One of the places where I go for shopping. Try to look for expiry dates before you buy dairy products. Staff is amazing.

Great selection of food, clothing and home goods, and wonderful staff, Indira has great people skills and is very efficient. She went above and beyond to ensure I got a gift for my large bill when it would've been easy to just not bother telling me, and I'd have been none the wiser. I look forward to coming back to this location!

The worst grocery store I ever been in. The mangers r so bad. The head office should talk to them or fire them. I will never go back there. I am going to tell everyone I know not to shop there. So sad

I often go to this store for Flashfood pick-ups (Flashfood is an app). The Customer Service staff's job is handing over the items.

At times, there are people at their Costumer Services desk who lack of dilligence at doing their job is so bad that I've had to contact management to make a complaint.

The store went through renovation recently (Sept'23) and looks even more spacious than before.

I visit this store often and although it is not always the best selection it does have good prices alongside a nice variety of services including optical and a Goodlife.

Update: The recent installations of anti theft devices, walls and gates, alongside the limitation of # of items that can be checked out at self checkout indicate that the store is trying to eliminate shoplifting, but feels offensive to honest customers. The staff here are friendly. However, I've almost completely stopped shopping here because of the insane inflation, the uncomfortable shopping experience and the lengthy checkout lines.

Always loved shopping here. They're currently under renovation so it's a little squishy. So many different things are here, always a variety. Lots of clothing discounted by 30/50 % in the front. You can collect PC optimum points here too!

I used to go every week to Real Canadian Superstore in Saskatoon and it was a great shopping experience. Great prices, very tidy and clean environment. All self checkouts were working very well. Yesterday I found a Loblaws like store in terms of prices, poor variety of products compared to Walmart that has much more. I'd recommend store manager and managers to visit Walmart store at Stockyards, copy and paste.

Store's under renovation, so expect a bit of mess around. Good selection of natural foods. There's a few options of beer available.

Superstore is always busy. Like where it is situated. Ample of underground parking as well outside too.

Was always my 'go to store' but prices are crazy now. Posting best profits for Sobey's n years, I'm not suprised - they are screwing customers! GREEDFLATION. Today Nov 18,2022. Just 2 examples: Campbells condensed soup, pack of 12 President's Choice $16.99, Save on Foods $14.99, Wal-mart $11.97.1.4kg Coffee Mate, PC $11.99, Save on $10.99, Walmart $10.49 Shame on you PC!

This is our go to for groceries. Love the lay out. Staff is nice and the points program is good. Go late to avoid the lines.

It's been getting worst and worst everytime I go. I stopped picking up orders online. That's been awful. Now coming it has been the same.

The Penticton store itself is great. Friendly staff, good selection of product. Unfortunately, I recently purchased a rca tv there on Sept 23. After two weeks the tv wouldn’t power up by remote or push button. Unbelievably, rca/ Curtis has refused warranty, saying the tv is over 365 days old. It is now a wall of silence trying to deal with rca, trying to get them to explain their timeline. If you are looking to purchase a tv, do not consider rca!

Today I was so disappointed with one of the employee in the customer service, she was very rude to me when I asked her that I didn’t get any points or deals from the store after I made a purchased of above $450 and she replied so loudly that I must have gotten points in my PC MasterCard which I didn’t. They used to give some gifts from store if anyone would have purchased over $ 350 and again she called customer service manger and she gave me great points and she apologized to me for long wait, she was so kind and honest, a big thanks to manager

Best prices in town i believe, especially the store's non-name products.also, my mother worked here and they were awesome according to her!

Open at 7 AM Sunday morning! Good selection of local produce and very tidy & clean store. Large parking lot and easily accessible.

Expensive, busy, bag ur own groceries, bag fees etc. No parking and carts are too far apart in parking lot.

I enjoy coming to this store! It really helps that they have a variety of options, many times have specials with optimum points and I can price match. The only negative thing I have to say so far is that some cashiers are a bit rude and make you feel like you're committing a crime when you ask them to price match an item. These cashiers don't make up the majority of the employees as many of them actually make my experience lovely, but they sure do stick out like a sore thumb.

Large location, full Joe Fresh assortment /great shoe repair services attached. Also covered parking available for bad weather

Lived in the surrounding area before; when visiting old friends always drop in for a possible deal. Very nice ambiance, spacious wide aisles. Very good parking.

This place has poor customer service, a poor selection, and they seldom keep the items stocked.

I strongly recommend staying away from this store.

Pretty good location with lots option for groceries and variety stuff. Found a good deal from Tbooth store during Black Friday. Manager and staff is Pretty welcoming and they will do their best to give u best deal with discounts.

