Real Fruit Bubble Tea

Asked for honey dew smoothie with no ice in it, they put loads of water and suger powder instead of fruit, worst experience

Got my standard mango diamond slush. Second time from this particular store. Problem at this location: The guy who prepared it.
I unfortunately saw him prep it. He was talking to a girl (who also works there) the whole time prepping it, no mask. On top of the talking he was making a massive amount in one blender.
Then he pours (still talking) and seals the cups and calls “two mango diamond slush” orders and then calls mine “with less sugar and less ice” (not sure how that works on a slush).
Didn’t think of it when I picked it up but when I took my first sip in the car, it was regular sugar. Also, it wasn’t filled to the top of the cup like it normally is. The guy was ambitious beyond his abilities. Too bad.

Love their honeydew slush, my go to order is mango smoothie with banana and avocado.
The service is slow and in my opinion it’s kinda overpriced.

So i went to this place today and i work in neighborhood and asked for neighborhood discount. The guy working there refused. But after that i came back and then i saw one of my drink was leaking and then i went back i asked to change my drink and they guy refused and he talked in very very rude way then he just changed the cup didn’t even filled up the cup, sealed and gave it back to me with bad attitude.very unprofessional.
All of our employees buy drinks from here and we will not be coming back here ever again.

When i had mango slush that i bought it tasted bad it wasn’t sweet at all.the chunks were from unripe mango.

I don’t even wanna give one star to this kind of customer service. The guy who is working today is so rude and unprofessional. He made my experience very bad, i bought mango slush it was disgusting and when I complained this guy showed me attitude and i felt he cursed me by saying his own language words.this is so disrespectful. I don’t expect this from Real fruit. I am sorry for the business owner for these kind of employees.

States it’s open at 11am but doors weren’t open until 11: 07 approximately it may just be a bad day or accidental late start but how are you opening the store not only late but have no tapioca. Aside from that Real fruit tea in general has great bubble tea love their mango slush and milk teas.

This place is a scam. I ordered 2 bubble teas on uber eats and was only delivered 1 (their mistake). When i complained i was told "this resteaunt doesnt honor refunds". Whats this all about? Where is the insentive for them to get it right?

He is selling sweet water instead of real fruit smoothie,
Ordered mango smoothie and got flavour less sweet syrup,

Worst real fruit smoothie, the guy is adding sugar to enhance the flavour instead of mangoes so its like sweet syrup no mango flavour, Real unprofessional behaviour, Real fruit should take action against the management of this branch

Two gentlemen were working and they were so polite, so kind, and just welcoming. This company is extremely lucky to have staff like this.

Everyone always gets the mango diamond slush here at Real Fruit but if you do, I find that the flavor varies depending on whose making it + what size you get. If you want a consistent flavor I recommend getting the smaller sizes. The largest size on occasion has had less flavor.
