Real Fruit Bubble Tea

Apparently they just give your order to anyone and then refuse to make a new drink for you. Trash.

Every time i go to this mall. I always buy my drink from here. Recently i ordered mango slush with kiwi. It was amazing. I really loved it.

I ordered the avocado smoothie at this location. Unfortunately, it tasted bland and not sweet at all. All I can taste is the milk. Even though I didn’t choose 100% sugar but it shouldn’t be this tasteless. So disappointed

I ordered a Diamond Mango Slush and I probably won't be coming back. Although the drink was fresh, they didn't fill the whole cup up. We payed in full yet they only filled the cup about four fifths of the cup. I didn't pay attention to the cup because they also made a mistake that they made, but they did not acknowledge their mistakes. Again, probably won't be coming back as I know of other locations that have better service.

Was first in line, and the cashier tried taking someone who cut in line. Found that annoying and left, not a fan of this location.

So rude, lady was just filling up the jars while I was waiting to be served, after 2 minutes finally she came to the register and greet with “you want to order or what” I don’t recommend to give business to at least this location.

Poor service! Not only they took forever to make my order and the old lady who wore "certified trainer" t-shirt was impatient and rude to the customers

Genuinely baffled! While waiting for my drink one of the employees was eating takeout at the registers! While people were waiting to be served!

What’s wrong with this place? The drink is so delicious (after i asked for 70% sugar). Service was good, sorry for not listening when you guys called for order number. Love this place

I usually come here to get a smoothie for a my kid. Last time I went, I was told that there a new policy that drinks needs to have 30% sugar. What kind of policy is that? That’s unbelievable! If I want no sugar in my drink for my kid that should be an option! I won’t be coming here again.

Unbeliveable, new "no sugar policy". I was ordering a milk tea with no sugar, and they have to add sugar to every drink according to the new policy. Not coming back to this place.

I always enjoy the Mango Slush.
However, the service could improve and the attitude of the team as well.

My 2 favorites on their menu are the carrot juice and the mango slush topped with tapioca and aloe jelly. The pre-covid team vibe was way more energetic and lively than the team now which could be improved

My friend ordered a drink and when she got it the drink looked nothing like the picture. Also the tapioca pearls tasted different then they should be, almost like water. We went to go complain and the employee had told us we were overreacting. I asked for a refund and she said that she couldn't give us one. So, we asked for the same drink and while making it, she was on her phone the entire time.

I ordered their bubble tea today via Fantuan. I went to pick up. The system didn’t work so the staff took my phone and place on her kitchen counter at the back with all the drinks and ask her coworker to make the drinks. She didn’t ask me for permission and my phone was literally taken away from me without my permission. I swear to god if a drop of water fell on my phone I would make sure the store was shut down. The girl had ZERO common sense.

Terrible customer service not all but some of them were so mean. I guess they thought we didn't understand what they were talking about us in their language.

I got Mango with bubble on Saturday around 7 pm a few minutes before closing the store. The quality was not good. The mango was not sweet and also I found many fruit skins inside.i don't recommend it

I wont recommend this store, i asked for strawberry banana smoothie with adding blueberries and they charged me for strawberry banana smoothie medium size 6.99 and because I asked for blueberries too they changed me extra for banana and strawberry which should be included to the price 6.99 and on top of that for blueberries which make sense if they charged me extra 0.50 only.
Honestly i was watching them to see how they make them guess what my smoothie was a half of banana, 2 big strawberry and scoop of blueberries thats all the rest was ice and water and that costed me 9.18 dollars.
Shame on you for ripping people off

Very poor customer service. And my smoothie wasn't good. I suggest retraining at this location.

Had a very nice experience at this location the lady that helped was super nice and accommodating. This location even though it’s in the mall is still open during Covid. I got the mango diamond slush. Mangos tasted super fresh and I also got the original milk black tea which also was great.

Definitely one of the better Real Fruit locations in the area. I find that they make the tapioca just right, other locations have been usually undercooked but they do it right here

Ordered the mango diamond slush with tapioca. You can definitely taste the mango in the drink, which is also accompanied by a few mango cubes. The tapioca is decent and gives a good chew.

Drink was good but they can work on their customer service. There were 2 ladies working and once they finished making our drinks, they didnt even let us know. They simply continued to talk amongst eachother and ignored us completely. No "hello" once we came in either. Management should train their employees to be a bit more friendly to their customers.

Today I ordered a mango slush, and then the lady asked if its mango strawberry and I said again “a mango slush please”, but they gave me a mango strawberry and I asked them to change it because that was not what i ordered but the lady said i asked you if its mango or mango strawberry. I took that because I had no tume to argue for a drink.
Also they didn’t used my point and they charged me for 8$ for something i didnt order! This is the second time I am getting a wrong order from real fruit!

I placed a mobile order and paid in app in advance so I dont have to wait for it to be prepared. When I arrived there were no customers and they did not even started preparing my order too. There were 2 staffs so I dont think either of them were checking their system.
The Mango slushie is also sour.

I honestly would wish I could give this place a negative 5. The employees are somewhat polite, but the service deserves a negative 5. I always liked real fruit and out of the 6 times I’ve been to this location, I still await the day I get my smoothie made correctly. Overall, -3*
