The pharmacy is terrible. Its slow and the staff don't have good customer service skills.

I would normally give this store a 4 or more rating. Yesterday I was there and needed to use one of the mobility carts as I hurt my leg. A nice employee named Dan helped me get one. It said fully charged. The cart was terrible and extremely old. Half way done with my shopping the cart just died! A nice lady came and helped me by pushing the cart to the checkout. I paid for my groceries and once again the nice young man Dan came and put my bags in a shopping cart.
I would think the store could afford to replace these old carts. I decided to go to another store to finish getting the rest of the items I needed.
An eye opening experience. If I had not injured myself I wouldn't understand what handicapped people go through in that store.

I don’t go to the store too often since I moved from St. Catharines, but went there on the weekend for some PC products. I am mediately noticed when entering that the store seems to have gone downhill quite a bit. I seem to be in disarray, sections that used to be there seem to be missing, and it looked as if they were low in quite a few items. The HomeGoods area was nothing like it used to be, maybe because lack of demand now that everything else in the store is so expensive. I would not go out of my way to go back to that store that’s for sure.

Always a great experience, can't go wrong here for all your shopping needs from groceries to electronics.

Most expensive price for the worst produce in St. Catharines. Most expensive overall grocery store in St. Catharines. And this thing they do buy 2 or 3 more you get this price.buy one you get at high price.ridiculous. Food Basics is the best for actual fresh produce at a better price point. You can add NO Frills into that mix as well great produce great price for mist items.

Go to place for groceries and kitchen stuff. Right next to the Walmart so you can automatically feel better about yourself the moment you walk out.

It's clean, it has food. Nothing exceptional about in store shopping. I do find their curbside service amazing. Sometimes you can choose to pick up same day, and they are always speedy and super friendly when loading into the car!

The employee wearing a number 62 jersey need to go back to customer service training ASAP

Fresh quality produce, friendly staff. The store is very big so use your assistance devices & take your time.

We were in to shop at the St Catharines store earlier this week. We were not impressed when we saw
6 individuals (in 3 separate groups) walking around without masks. When we asked the cashier about it we were advised that the staff were not allowed to approach customers not wearing masks. Not a responsible corporate decision! Makes us question the cleanliness of the store and everything in it!

Looked up info for a product that I wanted from a specific department and could order, and have, it in store within two days! Thanks!

One of the best grocery stores in the area. Huge selection and friendly staff. It also has a variety of other options such as cooking classes and birthday parties for children!

I dislike having to bag my own groceries even when I stand in line to see a cashier. If customers have to bag their own items they should be selling the items at a discount.

Whats with the new bag policy, as if I already have to do all the scanning and packing of my purchases but now I have to beg for a bag that I am already paying 5 cents for and we have no proof that it ever went to environmental causes as it was designed to do, it most likely just pays for Galen Weston's lawn care.

So much selection but Oh So BIG! It seems you can never make it a quick in and out grocery shopping. Line-ups to pay at the cash are always way too long. The self check out is antiquated and not very user friendly. Luckily they always have an employee to help.when they are not busy helping someone else. And it's getting more and more expensive to buy food there.

Prices are ridiculous half the items i bought didnt have the price tag guess what all ridiculous prices i had 2 grocery bags for 90 dollars nvr going back i wldnt recommended go to zehrs

My wife and I were just in this location to pick up two bouquets for our mothers, and we were harassed by an angry older gentleman all the way from the door to self-checkout. He was wearing a vest and working the door and said my wife needed to put her mask over her entire nose, “right NOW. ” She said “okay” and walked away to the checkout and he followed us the whole way and berated us as we were trying to pay. He walked away, only to watch us from afar, and when we looked over at him, he literally walked over to interrogate us about what he imagined we were saying about him (we weren’t even saying anything — we were in disbelief and just wanted to get out of there.) Completely unacceptable behaviour from a store employee, ESPECIALLY one of his age. We will be sharing this experience online and with your Head Office. Unreal.

Clean store. Lots of variety. I wished that they had more cash registers opened to avoid the massive line ups when you want to leave. Thats why its not 5 stars

Ordered a bbq that was in the flyer. Was to pick it up 2 days later. 4 hrs before I was to pick it up I received an email saying order has been canceled. No explanation. Called and an employee told me that if it was canceled they probably don't have it. Ridiculous if you don't have the product you shouldn't be advertising it. Also, I could of got another deal at a different store and have missed out on that due to waiting to pick this order up. If you really want something don't order it from here. Will wait for it and not receive it.

