I like this store, high quality stuff and very friendly staff! And you can do the price match there, that makes this brand the best one in Canada! Cher!
A nice superstore! I love shopping here, good selection of items, everything is well organized, employees are friendly and helpful, even the washroom is very clean.
Huge selection. Prices fluctuate. Check often. I use the app called “FLIPP” - when I went I got salmon $20 per kilo, then it was $30 the next week so do some due diligence por favor
Produce looked good, and there were lots of common items on sale. Shelves were stocked with lots of staff prepping for the long weekend. Enjoyable experience
I just discovered this store last week.let's just say I feel very dumb for shopping at Metro and Food Basics for the longest time. I was in utter shock seeing the low prices and the sheer size of the store. It truly is a SUPERSTORE. Everything from their meal kits, produce, dairy to liquids and snacks, I found the majority of their products to be either at the same low rate as other stores, or much cheaper. Over all I definitely saved a good amount of money shopping here and I don't ever see myself going to another grocery chain again.
By far the best barbie section in the whole town of aurora! Old Fashionistas are still there, that aren't sold anywhere.although they hiked the price up from 11 to 15.99.don't think we didn't notice! Still worth it if ur missing older dolls
Its an awful sight walking pass the seafood section and noticing the live lobsters climbing on top of one another.almost made me vomit.left that place with a bad feeling. And to the owner that ONLY RESPONDS TO GOOD REVIEWS, YOU SHOULD BE ALSO CONSIDER AND STOP IGNORING NEGATIVE FEEDBACK AS IT IS STILL VALID.
* Great store - everything is available * Friendly & helpful staff * Price matching available with almost all major stores * Good savings with superstore deals + price matching + PC Optimum + PC Mastercard
Yesterday, I came to the superstore to buy something and after a few minutes, I feel bad about my illness, and Ms. Sara from the customer service department came to my aid and quickly brought me a Kandar drink because my blood sugar was low. I am very grateful to them. In general, I am satisfied with the customer service of this store and all the employees are very friendly and helpful to the buyers.thank you ms Sara. S and all of you guys
Normally I shop at no frills simply because it's cheaper, but superstore has a much larger variety of products, and overall a better atmosphere. Also, if you haven't checked out their housewares section, I highly recommend that you do next time you're there.
I believe your manager Curtis owes me an apology. I hope he did go on the cameras to see that I was being truthful about my purchase, and feels horrible about the way he treated me. I have been a very loyal customer for over 7 years at this location. As a single mother, I spend an average of $700 a month, being sure to make the most of my PC points and weekly deals. I often make it a goal to reach the threshold for the free items. I will no longer shop at this store after how I was treated by this manager this past Tuesday. Oddly enough, that same day I was going to sign up for the store credit card and spoil myself with some backyard decor since I have been working so hard lately. I will now revert to my air miles rewards, and do all my shopping at Metro. I get that my purchases will not break the RCSS bank, and the organization will do just fine with out my sales, but hopefully some learning and accountibility can come out of my paticular situation. I was already having a terrible day that day, and no one should be made to feel how I was as I was leaving the store on Tuesday. Thank you.
This store is my favorite pick in the entire region! The produce is fresh and lasts extremely long, the halal chicken is always in stock, and there are always great sales.
The best part about this store is its incredible customer service employees, especially Nancy! She is extremely kind, quick, and helpful.
They never have enough fresh produce. They always have missing items or are sold out all the time. Maybe they just never stock it properly or maybe it's always sold out. Either way it seems a bit strange.
This is my go-to grocery store in Aurora but there's two things that continuously frustrate. 1. I shop later in the evening. The restockers take over. Leave carts and skids wherever. Can they not wait until closing? 2. The personal shoppers, fulfilling online orders. Always get in the way. Leave their cart blocking aisles, etc.
Good selection of groceries and supplies, including specialty/health food items, international foods, bakery, a pharmacy, a small selection of clothes, kitchen and household items, toys, seasonal and other items. There is heated underground or outdoor parking, online order pickups. Staff are always helpful. Lineups are non existent before 9 in the mornings.
Good products and I like shopping in the store, but since the pandemic and ordering online to pick up I'v had mostly negative experiences. Today I waited 55 minutes for my order and was still charged the $5 convenience fee which I didn't think was fair. I will probably go back and shop there again in a few months but only in person. For now I'm switching to Save-On. Editing this a few weeks later- I complained to Superstore and they sent me a code to waive $5 pick up Fee on my next online order. I would’ve preferred a refund because I don’t want to use their pick up option anymore.
I haven't been to this location in a few years but I found it hard to find what I wanted. They have right as soon as you walk in a big jumble of clearance clothes for kids and the area where they have pick up orders. There is a bit of a walk into the store which they could use that space a bit better.
