Where do I start. The bread had mold!
I was purchasing clothing went to self check out. The area to put items on after u scan was dirty therefore I held the items which stopped me from scanning further. The clerk let me know to place the item down or it won't let me continue. I pointed and said it's dirty with milk she then asked if I had a bag of my own to put down. I couldn't believe I had to explain so my bag can get dirty instead of her cleaning it up. Common sense does exist anymore.

No one answers the telephone number on their website when you want to contact them to complain.

The front line worker Jose has cheapest way to talk with customer on self-checkout. Worst customer service ever experienced.

I would give it a zero if I could your cashiers are so rude even the front end manager is not nice all of them talk in their Indian language which I find annoying the cashier that sits down while serving is slow as hell doesn’t even say hi your customer service is bad superstore was better the cashiers were better and nicer your going to lose a lot of customers if they don’t check their attitude

3 Stars for cleanliness and well arranged items. However, today experienced very rude behavior of an employee here. Her name was Gagan. She doesn't know even basic etiquets. Without saying hi or hello, touched my items and scanned them without asking me. Very bad behaviour. Please teach them how to behave in public.

Good selection from multiple nationalities. Wish this store had longer hours like when it was a real Canadian Superstore but it's not that big of a deal

Big spacious grocery store.
There were a lot of spoiled products in the store for a just-open store. I bought a pack of Blackberry and when I got home I had to throw it out it, looked good when I opened it in the store to check It. The strawberries were the same. All rotted.
They are expensive as well.

Well that didn't take long for this No Frills to go down hill. You guys just opened! Strawberries today were full of fungus, and your shopping carts were all locked today and needed $1 to insert just to use! If you're going to take over the superstore which was a well loved store, at least keep some of their features. I was told they were going to make the carts free to use with no deposit and today they were all locked. You guys are now just like every other No Frills. You take pride in being the largest, however you got rid of so much stuff your community was used to with the Superstore. Apparently this location was a wedding gift to the owner, but is there any sense of actually running a business? Everything was so over priced in the store and quality of p produce disgusting. You didn't even keep the same hours and what's worst is you took over their reviews too give yourself a higher rating.

Location is always well stocked, except their dairy products are known to be expired for days/weeks.

The return desk said Adil was in and refused the return with bad fruit. I used to shop there before it switched over to his new venture. I refuse to even buy toothpicks there. For me, Customer service is everything!

Update. Spoke with Adil, he apologized and seems like he is a stand up guy. The staff just needs his guidance. I will continue to shop there.

After they turn this store to a No Frills, I had bad experience with pc express, missing items, rotten produce and I have not complaint but this time I was very disappointed with my experience this Sunday when my groceries did not arrived, I waited 2 hours because the status showed “shopping for your groceries”so decided to call and the employee lied to me multiple times to what really happened to my order and denied the manager so I couldn’t speak to him. I got confirmation that my order was cancel in error and nobody bother to call me to let me know. No solution was provided when I called. I spoke to customer service in head office whom couldn’t contact the store because it was giving a busy signal, I attempted multiple times until finally got through the store to be lied to. I will not order from here again.

It's just changed over to a NoFrills from a super Store. So their are less choices than before but for a NoFrills this is a big location.

This is now No Frills and things went from bad to worse. Bare shelves, unorganized. Superstore was way better although it was not the best Superstore either. This No Frills is pathetic and should be just called Indian grocery since most of the products are for a certain community anyway.

Been there twice and each visit ended in a mess. Tried calling the owner but was told he would not come to speak to me. The "manager" I spoke to seemed condescending. Not going back.

The store is clean and easy to navigate. I shop here frequently and prices are always great.

All of the produce on the shelves is wilted and expired, it's embarrassing. Even the pre packaged vegetables all expire a day or two later. Their vegetable shelving is disgusting

Just an incredibly large, expensive Albert Heijn.

As on 21st August 2023, this store was undergoing a major reset (in retail terms).
Hence, some shelves were totally empty, as they might have been relocated.
The pharmacy was under construction.

But, somehow when I entered the store, I was impressed by the new shiny appeal, neatly created Planograms, Beautifully crafted vegetables and Frozen section.

The range of Products (SKUs) on the store was again mighty impressive. Super store, we were in the vicinity for something else and still ended up buying groceries worth $ 40.