My favorite grocery store, it's clean, I get everything I want here and price matching isn't a hassle. The lines for cashiers aren't long. I drive the extra distance because I prefer here than other grocery stores around me.

My go to grocery store. A wide variety of products from all over the world! I’d just suggest going there early since most of the good produce is gone by the evening and not restocked until the next day

Very chaotic most of the time. And nevery any help when you need and especially not willing help. Sour dough bread in bakery though is the best ever! Mornings its fresh and youll never find this bread else where! 2 stars soly for the bakery and one who bakes the breads!

Location is very convenient off the 401 and Weston Rd. The location carries lots of items and is easy to navigate. Plenty of parking and is also accessible by TTC.

Bring back the bags at self check out stop being cheap tight stiffs. I am buying 300 dollars woth of groceries but I cant be trusted with the sacred superstore bag.

In the old days when you used self check out there were shopping bags at the check out for $. 05 ea.
They have now removed the bags and a staff member approaches you and asks if you need a bag. If you agree, they add $. 05 to your bill.
So. I am doing my own work checking out my groceries but you are so cheap you want to make sure I hand over my nickel for your $. 05 bag.
That sounds like you have the accountant running the business. Even Walmart doesn’t do that.

The building isn't the cleanest and they don't really follow covid guidelines. I continue going here simply due to it being the closest grocery store to me.

Great store with fresh & good quality vegetables, fruits, meat & bakery which are the most important things I look for in any superstore. Wide variety of brands & products to choose from.

I have shopped at Real Canadian Superstore before but this week I just went to meet a friend there other than that I didn't shop I do think it is a clean store but also an expensive place to shop as well so my favourite places to shop are No Frills Food Basics Freshco these are my favourite places to shop because the prices are reasonable and some of the locations are pretty clean and the produce is fresh the meat as well it's great but I guess we all go as far as our wallets take us and my wallet doesn't take me to far.these big stores reduce merchandise and put it in a trolley to at a reduced rate of 50% meanwhile they should be donating it to the food bank for to the needy and the poor.

Their pharmacy is more concerned with giving out vaccines than filling prescriptions.

Their customer service is horrible. They wont call to say your medication is ready EVEN if it needs to be ordered, and they stopped doing autorefills without informing clients. When asked why these services stopped they had no real answer as to why.

I switched to an independently run pharmacy due to their poor customer service and I am much happier as a result.

Dislike this new process of having to ask for plastic bags if you need them. I do not see why they cannot just leave them out and people enter the number of bags they want to purchase on their own. Is there a concern that people were not paying for bags? So weird.

Price of PC Prime Rib 8 pack burgers went from 10.99 to 15.99, last bought them in August, that was a big jump.

I find this superstore is almost always well stocked and has the products in looking for. The lines for the cash are usually very long so I suggest using self checkout it's much quicker.

A little bit of everything here from food to clothing, party supplies, outdoor and home decor. Great central location with tons of parking!

Like someone else has said, they no longer have the plastic bags in the dispenser at the self checkout. You have to guess how many bags you need and ask the attendant for them before scanning items and they have to punch in a code. Then they give you the bags in a pile and you have to pick them up and manually put them on the dispenser, one at a time, to actually bag your groceries. This whole process really slows everything down. I try to drive here and buy groceries for my family on my short lunch break and that extra few minutes means I won't have enough time to buy as many items as I need.

Are they really concerned with people mis-reporting how many 5 cent plastic bags they used at the self checkout? I would think that people stealing entire items of food at the self checkout would lead to orders of magnitude more losses. And then there is the employee time wasted supervising the distribution of bags.

In addition, having the employee come over and give the bags to the customer and type on the screen increases the interaction and therefore the chance that either the employee or the customer will be exposed to COVID.

Galen Weston mass emailed customers at the start of the pandemic saying to please use the disposable bags to avoid spreading germs, so this isn't about safety. The store staff encourage you to use reusable bags now, and I see they have jacked up the prices on those. This is all about profit.

This store has gone steadily downhill too bad it's not ran like used to be with Carlo Natalini. I go to the fresh deli counter to buy cheese and they don't have any type of cheese whatsoever that would have never happened in the past because I know for fact Carlo would've sent someone to another store to borrow that item and never leave it empty.also I was astonished at the price of mortadella considering they didn't even purchase the premium San Danella brand one that comes wrapped in strings. They use the half sizes which has a noticeable taste difference.