I really like this store it's always clean and well stocked. The staff is pleasant at this time of year they have a great outdoor section

Big store, great selections, just be sure to check best before dates on produce, breads etc. Otherwise the alternative food choices like vegetarian, lactose free, gluten free etc.is quite good! Also the joe fresh section is ample!

Generally a very good store but terrible customer service experience. I was treated very badly by one of the customer service agents by name ‘Chor Queen’ just because I asked for the location of an item I couldn’t find. Ill try hard to avoid her anytime I’m in that store again

Steve (the produce manager I believe) was a huge help to me! Just before Christmas he delivered amazing customer service helping me in my hunt for sweet potatoes, Steve is a key player to the RCSS success, thank you!

For many years now, Superstore has always been my go-to store for all my groceries and essentials, however due to a recent encounter I had with a cashier (Madi H.) I am disappointed to say that I will never be coming back. This cashier behaved in such a poor and unprofessional manner that I am concerned for the safety and well-being of others. As she was serving me, she proceeded to give me weird looks, yelled at me for no reason, and threw my change at me. Please keep in mind that I personally did not know this girl and even throughout this, I still managed to remain calm, polite, and understanding as I could be because I thought to myself that she may have just been having a bad day. Unfortunately, I am unhappy to say that this unacceptable behaviour did not stop there. As I began to walk away from her till, I noticed that she raised her middle finger up in the air at me. At that point, I realized that this mistreatment that I was experiencing was 100% purely acts of racism because 1. I genuinely did nothing wrong and 2. I appeared to be the only one of color. I went into Superstore that day in such happy spirits and with the mindset that I would go in and get what I needed and obviously go on with my day, however it is sad to say that it quickly changed due to your racist staff. I left there feeling so small, shocked, and horrified by her behaviour. None of Madi H. ’s behaviour that day was excusable, so please do not continue to have people like her represent you because she will do more damage than good. Also, I am still in disbelief that this happened by YOUR staff. I kept my receipt in case you need proof. - From a loyal, paying customer

With a wide variety of groceries and great sales. Every place open and we were lined up at the back of the store. We checked out from the back in 7 minutes. Impressive!

Grocery Store is excellent, but AVOID The Mobile Shop phone store at the front. Sold me a piece of garbage bugged phone and won't clean thier voicemail.

I wouldn’t recommend this store or any loblaws stores, they have app called Flashfood it’s very dangerous as my wife is hooked in to this application as any expiration food is listed on this application and I experienced few times as we bought meat as it’s to expire in few days at-least 3 times we found a bacterized meats, it smelled bad, they really have to take these considerations before putting it out for sale in 1/2 price, during Covid we all want to save money, but these big giants killing people silently.where is health Canada? Are we in a third world countries? I am going to make an official health Canada complaint, if anyone experienced this please do the same.

I do puck up front here and very well organized, and puck up is away from all the bulk parking.

Clean, tidy, always has what I need in stock. Only complaint I have is that too often they only have a minimal amount of staff working the cash which leads to a long line down the center of the store. I can use self check-out when I have a few items, but becomes a pain when I have a full cart, or have to wait for people with a full cart using the self-checkout

Good layout with the key items at the back. It’s a clean, well lit, Hot/cold deli, an eating area, and kitchen for cooking classes and nutritional education. Appreciate the staff at the registers and their friendly efficient service. Well stocked and displayed items. Ample parking area and the sanitary system seems well run considering the current situation. Will be back.

Its our favorite grocery store in St. Catharines. You can get groceries, organic foods, supplements, vitamins, pet supplies and pharmacy items all in one place plus get PC points!

Large clean with friendly and knowledgeable staff. Always find what I'm looking for. Especially in the bakery. Thanks for slicing my sourdough bread.

Most of what I was looking for was out of stock but did get a few good deals to make the trip worthwhile.

This store is ok for the bare essentials. Produce is the same as Food Basics make sure you eat it quick after you buy it. Red meat selection is very slim in the afternoon and the ground beef before date is like the next day. You can price match there which is good and its not too busy in late evening.

One of the better RCSS I've been to - generally not a fan. This store is well organized and well stocked. I always use the self-check out.

I would not recommend going here until covid is over or longer. The line was to the back of the store and moving very slow. I get that there are covid protocols to follow but then you need to have more cashiers working. So many empty tills with out cashiers.

Clean and I can always find what I need. Signage was poor for first time curbside but honestly PC express is my new favorite thing.

The young man at the self checkout was so very helpful and provided the best customer service! I was so happy & impressed! Great selection & value as usual!

Busy, but organized entry and not crowded. Well-stocked shelves and traffic control at checkout lanes.
