Very upsetting service tonight in self check out. If I don't need help there's no reason for someone to be staring at me and inserting themselves into my machine. I did not once ask her for help. Yet she inserted herself twice. She also asked me if I scanned all my items and I feel this was inappropriate. She stared at me for a long time not saying anything when I asked her what else she needed because I was uncomfortable. She then got upset for me asking that saying that she had been trying to help me. Which I said I didn't need help. But she said she still needed to do something on the screen which I said okay then do that. She was sighing and rolling her eyes and being really rude. To which I told her her that I don't need all this attitude and she said "you're the one with the attitude" saying I was the customer and blah blah blah.yelling in the middle of all the check outs. Everyone around was looking, other staff and other customers. Very unacceptable behaviour for any staff. I felt embarrassed and insulted. I use self checkout so I don't have deal with anyone at all. But this is the second time I've come to the store where I feel like I'm being in appropriately monitored to the point where the staff come over when they're not needed, to insinuate I haven't scanned everything next time I'll save myself the embarrassment and go to a cashier

shelves well stocked everyone was going gobble gobble over the turkey & stuffing for the Thanks giving weekend….

Always tend to find everything I need if I cannot find it at No Frills or Loblaws. Great options as well.

I don't like the new system to leave, it requires a alot of awkward walking around, especially if you come out of the gym on the second floor.

Shout out to KAITLYN for the vigilant profiling and harassment during our checkout experience. Granted, theft happens all the time and being vigilant is the top priority for organizations across the board in order to prevent loss. However, when you make self-check out an option, the staff’s responsibility is to assist when prompted, treated everyone EQUALLY, and to move traffic through efficiently.

Unfortunately, I was profiled and felt harassed as I was checking out my items. There were over 5 other customers, not counting those waiting in line, and none of them were attended to, in the same manner that I was.

There was no greeting, no warmth, just immediate targeting and condescending tone and gestures on sight. She stayed so close to me, I felt like giving her the cart and having her bag everything AND hopefully pay for everything for me instead since it became that serious. This isn’t the ideal experience to be micro managed and hovered over without regard for space and basic decency. Especially as someone who has also worked in the Retail industry, who knows what it’s like to be on the other side of the table as a cashier and front end worker. How pathetic to experience this type of service in 2023.

Prices are going sky high a container of raspberries was 8.99. Took back a 3 pack of peppers that had gone moldy.

It is like a zoo in here! It is like a Walmart. Out of stock of so many things all the time. Shelves are chaos. So many people not wearing deodorant. How are people allowed to go around with such offensive odor? ! Literally nauseating.

Used to shop here all the the time. Thought they were part of the community unfortunately they don't care for the community.

We lost our bird that's been with us for 15 yrs and when we asked we can put up a flyer in there store they said no nothing on our property. We don't care.

Like its opening hours but the entance floor is always dirty and unwashed, where the shopping carts are lokated.

Idk what cleaner they use on the floor or what but everytime I walk into this Superstore I smell the worst smell ever which I can only describe as a crematorium burnt body smell

Only 2 counters open at most after 9? Long lines, impossible waits! Like seriously need to get it together!

Love this store, it has everything I need to take care of my health. I have celiac disease and they have a lot of gluten free variety to choose from.

Absolutely love the fact that they are open early and late. I am a healthcare professional and the times work great with my hectic schedule. They have a great variety of different things. You can buy almost anything here.

This is the largest grocery store I've ever been to in this area. It's a great place to find bulk foods at a reasonable price. It's the next best thing to grocery shopping at Costco. Also, it's open late, making it even more convenient.

At one time with my favorite place to shop went there every day and slowly been going downhill over the last little while. Final straw was today when I was using self-checkout and I have to go ask customer service to ask for bags. Then they come to yourself check out charge you for the bags before you even know how many you need then give them to you in your hand. This is useless because you can't hold the bag open because it doesn't fit into the holder afterwards.

I'm a fan of anything "President Choice". I have been on the move for my adult life and fee things seem to be properly established in terms of each store being the same, easy to navigate etc.
The Loblaws family (in Quebec: Provigo) are excellent brand ambassadors in this way.
All superstores are mapped out the same 1 of 2 ways. Both work well. No line ups and ample parking for everyone.

