves are rarely empty of product. Deli offers good service and the hot deli has lots of good food for on the go people, wings are awesome.

Absolutely massive. Wide selection of groceries, as well as a decent selection housewares. Pharmacy section also has everything you could want and is much cheaper than shoppers. Staff is really friendly and helpful here too

Very Nice store and staff.
There prices change alot from week to week on instore items. Chicken that was take out was 10 $ went up to 15 $ so I will be looking for better deals.

Check your produce from here thoroughly ppl. Their quality has gone so down hill! All my produce goes bad a day or two after bringing it home. Im highly upset with this produce stores quality, there are gnats and fruit flies all throughout the store. I also believe i seen a roach too by their potatoes. Checked their potatoes too and their soggy bags, along with alot of other stuff.

Mushrooms have white folds of mold on them,
Zucchini is wet and moldy
Onions are soggy and moldy
I could go on and on.

1 star sounds too good for them
Wish they had a lower rating

I started paying extra for the grocery delivery services during Covid but will not be trusting it anymore. They literally gave me meat full of worms.

Drove there from Brantford, well worth the drive. Very covid safety protocol aware, follows all the rules. Good selection of products. Some good sale prices going on. Very large store so maintaining the 6ft separation is easy. There are no arrows on the isle floors which is good since customers ignore them which makes shopping uncomfortable in other stores.

We stocked up on staple items like dairy and vegetables. We were satisfied with the selection. The store is huge, has a Joe Fresh and a pharmacy and phone store.

Its so big. But the fresh produce is very limited so times. I couldn't find cauliflower. I find they have lots of frozen foods, but not fresh.

Very well organized in such a challenging time. Everyone obayed the rules as good as could be possible.

One worker on the floor was not wearing a mask. If she can't wear a mask she should not have been on the floor where social distancing isn't possible

We saw quite a few shoppers in the store without masks. Younger people that didn't look like they had medical conditions. This is something you hardly ever see in stores when it is the law. The management is not making a big enough effort to stop this. Makes me not want to shop there.

Always a great shopping experience, employees very knowledgeable in regards to product locations, great Choices especially in the gluten free products, no need to shop elsewhere, optimum point system is second to none.

Overall I have had great service at this store but the changes to the points system is very aggravating to me. I wont bother using my points card anymore. It's too confusing what ever happened to just tapping my card.done

This place, the employees are always nice and the place is always clean. Its very easy to find things you want or need. Hands down this place is a great place to shop. Groceries, ready made food, clothes, phones, PC points what more could you want.

Meat department is awful!
Poorly butchered, poorly stocked selection and apparently run by confused teenagers.

Holes on all the shelves throughout the store.

Never enough cashiers, you might as well always cash yourself out.

Lots of fresh variety and sales. Plenty of staff to help out. Bakery just so so. Crowded on Thursdays and Fridays. Best day to shop is Wednesday. Culinary school upstairs worth trying out.

Most of the daily supplies are available here and 4 or 5 self check counters which is a very good thing

The produce is always fresh. There's a fabulous selection of meats. The store is very clean and the shelves are always stocked.

I booked a cooking class and my step daughter and step son werre the only ones there basically gave a list what to do i could of done that ridiculous

The most expensive of the Loblaws chain. Very little sevices and multi buy marketing. Not worth going there.

Always helpful when prove matching. Always knowledge and friendly. This place is by far my go to place for produce as it is always fresh.
They also have a whole foods section which is important for me as I am a vegan and places like Walmart just aren't there yet when it comes to whole food living.

Big selection of products. Nice, clean well organized store. Love the amount of Joe Fresh clothing available here. Great hours. Friendly, helpful staff. Wish we had one in Brantford.

Prices and produce is great! One thing that confuses me is that the prices for produce is in lbs but you only have kg scales. Thank you for being the best grocery store in my area!

Our homebase for groceries. Only complaint I'd have to say is we have gotten the wrong items in our "Click and Collect" a few times now. Not the replacements, literally the wrong items. Other than that's their great!

I Was in the health food section this time looking for stuff that my daughter needed for her healthy cooking class at school. Ran across one girl who had a scanner cause I could not find any thing on the list. She introduces me to a gentle man that has been running this section for over 10 years. To keep it short between those two I-found everything and learned a hole bunch more.
So if I was in the healthy food section, what is the other section? Not healthy?

A large grocery store with lots of merchandise and I can use my discount card there and my PC optimum card for points.

December 27th. Spent over 1000.00 dollars in items and groceries. We are a 25 minute drive one way. Had to return 8.00 dollar cheese as it was mouldy. I was told not to buy the packages that looked like they were not sealed. 3 days later I discovered curdling creamer and mouldy bread. Dont think it's the
Customers fault. Wont be shopping there any more.

I love the Superstore. Always have a good experience when I go there. Helpful staff, always friendly smiles.
