I chose REMIC for my continuing education course, it was priced reasonably and it's a great in depth course.

REMIC IS THE BEST PLACE TO LEARN ABOUT REAL ESTATE AND ABOUT MORTGAGE.
THE EDUCATIONAL STAFF IS HIGHLY EXPERIENCED. THE TOOLS AND SYSTEM AVAILABLE ARE EASY TO USE.

The course is a lot and the wording of some questions try to trick you. The instructors are a mixed bag, Kevin was terrible but Tony was amazing and I loved him

Thoroughly enjoyed the Mortgage Agent course! It was a lot of learning but my instructors were very knowledgeable and also shared what they know from being in the industry as well.

The first webinar I attended helped to understand the mortgage agents' path to get into the career and all the options available to get there. Thank you for this informative webinar.

Sometimes all it takes is one person to change your experience from bad to great. I would like to thank Dua S, Senior Academic Advisor, for being that person at Remic.
I had been struggling with an IT issue that had not been solved for some time. Dua called me back first thing in the morning after hearing the voicemail that I had left the day before. She took the time to listen, and explained how and why things had happened and how she would make sure that it would be solved very soon. Less than 1 hour later, I receive not only an email, but also a follow up call from Dua notifying me that the issue had been fixed. I am beyond impressed with her high level of professionalism, customer service, honesty, and courtesy. We need more people like her representing businesses!

Great course, was and is very informative and you come out in the end well prepared for the provincial exams. The support through out the modules was great!

It is designed to provide student with enhanced understanding and assimilation of new knowledge and concepts while facilitating ability to pass exams effectively.

Haven’t even started this course yet, because they failed to deliver a text book, but this was my fault because I apparently didn’t fill out my unit number. I already paid for shipping, but now I am responsible for paying for shipping again or picking up the textbook.

Still not happy about this whole shopping thing…. But…

The instructor was phenomenal and seasoned. He made the session very interactive and answered all the questions the group had. Gave very simple examples which made the topic easy to understand.

Well organized, course materials and contents are easy to understand and follow. Quizz and Test are straight forward and to main key points

Remic makes it easy for you to learn about mortgages and become a mortgage agent. They make learning simple for students and do not dump information on you. My instructor is Kevin and he's great

Damian is a great instructor. He explains the topics really well. He has a skill to keep my attention to the class and keeps me focused on the webinar. I have learned a lot from him today. Looking forward for the next session. UPDATE: We did have a great weekend class again with Damian. He was still able to give a great webinar class even though he is not feeling well. I learned a lot from him again today.

Completed the course in 25 days, the platform is very easy to go through, the practice tests are very helpful. The videos could be more practical.

I was enrolled in the Life Insurance Certification Course by my company.

Incredibly disappointed in the quality assurance in the online lockout exams.
Replies from support took WEEKS sometimes to get the errors in the exams fixed. My worst case was an entire month of waiting. I had a deadline for a new job position that I did not meet because of this timeframe.
For the exams you only have FIVE exam attempts before you have to pay another 100 dollars and restart completely to continue.
Many of the exam questions were outright nonsensical and unanswerable, sometimes giving answer options for different questions, some just had spelling mistakes that made them difficult to understand what was being asked. The ones without errors had a tendency to be trick questions or even material from other chapters entirely. Taking each exam felt less like I was learning, and more like a 50/50 draw.
I am not sure if Remic’s other courses are like this, but this is my experience with the life insurance course. I know a few of the people I was enrolled with spoke up about these issues as well to our company.
I am giving Remic two stars only for the reason of that I found the available video tutorials and practice quizzes to be somewhat helpful in actually learning the material.

Damian is clear, consise and gives you realistic examples which aids in the clarity. I have taken this with someone else and I find this instructor polite in answering your questions.

The platform was easy to use and the course totally on line. Teacher coaching should be improved to be more inviting and dynamic for students. I recommend the HLLQP course which I took with them!

Kevin Ralling is the best instructor for the Mortgage Agent Level 1 Live webinar. I am happy that I took the live webinar and attended Kevin's Classes. You would get your moneys worth and learn a lot. It is fast paced classes, make sure to listen and make notes.