Went and got my first and second vaccine at this location. No lineup, in and out in 20 mins. 15 of which was the wait after the shot before we leave.

The manager Liz is amazing! Also Maxwell was very helpful. Great location. Love my new patio umbrella

Between 6-9 only 2 cashiers on. There were 13 people in line up. Couldn't use self check out if price was an orange sticker. I was told there would be only 1 cashier after 9 pm (open till 11).

Safety is first. There is Hand Sanitizers vailable before entering the store. Signs posted regarding the wearing of Masks and Social Distancing. Very clean and products are well displayed. Self checkout machines are sanitized after each use

This is our store <3 We're weekly regulars and have our favourite cashiers/staff. Lol. I look forward to my grocery shop because I'm comfortable there.:)

We order online all the time for pickup. Overall the shopping is well done, the pickup is well organized, and the young people involved are all very pleasant and friendly, and polite

Lots of variety, it's a location I like to walk the isles to see the options I can try for the first time and things I may not have seen at another grocery store.

Shelves are not well stocked and many products are not there at all. It is frustrating, especially if a brand name is required.

They do not clean after people pay for their food with covid going on they should and the ladie that works in the lottery she his not nice at all

My favourite food store for 10 plus years. Great quality of the products, fruits and convenient online shopping option as well.

The older laddie at the wine shop in the store is rude and just talks down to everyone at the store and doesn’t help customers when they need help. She is also very rude to the vendors and employees working at the store. Will never shop at this store again since she’s the kind of employee they allow to be in the floor

The checkout line was half way around the building and they had 2 checkouts open on Thursday night, record profits recorded, you can see why, this place is a joke!

If I can't find it anywhere, this place has a %99 chance of having it.
I also like how they have things organized and how friendly and helpful the staff were to myself and my tiny human.

This particular store is interesting to say the least. On one hand, it’s my go-to for online grocery pickup for a couple of reasons. PC Optimum points and convenience. Their express shopping experience has improved over time, but should you not get what you ordered and somehow were charged for it, don’t expect a speedy return/credit process. It will take weeks! Watch expiration dates. This store is notorious for keeping food around longer than it should, in my personnel experience. Ask the express shoppers to check expiration dates when you book on line. Produce can be tricky, but I can certainly be picky so certain items will not be added to my express shop for just that reason. Also, substitutions. My goodness! I will say that for a store this big it’s shocking to see how many everyday items they run out of and are not available by the time you pick up your order. On the brighter side, the express shopping staff have always been polite and helpful so no complaints there. Overall, it’s a good experience and certainly convenient, but do keep in mind, spots fill fast so you can’t get your order same day typically and it’s worse on holidays. Plus they charge a convenience fee which Walmart doesn’t.

It's the closest grocery store to me and often acts as a one-stop shop. I'm happy they allow price matching because I often find their prices to be more expensive than other grocery stores. All the cashiers are always super nice & pleasant.

Highly dissappointed. Had a co firmed vaccine appointment for 6pm and the turn came at 7pm. Waited for 55 minutes just for them to register us un the systwm. What's the point of online appointment if you are going to register us again taking almost an hour.
Stenior saff seemed to be training junior staff on the system as they register us.

Incredible Variety. Really Good prices on a number of items. However a real problem with checkout. Extremely long lineup that would likely have me waiting almost an hour to get to a cashier. Used self check out instead. Staff was unhelpful there as there was only one staff sterilizing area and expected to do support.

I was stopped at checkout by 3 employees of Superstore and they took away certain items from me, telling me, I am not allowed to purchase them inside the store as they are for curbside pickup only due to Covid. Pillows, shoes are nonessential! Another customer with identical items was let to walk out with them. For her, it wasn't a curbside pickup thing but it was for me.
So next time you go into their store, be prepared to become surrounded by employees like a thief if you scan something forbidden!
The happy part? There are no signs, tape or ANY information regarding these items so you will just have to count on a nice "public bullying" experience.
And no, they never brought out any of those items for the curbside pickup.

