Today i am changing it because i am so disappointing from a produce worker (Asian and bold guy) who was filling the bags of the salads and i asked him to check if they have pears because the shelf is empty also i were there around 6: 00 pm so not late time. He refused to go and check because he was filling the bags of salads. He said my hands are full and you can ask another person i said the priority for the customer not the salad he said yes that’s right but I can’t do it now. WOOOOOOOOOOW
l’VE been a customer at super store for more than 10 YEARS and never ever had a bad experience like that
I wish the manager sees my review and talk to him because looks like he doesn’t know anything about the customer service and the priority for the customers who are standing in front of him asking him for help NOT for filling the salads.

My best shopping store, clean, organize and full of products.

I tried to purchase something tonight. The clerk tried to scan it and it wouldn't go on the register. (She seemed to have many problems.tonight with the register with other customers infront of me). She called for help, nobody.came. (I don't know why she didn't announce it on the PA system?). She asked me to go to another clerk as the line behind me was getting longer. I just said I wouldn't buy it and left. So much for customer service.

Cleaner, with better prices and customer service than Walmart! Definitely a good go to for basic houshold stuff. Plus it's one of those stores that actually has staff that you can ask for help or info.

I purchased a coconut yogurt on December 4th only to see that it expired November 16th. Not sure where the FIFO comes into play, but after seeing a bunch of reviews stating the same problem, things should be looked into. When I went back into exchange the product, I saw that there were a bunch of the same yogurts expiring the same day with no 50% off stickers. Buyer beware.

Massive store, simply huge. It may even have a leg up on Walmart because of how many services are available in this place. However, PC has some high prices, this superstore being the higher end of those prices. Quality in produce is good, bakery is a bit lacking in floor space, meat and seafood areas feel pretty commercial and sterile. I think the amount of home goods is why I would merge two trips, but again price consciousness at play makes some of the sticker prices hard to swallow. Also there is more than one person begging for change at the front door, Milton is getting big!

Overpriced compared to Metro and Sobeys, but a better bakery and wider selection. Still, I can't overstate how much more expensive it is for the same products.

So many unnecessary physical barriers that create choke points of traffic around entrances. It feels like they’re herding their customers like cattle. Why?

And they've also yet to reopen their right sided entrance since they’d closed it for covid. Without this entrance the right side of the parking lot is mostly unused and empty while the left is busier than ever.

Whoever made these decisions was stupid.

My new favorite place. Wish there were more HALAL items in the Milton store as I believe more than 50% of the customers are Muslims.
You will also have a hike in sales.

The only thing good here is to match price. Cashier wants to know not important things on the fliers like checking for dates on the flier. The price is very expensive compared to other stores.

This is the most yucked up grocery store I've been in. The night shift doesn't stalk the shelves, leaving it for days, who block the isles with large pallets of product. 70% of the time, there are never any carts in the middle of the day.
Now, they've made it personal. I've applied for every job listing they've had, only to be rejected when I'm more than qualified for the job. Just the other day, I observed the manager order the young lady at self checkout to covertly check my bag. I knew what she was up to, and I let her do it because I had nothing to hide. Now, if I ever see the manager tailing me through the store and "accusing" me of stealing, I will be sewing this location for discrimination and harassment.
Absolutely the worst grocery store. 4pm Sunday evening, not a cart to be found. Guy rolls up with 5 of the smallest carts you've ever seen. Shelves are still half empty. Only two registers open with lines snaking through the isles. Seems to me these are all jobs I applied and am qualified for. I will never be setting foot in this store again.

Vegan options to die for. Being from a similar size city in the USA we were blown away by all the products available. They even have several isles of Plant based food options. Come on USA get with the program!

I regularly shop here and it makes me laugh at how they are allowed operate a store like this. Damaging produce/perishable goods, double charged on items and incompetent covid measures at the cash register. Also on the side note, customer service lady with super long fake nails and overly caked up face extemely rude when I went to get the bill corrected. No words to describe how trashy this place feels. Mediocre at best.

I order online and pick up at the Milton store. My order is ready and the staff work really hard during this very stressful time. I’m appreciative that these people go to work every day, and we all know it’s been HARD! I had a minor issue, but, the Manager (Stacey. I hope the spelling is ok) dealt with it efficiently and kindly explained what happened.

I love this store. It's clean and well organized. I was impressed, and I highly recommend this location.

Good place for groceries shopping. It's big and has enough space for moms with strollers. It has Tim's, Pharmacy, Fitness center and mobile shop as well. One thing I have noticed, if you go later in the day, it usually doesn't have enough fruits and vegetables and a lot of vegetables will be missing. They should review their stock person schedule. I wish their Clothes section was big and meaningful, it's just OK.

Love shopping here but past 3 shops no distancing at cash literally someone right up to your back. Try to bag groceries found it iffy today cause another person bagging and no room for 2 carts. No cleaning of the counter or pin pad. So basically I guess Covid is over at my store.