I love their optimum points system but sometimes their produce section can be hit and miss. There was one time I went and it looked like everything had been picked clean!
This is a great experience if you come early because if you come in rush hour and if you get there an hour before closing hope for fresh produce you may be out of luck. Produce is better than most. There are some good deals. French bread 99 cents. Dark pumpernickel 3 but real tasty. Bree is pretty good. They could afford to put it on special sometimes though!
Good environment and a lot of option to buy e.g. Grocery, bakery, vegetable, cosmetics, toys, International food and etc. Too much parking space for free and underground parking is available.
Store is always clean and the lay out of this grocery store works for me. My daughter enjoys the free cookie from the bakery and calls it “The Cookie Store” cute!
Pretty good store i’m only giving four stars though because i know it’s supposed to be like this but in this store if yo i want to buy only four pieces of chicken breast you probably can’t because everything here is super sized so having to put the rest in the freezer which isn’t a big problem but i rather just be able to buy a smaller amount
While shopping at the Real Canadian Superstore this afternoon, I witnessed an employee (Maurice, to be specific) cough into a napkin that he was holding, while he was packaging raw fruits and vegetables into their trays. I then watched him proceed to cut the fruits and vegetables, without washing his hands or even changing his gloves. This incident in particular makes me think about how stern the Real Canadian Superstore is, in terms of their food safety and food handling protocols. You've lost a loyal customer.
Store is clean, cashiers are friendly and polite. The produce is more often than not fresher and a better price than Safeway. First thing in the morning don't expect an express checkout but they have self checkout if you're paying with debit or credit.
Great store! There are a lot of parking spaces here. The people who work here are helpful and kind. There is even clothes here! There is a wide selection of foods. Prices are good too. Upstairs there is a cooking school where you can learn to cook! I highly recommend this place!
I love the superstore. It's a one stop shop for all your grocery and home needs. They even have clothing! There are a few large grocery stores along Bayview Avenue but this one stands out. The best part is the location. Plus, who doesn't like earning points for buying things you normally would and then redeeming said points for things in the store?
Spacious grocery store. It might not have everything you need if it's more specific to your culture but it'll do. Just be sure to shop weekdays. Weekends it crazy busy!
This location is very spacious when slow. Weekends and holidays are busy. Hard to find price matches if you are trying to use their price match policy. Overall staff is good and helpful.
Good deals but there's alot of switch and bait going on, you get to the cash and the price is not the sale price, you inquire then it turns out it's a very similar item that's on sales.located in a different area because it's on sale.all.the while people in the line up and you just say screw it and end up paying more for what YOU thought was on sale.its happened to me several times.sales and item locations need to be more clear.
Overall it was a nice experience compared to the other grocery stores and this one cashier Nathan made my day so much better because of kindness and how much he cared about each and every customer
Special thanks to SURUJDAI, the cashier was very helpful and friendly today! She was very patient on put all the discounts I had. I also was with a friend that was very happy as she used the discounts a well.
The most reasonable groceries store in Toronto. Never had any problems with freshness of any products. Staff is very responsive, know their items and can answer questions. Quick cashier service + Online orders are available.
Love the vast selection they have - you can get almost anything you need in one stop. Thier prices and sales are great and they have a decent organic and natural foods section. Only downfall is that they can be out of stock of things after a weekend so go toward the end of the week or on the weekend.
The best grocery in Aurora, always clean and well-stocked. It has household products plus clothing, a pharmacy, and an optical place. I enjoy shopping here.
Still a discount banner store. To bad because it used to be nice. Loblaw missed the mark on this one. Fruit and vegetables to be desired and a lot of out of stock. Plus the rotation is horrible.
Nice grocery store. The produce is lovely and you can price match to get the best prices. They have wonderful variety of foods and other merchandise. Cashiers are usually friendly but can be indifferent at times. Overall good and I like it.
Would consistently visit Superstore, but their quality has gone down. I'm noticing they have low stock in their grocery areas, including the freezer and health food areas (for example, I have gone a couple times to grab almond milk.and popular brands are not even stocked). They clearly are having overnight stocking issues.
Produce is generally better than No Frills, but it can be a hit or miss. Since they turn over quickly the produce, it's generally fresh.
Staff keeps trying to pitch ipads in an effort to lighten their inventory. Nobody needs a 400$ netflix machine. They do have a good selection of green goods, just avoid their tech center.
Produce hit and mis no green opinions for the days I shopped the bakery needs a lot of work also you are forced to buy 2 the same to get better pricing I went to Sobeys to shop When they had no green opinions.