Want to say thank you and, give a big thanks to the night crew, particularly the night crew manager Jeremy. Lost my pain medication for a fracture while in store. The crew found my lost pain medication in less than 10 minutes! Made my day! Having it been 12: 20 at night, I would have had to gone back to the E. R.with an explanation or, ride out the night in pain. Congratulations to Jeremy and his responsive crew for a quick action. Jeremy/crew made my night!

I went in to grab like 3 items and if you want to go to a teller or your paying cash you have to wait in one line that goes half way around the store. But there's a way around the line if your paying debit you can cash yourself out at self check out some times there is a little line but it goes way faster then the teller line.l have been here quite a few times and i was always pleased with the store. There stock is always on the shelves. The produce is good, and the store is clean. It can get busy on the weekends thou, but that is normal for any grocery store.

The produce manager with the mohawk/combover haircut that looks like humpty dumpty is super rude to customers and on occasion his employees too.

I know it's busy but NO carts last 2 times I went in store. Also didn't receive my credit back after 2 weeks as promised yet so a little frustrating this time around.

Why why why always waiting in line 20 minutes 40 minutes ro check out. I never seen place like Ajax locations

We have done click and collect many times. I would say that we use this method for grocery shopping 90 percent of the time. The service is getting slower and slower. Today we waited 45 minutes for our cart/groceries to come out. I thought the whole point of this service was to be faster and more efficient? ! There have been other times where we've waited 25+ minutes, but today I actually had to call twice to ask when is someone going to come out! The store needs to add more staff for this service. I'm not happy paying an additional pick up fee on the weekends to sit on my car for almost an hour. Walmart doesn't have this issue AND they don't charge a fee.

Busy and cell service inside kinda sucks. But overall a great store with nothing else to complain about

Selection good, not a lots of stuff on sale. Veggies kinda picked over. Horrible line ups, not enough tills open. But, staff friendly.

Ordered online with no substitutions for PC Express and received an email confirming pick-up. I specifically ordered from this location because the items I was ordering showed IN STOCK. This location is 30 mins from where I live. Upon arrival and calling, the staff member came out and gave me completely different items. I ended up going inside to ask Customer Service why they said my order was ready for pick-up when in fact it wasn't because they couldn't fulfill the request. She was apologetic and said it should be about a week for me to see the refund on my card. I would have preferred not to spend an hour driving back and forth. Will likely not use PC Express again. Don't trust it. I would have given 1 star but the Customer Service rep deserves a star for her professionalism and sincerity in the error.

Update: I asked for a refund when I physcially walked in the store and they said it would take one week to process. What century does this company operate in?

Please fix pc express phone lines. Since the beginning of the pandemic you have known that the capacity is low and it hasn’t been fixed. I shouldn’t get a busy signal if there’s only 4 cars waiting.

Online ordering is slow and issues with items. We are getting a lot of items damaged, missing or expired. Your customer service takes way too long to get through and have to call first thing or won't get through. New shopping bags are so thin can't use them again and you're charging us for them. I think you're making enough money especially at this time, stop being cheap to customers. We're trying to shop local and Canadian but this is not the option anymore.

Well stocked. Not usually crowded like other grocery stores. Decent prices. Nothing too expensive but still good quality.

My favourite grocery store. But I don't understand why they've renovated the leafy produce and the salads into coolers with doors amid the pandemic. Now I have to touch more surfaces to get my spinach.

Poor selection of produce, poor selection of meat, poor performance on price matching, and pathetically incompetent staff. No redeeming features. You can feel how little anyone who works there cares about the place. Avoid like the plague

One of the employees was not wearing a mask, and when this concern was raised I was told people have medical reasons. This seems extremely dangerous to other people’s health, and should not be allowed in a public, essential store.

So months later i figured i had better do an update.i decided to stick to this store to see if any changes would be made over the months.still no markings on floors, still a tuque wearing teen behind the deli counter not masked (i buy packaged meats now) and there is someone in produce not masked either. Many people come ripping out of the backroom onto the floor not masked. As a food provider everyone should be wearing devices designed to protect the public from further transmission. Plain and simple. Allergy excuse to not wear a mask, no problem, put on a visor. Clearly management doesn't give a S about this.