This used to be the best Superstore in the GTA. I went yesterday for the first time in a while and it was absolutely DISGUSTING. There were no carts available at the entrance and I had to walk through the store to find a cart to use. There was garbage all over the floor also, disturbing! And the produce department was the worst of all.the bags used for the produce were not on any of the stands and the rolls were just thrown on top of the produce. And single bags were thrown all over the place. I used to work at another Superstore so I know the protocols, and the Weston store should be absolutely ashamed of themselves. I will NEVER be coming back!

Normal Superstore! Huge place, with produce section, groceries, house stuff and clothing. They also have an alcohol section.

A receiver who came at the 9: 00 evening shift is soo roude, not even coming on time
He takes like forever to get the load, and when i called him to ask about how long it gonna take for my turn
he was literally yelling at me he dont knows how to respect.

The staff are so miserable here. Don't bother asking to find something in the produce section. It's for the best. Just look for yourself.

This store has by far some of the worst customer service skills I've ever experienced. Seeing the average age for staff overall is mid 30s you'd expect a higher level of expertise and professionalism. Not the case!

I experienced tonight Amy, a store manager who has never once smiled in my 10 or so dealings, deny me the bathroom after paying for my groceries. Even after explaining I had a bladder infection. It was 1102 store was closed. A simple act of customer service goes a long way. So do smiles. I won't be playing count how many workers at this location smile anymore! Please try counting and you will find yourself also finding a store where people enjoy their jobs and love helping the customer still.

One of my "go to" places to shop. Prices are typically lower and they have most of what I need. Store is usually clean and staff are friendly.

This store is generally out of stock in many items but today was the worst. The produce department was despicable. I wanted to buy a variety of mushrooms, except for your basic white or brown they were well past their shelf lives. No kale or parsley. Nearly expired cilantro. Mushy red onions. I wanted to make sushi, no dried seaweed. I saw so many people walking up and down the aisles looking for products just like me. The prices were higher than No Frills and even AG and BuyLow in Osoyoos. Walmart has a night crew that stocks their shelves. Walmart consistently has better selection and value. Shameful

Very good location, not too busy, always find my products, summer or winter? No problem, underground parking is great, lots of people pee at the back, but do not go there and that's fine!

Been regularly shopping at RCSS. Great collection of groceries, meats, clothing apparel and pharmacy. Loads of parking and access to 401.

Overall I love superstore as I can get the bulk of my weekly shop in one place. I have been shopping at the penticton location since it opened. Most of the staff are polite and exceptional there are a few with a superiority complex who act as though I've stolen something. Not to mention a penchant for insipid gossip. I hope to avoid the shifts they are on.

Is it just me? Or do you guys rearrange the groceries in this store often? Everytime i go in there it seems everything has been rearranged from where they was the last time.

If you go here make sure you are very aware of what you are buying. They have a tendency to put products on shelves with misleading prices above them. Eg. I was buying blueberries. Prices on the shelves were not what was on the shelf. Items would have cost me 2 bucks more

The short lady with glasses at the costumer service on Sunday morning is the worst. How could Superstore employ a representative with such manners!

Bakery employees are pretty careless but get the job done. You sometimes have to wait for them to finish chatting with each other before placing or receiving an order. You may also have to speak over them. The store is clean, the selection is good and everything looks grocery store fresh

I bought a homedic humidifier from this store one month ago. It stopped working in one month. I called the manufacturer and they told me to return it to the store I purchased it from. I called superstore up and they said they won't accept a return and call the manufacturer. Don't buy any electronics from this store. Bad experience.

If you ever need to deal with the customer service (hopefully you don’t) try to avoid dealing with Sidney or Sindy or whatever her name was. Super impatient snd disrespectful with unheard of attitude. This literally was my first time at the Real Canadian Superstore and my experience was unpleasant and yes never coming back here!

THEY DO NOT ENFORCE PANDEMIC LAWS! They allow people with NO mask into the store and hesitantly start moving when other shoppers aggressively push for safety rules to be enforced. Avoid this store if you value your health!

I usually like this store but the past 2 weeks I have been extremely disappointed. I was missing approximately $50 of groceries in my pick up order.

The worst part is the worker that put it in my car did not give me my receipt or confirm if it was my order he was putting in my car. Not only that he had trouble closing my trunk because of the way he positioned the bags the used his fist to slam my trunk closed then ran away from me when I got out of the car.

I have picked up groceries from this store many many times and there is usually a wait, which I do not mind, but this time I have to say is the absolute worst experience I have had at the store.

Has bunch of stuff super big place, pastry, clothes, pharmacy, home appliances, kitchen stuff, some limited fish and fresh alive lobster!?
They also selling phones on plans.
Prices are supposedly the lowest, but for some reason it doesn't feel like it.

