Real Fruit Bubble Tea

I visited the bubble tea store recently, and although I understood they were closing, the representative communicated it somewhat abruptly. I agreed to order the only available option, mango diamond, but unfortunately, the drink lacked flavor and contained spoiled mango chunks, and it was more like water making it a regrettable expenditure. I value good customer service and was disappointed with the overall experience. I hope this feedback contributes to improving service standards in the future.

The mango diamond slush I got from here was very watery without any taste.very dissatisfied with the slush. Please do take care in giving good product

It's a hit and miss depending on the staff member that makes your drink! There's no consistency - don't expect the drink to taste the same every time.

Never had a issue with location till recently they have been canceling my orders and then closing the store on the app and then opening it back for like 5-10 minutes. I would then reorder within that time frame they would either not accept the order or they would but then the driver would cancel it. So I made it my duty to go the store yesterday to see like what’s really the issue. ONE they are busy so it understandable but, at the same time no because Im ordering way before the 8: 10pm mark on the app and they close at 9 so they had no reason to not fulfill my order and then when I showed the girl what I wanted off the app she’s there smiling with the next guy because they know that order just came in and it isn’t the first time they have done it. 4 STARS cause I love real fruit I literally buy one everyday or other day! Considering that I seen they were backed up but, also has been an on going thing I’ll come back and update my rating but for now this is what it is.the location is always clean, staff are usually nice and I’ve never had this problem till now. I’m paying my money for your service so I’m really unsure what gives them the right to cancel orders for the sake of cancelling but Uber/DoorDash/Skip were designed to bring in extra revenue don’t lose that because your staff is being lazy.

I am a big fan of Real Fruit Bubble Tea, and I love this location. Friendly people and service, clean environment. And when I go in they remember me and my order, I highly recommend this place, you won’t regret going there. So stop by today something real awaits you.

Coming to this location first time. Well organize place & highly maintain with cleaning. Girl name Harjot took my order. Usually I order mango slush with lychee jelly. I asked her the difference between homemade and classic tapioca. She patiently explained me everything. Even they just serving classic tapioca right now still she explained me the difference in a excellent way. Outstanding customer service by her. Harjot also gave me tapioca to taste so i can add in my drink if i like it. Never experience such kind of customer service before in other location. Appreciated and definitely recommend this location to all.

Got delicious drinks with excellent customer service. ANUREET and HARJOT are always cordial. Highly recommended place for slushes and smoothies. Very quick service.

Worst drink I've had at a bubble tea place. I could clearly see the worker dilute the smoothie with way too much water. The mango slush tasted like water with a hint of mango and the tapioca was hard and unchewable. I bought three drinks and had to toss them all out. Do not recommend.

Today I visited Real fruit bubble tea. It was very bad experience. The employee was lazy. There weren't any customers beside us. We asked for three mango real fruit bubble tea. We asked for Tapioca in it. She said it will take 15-20min for her to cook topics. I didn't understand. The store was empty. The store was not busy at all. Why she didn't prepare all the ingredients beforehand. She had so much attitude on top.we had very bad experience. The drink was not made properly and they want customer's to pay $20-30 for the their drinks.atleast, treat customers nice. They have to work on the their customer service skills. Good luck

Amazing BEST location hands down staff are amazing, polite and always helpful. All my drinks are made perfectly every time, John always has a great attitude and pleasant to interact with we will always go here for our drinks,

Came out in the snow as the online closing time shows 10 pm. I reached here by 9: 30 pm. But the location was closed at 9 pm. Take the time to update the actual store hours please.

I've been coming to this location for some time. Usually I place my order through mobile but this time it wasnt taking my gift card on the app. I went in and Jagraj was very helpful and so friendly. He took my order and redeemed the gc no problem. The girl (sorry I didn't get her name) is always so friendly and kind everytime I visit. Overall awesome staff and amazing drinks. Coming To real fruit for the first stone was a great experience! The lady who helped me order was so kind and patient and the drinks selection is amazing! Would definitely recommend coming:)

Ordered 2 drinks on the app to pick up, I waited for the app to say it was "Ready", then asked. However, the employees don't start making them until you ask them about your pickup drinks.

The Mango Diamond Slush is watered down. Better to get the drinks at a different location.
