Real Fruit Bubble Tea

We love real fruit but every once in a while, they mix up our order or just don’t pay attention to the order. We ordered a mango slush and strawberry and banana smoothie. I would not have known the strawberry and banana smoothie had strawberry in it. It was all banana and tasted like mashed banana baby food. Their customer service isn’t the friendliest and if you attempt to inquire about something regarding your order, you could be met with displeasure.

Asked for a drink with tapioca pearls, was tomd it would take 10 minutes, which I was okay with. After a 25 minute wait, I was given the drink with homemade pearls instead. When I mentioned this was the wrong order, they said it would take another 15 minutes for the tapioca pearls I had ordered. “They taste the same, just take this one. ”

When I order a Taro its good. But whenever I order a mango slush with tapioca I found some strands of plastic in it and I can feel it in my mouth.

First time I tried Mango diamond slush here with lychee jelly in toppings. It was a bit sweet for me but overall I loved it. I’m excited to try different bubble tea here?

Everything about is good the drinks never have disappointed me everything is good and service is awesome I love to come here usually one weekends or just any day

I was here 10 seconds before 8: 00 and I ran right from the train to there and kicked me out of there.

The bubble teas are great, but pretty pricy, almost of these places are. Nice and bright, fun colours and really nice staff. Fresh fruits are always a plus. It's located near the food court on the upper level across from sunrise records.
They have a self serve board for ordering and customizing your drinks. I personally love the jelly balls that pop in your mouth!

The drinks made at this location are watered down and half the cup is filled with tapioca. When asked to remake the drink the manger refused and told me I should have ask for half tapioca. I’ve never experienced such horrible customer service. As a customer I should be able to go to any location and the drinks taste the same! It’s the businesses responsibly to uphold a standard!

Been coming here for a year and their mango is the best supper fresh and good customer service too. If you like mixing fruits it’s a good place to try or to customize some drink. But always try Mango Diamond slush first

The girl who works there with long brown hair light blonde ends, black frame glasses and is Caucasian is utterly rude, snobby, and incompetent at making a bubble tea. Please look into her work ethic, I love going here and I had such a bad experience with her messing up my order.

The worst customer service I experienced ever in Ottawa. The guy was working, was rude and asked me extra money for a cup! Ridiculous! I told him, I am not gonna give a good review based on my experience and he replied that doesn’t matter!
For sure, I will not visit the store ever! It sucks!

Love the fact they use real mangoes and not just syrup alone. It’s the only bubble tea place I love visiting. Using real fruit is always key to a great smoothie.

From my experience, Real Fruit Bubble Tea is amazing! They have a variety of different flavours and they all taste amazing. My favourite is the Taro Milk Tea. It was not too sweet, but not too bland either. The Peach Green Tea was also good, but it was a bit too sweet for my liking. I highly recommend this place if you're a fan of bubble tea!

The fruit smoothies were delicious, however the milk tea was overly sweet with no hint of tea what so ever, I’m use to the Real Fruit Bubble Tea at Rideau, and this one is no close at all. Highly recommend you avoid the milk tea unless you want diabetes

Loved it very fast and friendly staff. It was my first time ever at the store and I will definitely come back if I'm in the area

The staff is very rude and talked about customers behind their backs (am white guy that speaks fluent mandarin). Drinks are overpriced and they are extremely stingy with toppings. Not worth the money go to the Presotea downstairs

Going here instead of PresoTea in the mall. Presotea has terrible customer service. Don't fail me Real Fruit!

Bubble is just ok, customer service is the worst. I gave $10 for my 8.55 tea, she gave me back 45 cents I told her that she still owed me $1 which she refused to give, manager came and said well she said you gave her $9 and our your receipt it said $9. I kept insisting that I gave 10 she asked me why I gave a 10 when my bill was for 8.55. They kept speaking in an Asian dialect so I would not understand and refused to give it to me. Never returning.

I ordered a cold pomegranate green tea.

When I received my drink, it was room temperature with no ice.

The amount of pearls given here was very little and cheap. There was not even half of the amount given compared to competitors.

Same thing happened to my friend's drink as well. He ordered a cold green tea. Warm drink and barely any pearls.

Will not come back.

Room temperature drink even though I ordered a cold one. No ice. Hard tapioca. Less tapioca given than good bubble tea shops. Tasted like sugar and water.