Very disappointed in the produce lately and have avoided it on my orders fpr pick up. Also disappointed in pick up. My pick up time was between 9 and 10. I arrived at 9: 30. Called twice and no one picked up, message said "not available try again later". By the time i finally got through 3 others had arrived for pick up and some how got their groceries before me. It was well after 10 by the time i got my groceries.

Liz in the pharmacy was very helpful attentive courteous and efficient. It is such a pleasure to talk to a friendly warm face who wanted to help me with what is best for my situation while adhering to the practices of the department. I am so happy she served me as an amazing representative of RCSs. Hard to find good people who do there job with joy these days, Liz is one of them. Thanks!

I am getting ripped off. I had a gift card for $100 spent $53 of it having a total of $46 and change but when I went back to the same person and till like 10 mins later it says I have nothing left.

Good but quite a large store to navigate. I use this store as the next Superstore is 100 klm away. Parking lot here is shared with other stores and again can be quite difficult to find a spot especially during holiday shopping.

PC express pick up was an absolute waist of time. Would have been faster to go in and get groceries myself. Came at the end of pickup window and they didn't have order ready. Went back a few hours later and waited 25 more min for groceries after no answer on the pick up phone line. Had to finally go inside.

Lots of stock and had what we needed. Staff were helpful with finding things and helped us with a refund with no issues.

Who ever brings the pick up the load or drops the load in superstore any truck driver please be careful and rmr to turn off the refer because the neighbour gets disturb and she start taking photo of you and your truck Licence plate and complaints the truck company and company or you will get fined she has nothing better to do please watch out

We shop here for our main grocery shop. The selection is pretty good. The only thing that could use a bit of help is the produce at times but overall we like shopping here for value and price.

The only thing that would make shopping here a better experience is actually getting shoppers points on every thing like at shoppers. Im from oliver and we go here to do our major grocery shop at least twice a month, but when we drop 3-400 dollars on groceries and only walk away with at best 300 points its kinda frustrating. Especially when i can go to shoppers in oliver and the same if not more points when I spend 20 to 30 dollars.

It's a very convenient place to shop. The produce can be hit or miss at times but otherwise this is where I primarily shop for groceries.

This location has great produce! I enjoy the selection of grocery items as well as clothing and houseware. I was once charged the wrong amount for the item, and customer service quickly corrected the error with an additional credit for the inconvenience. I'm especially impressed by their response to the covid-19, adhering and adapting to health precautions.

Price was higher than normal for my lunch. I paid $10 + tax for dynamite roll which seemed to have average quality of ingredients. Only 1 average size shrimp in my roll seems lower with the value. I got a lot of rice which fills you up.

They had the Distilled Water that so many places don't have. And a hard to get canned meat (Puritan corned beef hash) both at good prices so I am quite satisfied

The seafood department has no one to assist, tho being paged 3 times no one showed up, myself along with 3 other persons had to walk away without any assistance from the seafood department.very sad

It was terrible the day I went, last Friday. March break had started.
People were pannicking and buying everything up, leaving alot of empty shelves. The cash out lineups were ridiculous, all the way to the back of the store. A good thing was I did not see impatient or grumpy buyers. Although it was so so so busy, everbody seemed to be behaving.
Normally I would give the Real Canadian Superstore a five star rating.

Excellent place to shop for all your daily needs. The pharmacy is conveniently located inside the store. Staff are very friendly and helpful!

Such an amazing grocery store. It has everything you could possibly need. It is hard to find someone to help you in the off hours but everything is labeled so you can find things independently.

The store is good and employees r nice. Only thing that is a problem is that they are always running out of stock and hardly have anything in that I'm looking for. So need a big improvement in stock. Everything else is pretty good.

There never seems to be any baskets at this location which is very irritating. Good hours and selection however.

Great store for shopping, yet they block cell phone signals in the entire store, if you have kids or loved ones at home do not use this store as any emergency calling needs are blocked. Seems like a great lawsuit waiting to unflold

Always been a fan of the real canadian superstores. They offer a good selection of products. Reasonable prices.

The odds that the produce isle is ravaged is 80%. There is almost never a time I come here and don't have to double up going to another store to get some simple like zucchini, basil, peppers, cilantro, mushrooms. There are not special items, but they are almost always out of one of not all of them.

Varieties are getting less and less as they streamline profit. Less of a reason to shop there now.

Superstore is great for cheap prices on certain items. Dry bulk goods etc. The meat department has lousy products that are low grade. I avoid shopping there for 2 other reasons.the stupid "buy in groups of.and selling there "deal of the day " at the till, plus flogging everyone for charity. JUST SELL GROCERIES!