Why do none of the employees wear masks? Especially the three teens laughing it up and not social distancing behind the deli counter on the weekends. I've been to better places where everyone wears masks.both customers and staff. There is also a contact tracing program in effect. Also no directional arrows on the floor leads to a chaotic shopping experience. I expected better from this store.

Good stock levels, some items are available in larger sizes or quantities at competitive prices. Last order I placed for pickup went well today. Friendly staff as well, very helpful when needed. Thank you RCSS Georgetown!

A great place for all your groceries. Deli, fresh baked bread large selection of fresh produce. Pharmacy with Doctors offices located on second floor. Joe Fresh and much more.

How about designate a few checkouts strictly for customers who price match. Save time and stress on the customers who are waiting in the queue for the person to flip through their phone for the cheaper price;

Good selection. The only problem is on Saturdays is the crowds. But they do have all cash registers open. The people manning the cash registers are all super nice.

I really dislike this grocery store. The layout and organization is illogical. The products are not where you would normally find them in other stores. Despite the fact that it is a large store, I consistently find the variety of products stocked to be very disappointing.
An example of a negative experience here was today when I was searching for a can of coconut milk. I scoured the aisles up and down, twice each. I gave up trying to find it on my own and eventually found an employee to ask. He directed me to aisle 5, bottom row. So I went to aisle 5 for the 3rd or 4th time. Nowhere to be found. I eventually gave up and will have to go to a different store to find what is a common kitchen staple.

Meat quality is better than the majority of superstores, they stock the only butcher cut bacon I like and will always be my first local choice for meat products

Always have items not stocked, too big, takes a long time to run in if you just need milk or a couple items. They have a lot of bulk items that don't work for smaller families. It gets really busy. I also think the cleanliness could be improved. I try to avoid and go to others if possible

Close to our home and always has a variety of products our family use. One stop shopping very convenient

More selection for your shopping. Price is cheaper in general when compared to others. Staff is willing to help when asked.

Supreme disappointment unfortunately. Ordered from their online site. Order was confirmed, partial payment taken from my credit card. Show up to pick up the order. Call in, order hasn't even been picked. 20 minutes in the parking lot and I get a phone call saying items aren't in stock will I take a substitution? No i didn't want a substitution. Simply asked for the refund to be applied to my credit card. 3 weeks later and no refund. Complained to their head office 1 week ago. No answer.

It's ok! The produce looks like people played baseball with it. Alot of items are out of stock or they just don't simply have it. Staff seem friendly and helpful! I only shop here if I absolutely need to grab something other then that I do my weekly grocery shop elsewhere.

The produce is always on it last seconds of life. They never have any staple meats. There are always skids unpacked in the middle of aisles For the amount of space they have, they dont use it to their advantage. Needs a reboot

I went around lunch time mid-week. The entrance was really busy with high school students. I could see the frustration on the part of employees as the students were loud and a couple were chasing each oghdt in the store. I had an employee almost run into me as I went from an aisle in the toy section. I jumped back to avoid being hit by her cart. Sadly she did even apologize for almost taking me out (yet I did). I found that to be rather disconcerting.

Let me tell ya. What a great store baud. Picked up a pack of these meatless burgers for the girlfriend. They actually are much better than expected. A little on the expensive side for the burgers, $10 for 2 patties. But this store is great. I will do most of my shopping here!

The Superstore on Kingston Rd. Ajax I rated only 2 stars. Not clean, bread and pastries are unbaked, unfriendly, vegetables are not freash. I'm from Ajax but I prefer to drive to Whitby most of the time.

Horrible experience! Bought some groceries July 30th. When we came home, realized that the Hot dog Buns (wonder Bread Brand) had fungus inside and out. Looked at the tag, Buns were expired July 29th. Went back to the store and asked the customer service if i could see the store Manager, 2 mins later Manager, Alison showed up. I showed fungus impacted Buns to her and expressed my concern coz I have 3 years old and what if my little one would eat and got Sick. I was really shocked to see Manager Alison’s reluctant and neglecting attitude. Instead of being apologetic, she expressed no concern but asked me If I wanted to return those Buns and have my money back. For everyone out there, how could anyone expect this kind of attitude from a Manager. I hope some one from the Head Office can justify this kind of attitude. I would never never go buy groceries at this Store where Managerial Level people are so Ignorant. Be Warned everyone out there!

