Overall an okay experience but many things seemed left to the last minute. Two days before my closing date I still hadn't been given a signing appointment so I had to chase that up. And on the day before closing I had to make a payment, even thought that should have been anticipated in advance. But I hear this kind of thing is typical across the whole industry.

Second time using their services and it was fantastic both time. They walked me through everything and helped with all the small details. I will use this company again in the future.

This had been the best interaction I had with closing my house. There was no. I mean NO! Hidden fees. They delivered exactly what they quoted. I have quotes with break down of fees from other 4 Law firms that started out cheap $799 (base) and then added + $180 (courier/disbursements) +$171 (software use charge). All of them were anywhere between $1200+tx to $1316+tx.

My law clerk Katie was very prompt to answer my questions and provide me with the pertinent information. All the people that I dealt with throughout my buying experience were courteous and professional. I wouldn’t hesitate to use their services again!

I called to get to real estate documents notarized and after waiting on hold, I was told "we don't do that". When I asked why the person I was talking to said that's what she was told to say. I'm extremely disappointed with the lack of explanation.

I contacted their service after we sold our home. The staff was very friendly and helpful over the phone answering all of our questions. Once we began the process all documents were requested and I was notified quickly that everything had been received. An appointment was set to sign the documents. Very simple and straight forward which was great so I could focus on packing and the rest of our move.