They sell beer and wine until 11 every day
Fair prices in general

They also have a clothing for all the family
Stuff for the house we do recomend the store

Real Canadian store was selling this old stuff today Oct. 23 2021. The cashier #9 told me '' Sir remove your stuff machine is not working! '' I am not blaming him bcs he was a young guy, inam blaming the poor management they should teach the new staff how to apologize and try to explain to the customer the situation on a better way.
In general the quality of this store going down day after day since i came to Milton 6 years ago.

I bought a pack of chicken thighs from this location on september 11,2021 and when I got home I noticed that the chicken was expired on September 8,2021. This absolutely made me mad because no store should be selling expired products as it can be a safety hazard and it’s just not sanitary.

1 star for discriminating against people for medical reasons and forcibly masking everyone causing damages to their health

Good selection however, standard items and labeled items are mostly expensive.
One can get better deals or prices on same products in other stores
Overall clean and good store.

The 2 gentlemen who worked at self check from 5pm to 9pm are WONDERFUL. Both were understanding and patient.

I spoke to Kevin on the phone and he was also fantastic. I was loading my items into my car and realized I forgot an item in the cart when I got home. He was very cooperative and resolved my issue asap.

Everyone there is so friendly! I love shopping there. Thank you for all your hard work!

Used to love this store nice and clean. However, vistied today at 1pm. It was gross. The big box of cantolope in the store has rotten liquid coved it. Its not only smelly but also has couple fries frying around. And the new rule in self checkout is rediculous. No bags in self checkout has to ask staffs to bring it causing lots of people are confuse and had to wait for people bring it to you. Like seriously, i understand its good for the enviroument, but right in pendemic? Its just weird that everyone needs bags need to get the bag from staffs hand? Not only i dont know what that staffs being touching but also slow the traffic big time.

Very good prices and large variety of many house hold items. The staff is very helpful but very few in number. It was very difficult to find someone when we needed help. But if you know what you want, this place beats all similar super stores

If you visit this place in the late evening, there are not many shoppers and as a one-stop grocery store, this place has lots to offer and has friendly people to assist you with your needs.

I love superstore. Amazing prices, a great variety of products and nothing is better than price match. But one star is off only bc of how horrible cellphone reception is in here. I can never access my data coverage and on top of that the store wifi neverrrrr works properly. Please fix the wifi in here.

Pretty much all kinds of groceries are found here. So, once in a week is not a bad here. Deals are often good too and I realized they keep adding new product lines too.

One of the largest grocery stores in Milton. Everything from produce, deli, seafood, frozen, fresh, clothing, pharmacy, flowers and more.

No one is watching anyone for the 6 ft apart, people cut in front of me all the time especially waiting in line to pay

Too big and disorganized. Multiple freezer areas.don't carry all the major brands.only go for price matching.

Just finished waiting over half an hour in line at the self-checkout for one case of Pepsi whatever happened to express?

They don’t clean after people use the check outs. The self checkouts are clearly dirty (food crumbs). Employee saw that I was cautious about using it and they pointed to the cleaning cart and said I could use them if I wanted. Umm isn’t that your job? Will not be shopping here. If you’re worried about COVID don’t shop here! There are other grocery stores that are cheaper in the area that actually clean the stations.

Good prices, definitely lower than most other stores but they tend to run out of produce and bread very quickly.

Large store as the name suggests.

Line ups were very long. Some competitors do a much better job controlling traffic.

The PC Express Online grocery pick-up service is not well run. I was recently waiting for my groceries for over an hour - for the first 40 minutes they forgot about my order and then after I reminded them, the next 40 minutes I saw them put my order in to someone else's car. I kept my cool because after 80 minutes of waiting I just wanted to get my groceries and go home rather than prolong the affair with pointless engagement with a clueless workforce. The next morning when I looked at my grocery bill I noticed I was billed for 40 dollars worth of items that did not make it in the grocery bag. In the past I have waited for over 30 minutes and received wrong groceries. They cannot handle high volumes of customers, perhaps management needs to hire more experienced supervisors - or think of meaningful compensation to customers that have had a terrible experience - this may also help employees and supervisors take their jobs more seriously and avoid making obvious mistakes in their work. They have most certainly lost a repeat customer in me. #superstoremilton #pcexpress #milton

Always our go to place. We buy all our groceries from here and pc members get extra discount. I love it!

This is a very nice, big store with all the selections you'd expect from a Superstore. They usually have some kind of nice, soft music playing. The only negative about this store is that some (not all) of the staff are rather abrupt when I asked them questions.like they're in a hurry to get somewhere and they'd rather not be interrupted. Eg: I asked one if they had xyz, and he said 'no, no, no' gruffly and walked away. That can be quite jarring when others are polite.