Really great place for shopping, fresh products, competitive prices, best quality, most importantly, it matches the lowest price on any given period of time. Be on the top of the game and make a visit to the Real Canadian Superstore. You can’t go wrong.

This store is very well laid out. This was very well thought out. The store is very clear and the service is excellent.

Great place. Consistent quality in produce and there's always a good deal going on. On Thursdays it's $10 for 20 wings.

CUSTOMER SERVICE HERE SUCKS! DONT BUY CLOTHES FROM HERE. I exchanged a pair of shorts yesterday for a different size. Today I went to return them after not liking how they fit. I was told at the desk by Thomas and associates that after an exchange has been done, you cannot make a return. Which is the most ludacris thing I ever heard. His supervisor rolled her eyes and said something under her breath, I requested to speak to a manager because nowhere on the receipt does it mention on the policy that I can't return something after it's exchanged. The manager also tried to tell me I can only exchange for other Joe fresh apparel. Again another dumb policy.so after not backing down he finally decided to issue the return, but I basically had to pry it out of him (a $15 return was like the end of the world). As I walked off Thomas then mumbled "customers are dumb" unfortunately not low enough because my daughter heard him. Sooooo unprofessional!

I wouldn't recommend buying any clothes from there and most likely I will be going the extra distance for better customer service at another location. Ajax pulls policies out of their butt. I went home and read all the fine print online with NO mention that a return can't be done after an exchange and ironically enough the return was done, their machines didn't crash, no over ride or manager approval password was needed. It was as if the computer had done this before. Go figure.

I just ordered groceries via PC EXPRESS APP and picked up from this location. The personal shopper Britney is very delightful to deal with! She helpled me load the stuff to my car. I am impressed!

The store has a good selection of products, but the layout of the store makes it very hard to find things.

Garden centre was nice but the staff was not very helpful. The young men were chatting at cash while me and my 9 year old struggled with bags of topsoil.

Man it's a grocery store. How you gonna hate on a grocery store. It's nice, nothing seems expensive. They have an international foods section which I like. I enjoy going to the baked goods sections and smelling the bread. They have pretty much everything you'd want except for super niche international foods. The walk in clinic upstairs has been useful to me a few times. Overall a good grocery store.

This place is good they have fresh produce. And the take out meals section is fresh and taste good. Only issue my phone looses signals in here all the time. But checkout lanes are quick. Has gym upstairs as well

Huge store, wide variety of goods. Slightly more expensive than the basic no frill kind of stores. Better quality goods, especially produce and baked goods are far better. Love the JOE Fresh section. Sometimes they have great sales and clearance items.

Love this shopping centre for all my food, small appliances, clothing, pharmaceuticals, glasses and wine needs. One stop shopping

Store is well organized, fruits and vegetables are generally very fresh. The bakery products are some of the finest amongst all the superstore and big box grocery store bakeries.

The place is huge. The variety endless, plus if you count the competitive prices, discounts and free cookie they give you at their own bakery, it should be the store where you can get your groceries and other stuff.

It's definitely got anything you'd be looking for, it's clean well stocked some things are a little pricey but a great shopping experience

All lanes open on the weekends is definitely helpful but the isles r so narrow by the check out lanes u cant tell who's in line n who's trying to get through to continue shopping

Things can be a bit tricky to find, but they have everything. Better prices than Sobeys, but certainly can't beat No Frills prices, they will match then though.

They have wide range of items here even compare to wWalmart. You need to check the prices bcoz tgey are bit expensive but the do price match. The place is always clean. I like the place.

Quite a big store and you will get everything over there. Price is little above average prices compared to the other shops around this area. But items are from Grocessary, clothings, fish, pharmaceutical items, toys and everything. Almost close to Walmart.the overall the store is super clean and very professionally arranged.

It's my new grocery shopping spot, especially since I discovered price matching. They have a lot of organic produce options and it a really clean and bright spot. I love th experience.

This isn't my usual Superstore but I love the natural section it's great for people trying to eat healthier.
