Real Fruit Bubble Tea

Love coming to this " Real Fruit " bubble tea place. Most of the items are indeed made with real fruits. My go to drink is the Mango Diamond Slush for all you mango lovers!

Service is good. They also have self serve device which tremendously helped reduce a bit of the line up. It does get busy so if it's your first just prepare to wait and it will be worth it.

I ordered a strawberry smoothie and a cold original milk tea. The milk tea was good but the strawberry smoothie as I was about to finish I found red hair in my smoothie and I’m definitely upset about it.

Smaller location so it gets busy but they were very kind to keep my drinks in the fridge for a few minutes while I did some shopping. Always go for the additional mango chunks for the diamond mango drink

They don’t customize orders even if it’s simple like put your mango chunks on top. Four stars for me

Bubble tea at its finest! First I was big into the mango diamond slush yers ago, now I can’t stop drinking the coconut milk tea, sans the tapioca (yes, I’m one of those people that isn’t a fan of the tapioca pearls).
The fruit drinks are made fresh, right in front of you, so you know you’re getting the real stuff.
They have a variety of beverages available in hot or cold, from milk teas to smoothies, fruit juices and slushes.
You really can’t go wrong with any choice you make.
I haven’t tried a bunch of things off their menu, so if anyone has a favourite of theirs that you think I need to try, let me know!

Mango diamond smoothie with tapioca pearls is all you need and it’s absolutely amazing, also have fresh mango chunks. Not super sweet and just loved it.

In a nutshell: This location has fast but rude service. I told the cashier up front that I had a loyalty card. He said OK. I scanned it. Didn't work. So, I told him again. Scanned it a second time. I assume it worked. Paid for my order. Didn't get my points. Told him I didn't get my points. The person in charge proceeded to scold me because there's signs everywhere that say I'm supposed to tell them before ordering. I told her I did. And she kept scolding me for not presenting my card before ordering. So, I cut her off and said listen, I don't know if there's a language barrier here but you're being unprofessional. Stop telling me that I should've done that when I did that. It's unprofessional. Anyway, she finally gave me my points.

Extremely rude service attendant. She seems to make you feel that you are not worthy to be served by her majesty. A juice cashier. Well never again.

Went in, she said she won't serve me unless I have a mask, so I went all the way back and got my mask out of car, came back to order and they don't have tapioca ready, basically wasting my time for a 2nd after I spent 12 mins to drive to this location. She knows me by now and what we order so just shows the lack for wanting buisiness, as well they're fruits are usually spoiled and they never have tapioca ready.

This is the first Real Fruit Bubble Tea location that I visited (when it first opened). Once I tried the Mango slush with mango chunks - I was hooked. I really enjoy the classic Banana and Strawberry milkshake as well. The milk tea drinks are good. Last but not least making your own custom drink is amazing too - Mine is Orange, Papaya, Banana.

Edit! This review is suppose to be for the Albion location not woodbine! I can't delete it for some reason! I'm a frequent customer at Real fruit. First time trying this location. Please do not go here. The mango diamond slush is sooooo watery. Basically paid for water and tiny pieces of mango.

Very rude staff. Here is what happens to me, I ordered my drink with less ice and she mix the orders and gave me drink with full ice. I complained and she prepared the second drink filled with some liquid like water that i even won’t feel the taste of my drink.

Hours online were wrong. Took a bus to get a drink for it to be closed. Staff weren’t very pleasant either when I advised wrong hours

Great bubble tea, and yes, real fruit. They're awesome! You have the option of adding whey protein too if you're into that health stuff. I got a regular size mango diamond slush for $5.99. Which was amazing, if you like mango definitley give it a try.

Paid $7.35 for a medium mango tapioca drink. Didn't wait as long as the guy next to me, whose drink they forgot to make.
Tapioca wasn't thoroughly cooked. It wouldn't go up the straw too, as everything was glued into a mush.
Not worth the $$

This place is usually busy and might take long hours to order and to receive it. There's seating area in front of the store. Good customer service. They have buy 1 get one free options. I tried mango and honeydew bubble tea from here. The taste is just above average. But not that bad. They have wide range of choices of cool drinks from smoothies, bubble tea, slush, etc.

Expensive drinks & customer service is garbage, learn how to smile and greet customers with your expensive drinks that taste like what you would make at home

Owner, treat your staff better as the one served us looked so miserable. Not her fault though as she was by herself or something. Tapioca was a tad undercooked. Milky coconut tasted a bit weird. My strawberry tasted alright.

My drinks here are always made nicely and I would love to try more flavors here. Would recommend to anyone who wants fresh fruit bubble tea.

This is located in woodbine centre on the second level close to Tim Horton. They sells all kinds of fruit smoothie, bubble teas and other drinks.accessible via elevator or escalator. Wheelchair accessible.

Found PIECES of paper in one of my drinks. Another drink tasted like water.
Majority of the employees are always slouched and look miserable lol

You're better off elsewhere

Young asian boy with glasses clearly works there just to pay for his video game addiction. Spends all his time bobbing his head and singing terribly to his poor choice in music instead of paying attention to the customers and what they order. Making orders takes way longer than it should because he doesn’t care about doing his job to the best of his ability.

He also doesn’t know how to charge the correct price when it comes to orders. He even charged me a Medium Hot Taro Milk Tea for the price of a Large Cold Taro Milk Tea and gave me a Medium Cold Taro Milk Tea. Terrible service from him, he should receive more training before he serves customers in the future.

Theres always a line. I dont know who leaves these bad reviews here and have these terrible experiences. Wait can be a little long but it is cause its busy.

Drinks are pretty much standardized. All locations make the same drink.