So NoFrills won!

I visited the other day to see the new No Frills because it's closer to my house. I had my groceries to checkout and was very dismayed to find out that they have a different list for what stores they price match than the usual No Frills I go to. A good portion of my cart was price match and I couldn't get any of it! I told them to keep their groceries because I will not be back. I will continue to go to my usual store where I know I will get the bargains! A word to the wise. Before you shop here, make sure you find out FIRST what stores they price match. Then make the decision if you want to shop. As I said, I won't be back to this store.

Rcss was way better prices way too high like $8 for a cheese packet that isn’t very big at all lower the prices like other no frills

This store is by far the most organized and visually pleasing shopping experience I've had in a long time. Whoever runs it clearly has a taste for well organized goods and ensures the staff understand that too. Not only shelves were full, all products were arranged in the same manner, with their name and labels facing forward. I realize this probably just satisfies my OCD side but it just *looked good* to be shopping in such a clean and well organized store.

Additionally this is the largest nofrills store I've been too, it's HUGE and replaced the great Canadian Superstore that used to be there.

There is also a pharmacy attached to this nofrills and a staffed "brick and mortar" PC financial branch inside the store.

I highly recommend you pay a visit to this location!

I was doing my weekly shopping and decided to check out the new Nofrills. The atmosphere felt very uncomfortable once I saw some unacceptable actions. It seemed like the managers were not pleasant to their employees. I heard employees being talked down upon about their work and treated disrespectfully. That made me very uncomfortable and made my experience very negative. I will not be shopping here again.

This was a super store previously. Currently they lack organization and as they are still setting up the range of products are limited

Hands down the best NO Frills I have been to in Brampton, I can see the vison they have for the store already and it’s gonna be great for our community, the real Canadian superstore didn’t cantor to our diverse demographic in our area but the No Frills certainly is in all aspects, the meat department has a much better selection of halal products, the frozen department and grocery department both have a ton of new international products, the produce department looks amazing everything looks fresh and there’s so much more options of fruits and veggies, lastly the dairy section looked beautiful compared to superstores, everything I wanted I was able to find pretty easily and it’s really nice to see the difference in quality, all in all I had a 10/10 experience at Adil’s no frills and they assured a loyal customer in me.ps THEY STILL HAVE JOE FRESH which I never seen in a no frills check out the clearance they had baby clothes as low as 3 or 4 dollars

Extremely disappointed in not only the change but the way employees at this location were treated. Telling people to take a pay cut or leave? Absolutely disgraceful and disgusting in these times. Will not be recommending or visiting anytime soon. You will be better off going to the Ocean's in Shoppers World or to the Food Basics.

Used to be superstore but very glad they changed it to nofrills. It suits the area and demographic much better. Good deals as usual but can be hectic and busy since its near the bus terminal

Check your bill. Went on the first day it opened. Items were being stocked (fair enough).
First visit, checked the bill, Was charged for 2 watermelons, when I mentioned to the cashier, was told to see customer service for adjustment. (No apologies), where can you hide an extra watermelon in the cart.
Not the best way to get repeat customers.

The price of 100 capsules is always changing, 35,40,50. I don't know if there is a fixed number. The taste is really good, so be careful to miscalculate the price.

Expensive pc store. I found same items stacked at two places. No one to assist when I wanted. Busy store located just opp to bus terminus.

The staff keep me coming back they are delightful. They have great specials and still price match.

Slow service. I stood in line for what felt like forever last time. I generally try to avoid this location if possible.

Always long lines and super crowded! The food is good quality. The cashiers are kind, skillful and knowledgeable.

Was there saturday evening.no social distancing happening between patrons at this store.there is no one at the entrance restricting capacity or ensuring masks, sanitizer being used.line ups to cash out due to the number of patrons in the store.saw a large group of emails standing together talking.staff restocking are not social distancing from patrons.will not be going back here.

I've decided to stop shopping at this location. I find they are often out of stock on common things like butter and milk. Also, I always notice staff, particularly at the front door on their phones texting when they should be cleaning carts etc. The wipes are left for customers to do it themselves. While shopping today, a staff member was on his phone in the aisles with ear buds in, instead of helping customers. Not a fan any longer. Will shop at Sobeys or Longos from now on.