Really nice location. The layout is great, not cramped with product. Clean aisles. Not overwhelmingly busy. It makes for a good shopping experience. You feel good to shop there because there’s lots space, the pace of the store is relaxed.

Store too crowded. No appearance of limiting numbers. Otherwise your typical grocery store. Like the convenience of non food items (household goods) and clothing (Joe Fresh).

I found alot of people who had license plates covers from Toronto and missuagua were there parked in the parking lot and shopping at the super store. Shame on you. You are supposed to be under lockdown!

Good produce and their organic aisle is well stocked with all types of alternative milks and natural products at good prices. I also love that they price match and also have FlashFood so you can get produce and other grocery items for 1/2 the price when they’re close to expiry date. Yay for reducing food waste.

Got almost every thing under one roof i usually go there for fresh vegetables but recently vegetables are of no good quality most of them are gone bad.

I'm thinking that my rating might be more about the optimum points which I'm a big fan of. The store has treated us fairly well for any mistakes made though. Made it up to us with free groceries and store credit. I like going there although some of the other customers don't seem to want to keep their distance. Have had a very decent time there. Not sure how the store could do much better, it's a busy place. If I knew how to give another half star I would.

They forgot to put a box of pull-ups I ordered through click and collect in my trunk, and I had paid for it (it was on the receipt. This mistake cost me 1 hour and 20 mins in driving time with 3 young kids to go back and get the missing item the next day, not to mention 2 sets of soiled sheets to wash in the morning after a pull-up free night. I emailed them about it and never got a response either. I also feel like the store is super crowded and disorganized when I shop inside now since Covid-19 showed up. So I've started shopping local (smaller grocery stores like Co-op) only and actually find it's not that much more expensive and much more of a personal experience. The cashiers seem friendlier as well.

Horrible experience! The staff members weren't very polite and one actually scoffed at me when I asked if I could please pass by. I know we have to wear masks and I know everyone hates it but I work in customer service and trust me you can tell when an employee is smiling behind their mask. I saw one employee smiling behind her mask and i passed a lot of them today. I get it no one likes being at work but customers should never feel it.

Even during a pandemic, the team of the Real Canadian Superstore are on top of everything such providing the customer with basics needs and accommodations as well as keeping them safe by following safety precautions measures. Hats off

The male staff that directing people to which counter to pay was very rude. Respect your customers. Same goes to his manager. She cant take positive constructive feedbacks. Her staff need a training how to communicate with customers and use their judgment when making decision. July 2nd 12.30pm.

Had everything I needed. One of the girls seemed too busy to assist me, but another one was pleasant enough to take the time to help.

Baking is all old and slashed for sale. Vegetables are n#2. So must be eaten faster. Covid brings out bossy.snoty.staff.it's normal to find items with wrong price tags or multiple prices per display.

We shop there all the time and have the PC optimum card for points which we like but almost every time the spend $250 free item is a good one, they seem to run out of them quickly. It's very disappointing because we spend a lot of money there and expect to recieve the free item that's advertised. They need to be prepared better.

If i could give 0 stars i would, never going back. Had security called on me for no reason. I was there to buy a few things and i still did, but the whole situation made me uncomfortable. I wasn't stealing or anything, I work retail and this really makes me mad. Not going to go back till things are better.

The Superstore in Brandon Manitoba should be ashamed of themselves. No social distancing going on at all at this store. The customer service desk is the worst, as they have a line up backed up past the tills and people are just standing shoulder to shoulder in line. Safeway and Sobeys are still practicing social distancing so there is no excuse for Superstore not too. Except maybe greed and a lack of concern for their customers.

Rarely ever has what you need. There almost always out if stuff. They never have enough produce to last all day, very limited clothing selection and has one of the worst online pages ive ever seen. They rarely have the items that you want in store and there search is horrid you search up kids lotion and you get mini wheats.

I like this store because of its convenience and that they are specialized on groceries and there is more good deal to find

Some of us don’t want to have to use a self check out. There are so many times I have been to superstore lately only to find you only have 2 or 3 stressed cashiers with huge lines in hopes that customers will have no choice but to self check out so you don’t have to pay more staff.

More and more often, I find empty shelves at my store. Today was the worst yet. So many blank spaces in stead of full shelves. Not even any fresh packs of romain lettuce. All priced to go. In the nail care department, there were so few choices and empty spaces I was shocked.

Almost everything you could need for the home and groceries. People who work there are friendly. My only complaint would be there is nothing that makes it stand out like other Superstores (for example fresh made pita bread). Simple and efficient store tho not one for "quick" shopping and bonus is they sell wine and beer starting at 9am!

Great choices for good price. Excellent customer service. They have indoor furniture as well. I found outdoor dining table for funny price. I'm definitely recommend this store.

Always a good selection with reasonably priced items. They price match and have a points program so if your frequent there the savings can add up. The store is clean and the staff very helpful.
