Real Fruit Bubble Tea

I ordered mango diamond slush and it was made of raw mango. Not even sweet.

Good but sometimes they won’t listen the customer requirement if we said no ice or other specifications they forget and do regularly

Got a caramel macchiato and it was undrinkable. Went inside to speak with the lady with glasses. She Gave me attitude and told me its how its suppose to be. Don’t waste your time here, they’re not willing to help you when they mess up the taste of your drink.

I go here 2 to 3 times a week after the gym and I'm never going again. There were 3 peope in total. Only 1 person infront of me. When my turns come up, the cashier tells me I have to order from self menu since I'm paying card. I left. He could of told me that before I waited 10 minutes. When he saw I was unhappy and left, all he did was say sorry and didn't even attempt to keep me. 100% unbothered. I spent an average of 150$ a month there. Mark my words. You will never see me step foot into this location!

Real fruit bubble tea has always been a place that I would want at every location. No matter wherever I go, I look for the “Real Fruit Juice” board. Their smoothies are a must try. I always go for the pineapple smoothie with tapioca, where as my family members go for mango/avocado smoothie with chunks and tapioca. If you have not got the chance to try one, you must go today. Don’t forget to try the tapioca for toppings and it’s really addictive. I wish these juices were open at more locations for everyone’s convenience. Thanks to real fruit juice owner/owners? ?

Came in today. Customer service rep (Stella) did make the drink but was more interested in being on the phone then attending Customer. Customer wait at one end and her drinks are kept at the other end. Very poor service. It's like Real fruit company is doing us a favor.

Ordered 3 mango diamond slush and had a worst experience ever. Chunks and tapiocas were so hard that I had to throw the slush. It does not even taste like mango.
