Real Fruit Bubble Tea

I don’t understand why the employees don’t get it. I ask for minimum ice and also tell them separately y for minimum ice but they do the opposite most of the time. I order drink smoothie from here almost everyday, then also they do this. Please take it into consoderation.

I ordered a mango diamond slush yesterday. It was watery and the mango is obviously not ripe. You can see the colour of drink is off. It wasn’t as yellow and more transparent. I always order mango diamond slush from real fruit in different locations. It is always good. But I will never order from this location again.

Great tea but the person ordered a wrong size of my drink and told me that he cannot change it. Very unpleasant experience! Have been a loyal customer for a while but don’t think I will come back again.

Its a worst place.waiting hr on the line! Its not busy time but the staffs talking each other, l asked why do you that.super rude guy.l dont drink its a for my daughter.my suggestion dont go to there, beacuse they can attack to u!

This staff in this location is SO RUDE and unprofessional. You don’t get to ask questions regarding your order because you will make them so mad! Be nice because your job is deliver an excellent service and the customer wants to get what he/she wants not what you guys want.

All the drinks are solid good quality and I know this is very busy store. Highly recommend use the kiosk would be so much faster. Overall I love it.

We visited the place today. Very poor customer service staff and the cashier was very agressive and rude. Not helpful at all!

I could understand if the store is very busy but that was not the case this day.

The smoothies are very good by the way, fresh and you can feel all the natural flavours.
I don't have the name of the cashier but she definitly need to be trained how to advice and communicate with a commercial attitude.

Also, screaming the number of the order for the client to get his smoothie without saying "have a nice day" or "Enjoy" seems like we are in the army.

Comparing to its branch in somewhere else, the quality in this real fruit is very poor and the staff are not friendly either. I had ordered 3 mango slushes. I threw them all away.

They charge 55c for a cup to get tap water, even if you bought a drink. And then they refuse to give you the larger cup and will only give you a small cup. Seriously?

One of the cheaper places for decent bubbletea now that more authentically Asian places are charging an arm and a leg for 1 drink. Real fruit has nice chewy tapioca!

The service however at this location is a hit or miss! Come when it's quieter and the service will be much better. Had an incident during late afternoon where it was super busy and they made a mistake on my order but the young girl's attitude behind the counter was extremely rude. On the flip side previously a friend's drink was too sweet, a mistake she made, and they happily and very kindly remade it. Moral of the story, best to avoid rush hour.

Worst location ever (not that others are better), I ordered mango diamond slush with light sugar and person before me ordered same with regular sugar. I saw them make it with regular sugar and gave both of us same. That’s a health and safety issue, there’s a reason I ordered with light sugar. What if I did not see that? Employees are ignorant just because they don’t want to make it separately they will give you something different. I asked them why they did that and there wasn’t even an apology, in fact they were mad that they had to make it again. They added lot of ice and water as well, it was so watery it felt like mango juice rather than slush. I saw them do the same thing to everyone, lot of ice and water just so that employees don’t have to make that many drinks. As ignorant as it can get. It’s not the same as it used to be couple of years ago. Employees just don’t care about quality. No one ever answers phone on their customer service line because no one cares. Nothing’s ever going to change. Do not ever goto this location.

I ordered a small peach green tea and they charged me for a medium and when i said i ordered a small, which my friend also heard me order, the girl at the counter was like, "NO YOU DIDN'T, YOU ORDERED A MEDIUM". Extremely hostile for no reason.the staff have a horrible attitude.

The cup is not full and even did not reach the line. I asked the person about the question, but the attitude is really BAD! It is terrible. They also refused me to make it full or reach the line. BTW they make four drinks together, which means that they ignore our requirements about ice level and sugar level.