Management is poor, flyer prices are not always honored.thye try to spin what is actually on sale. Sometimes management is not the nicest to staff calling them at cash when they are working while you're trying to cash out

Great place for grocery needs as they offer price matching. This place always has nasty washrooms. Please fix this especially during a pandemic.

Add on. Not surprised this store has had so many covid cases.the manager ron clearly needs to be replaced. The location needs better leadership as I've noticed the staff work hard

Very disappointed in the use of flashfood app at this location. Flashfood is an app where grocery stores can give a 50% discount on foods that are about to spoil. This location cheats its customers. They increase the original price on the app and than give the 50% discount which isnt fair. We compared the prices of in store prices to original app prices and a lot of the items were marked up on the app. The store manager thought this was okay and blamed the false priceing on the app. I do need to give recognition to two staff members leslie and avian who had great customer service. As for the manager Ron, disappointed. While we were talking to him he took a call and my partner said to him i guess we are not as important to you even if were paying customers. What a disappointment

I enjoy shopping at this store more than Wal-Mart because it's big and clean and organized. They don't price match everyone but i can always get what i missed at Wal-Mart.

Had a bitter experience because of the store associates they are sometimes not willing to help. However the store looks good, there is no way that you won't get the products.

The prices here are very less as compared to other places. But associates always remain busy and have very less staff as compared to size of store. They need to hire more people over there.

Nothing convenient about buying groceries and beer in those store. 11 checkout stations and only one open that takes customers with alcohol. It would be faster to buy grocery here and pick up beer from beer store.

A step up from the usual Walmart or basic grocery store experience but minus the additional prices. Often find some great deals on offer here.

Absolutely love this place. Stuff is always fresh and there's always a good sale. Clearance stuff is amazing and they also price match which is a bonus!

This store close at 11pm. There's a bakery inside which is less expensive but It's good compare to other store.

Great place to do groceries. Large and huge selection and very large in the area. A big parking lot so no need to worry about the space there is always a plenty even in rush hour. Pharmacy is located inside the store and also sitting area upstairs on second floor. Beside groceries, they have dry cleaning shop, a pc bank (small one), a lottery shop and mobile phone kiosk.
Its a very good place to go and always neat and clean.

Great place to shop for all in one stop.
Groceries, clothes, electronics and shoes. And if you have no time for dinner they have prepared foods to just heat up.

The choices are really limited when compared to Wal-Mart. The quality may be good but choices are few. I went to buy a school bag as a gift, Couldn't find anything really attractive. I feel this store is good for grocery and bakery. Won't waist my time anymore searching for gifts for kids as this is the 2nd time I'm finding the supplies are scarce.

One stop solution for groceries n much more. Very good staff and they do price-matching without any fuss.that's their biggest plus point.

Went to the Customer Appreciation barbeque. Got a hamburger took a bite and it was raw in the center. Ended up getting very sick and had to go to the hospital. Peel Health was called. Whom ever is cooking food is responsible for it being cooked properly. Otherwise you & Real Canadian Superstore are liable for serving food that's unfit for consumption. Wake up and do it right. People can sue you.

Cool store lots of good stuff. Not bad prices. Going to have my son's bday party there. Live that they have lots of cooking classes there.

Very clean.good lay out.fresh goods.very comfortable in and out.excellent value for your money.the have no name brand in addition to regular brands. I like to do my grocary there.

Free parking, open late until 1100 pm every day. Prices are reasonable, self paying counters in the store.

Great deals on nba and nhl merchandise. I was able to get a raptors sweater for $20+ tax. Lots of deals just have to browse. Great place for last minute gift ideas.

Best place to find grade A organic and non organic food items. There's always a sale so you save money. Check out is usually free flowing except on weekends, sale days and holidays. I call it my store.

It's a place for complete family prices and quality and quantity is worth going there, nice and spacious clean, timings are great and it's fun to be here.

Use flipp and pricematch. There's a couple stores they don't do like highland farms but for the most part you're good for the other flyers. I love their cinnamon buns, $4 for 5!

Sunday evenings are not easy to shop: the lines were long and some of the produce was totally out of stock. Inspite of their 'promise' to keep all check-out counters open, at least four of them were not. There were long lines at each counter. Hard to find any help.

Great variety of items. Especially for large quantity, the price the good. There's always deals on all sorts of things.
