Real Fruit Bubble Tea

Friendly staff. Drinks are prepared better than the Rideau location. Washroom is also usually clean.

For those who like to enjoy natural and fresh drinks, I absolutely recommend visiting this place and ordering a drink from the place's menu.
The Real Fruit has a couple of locations, this place is on Bank street.

The drinks are made on site from fresh fruit in 3 different sizes.
The place looks clean and is very nicely decorated. I especially liked the picture of Mona Lisa.

I usually visit this location as it’s very close to my workplace however todays service was very bad. Was there around 6pm and had just one customer ahead of me. She didn’t attend me and just ignored. I was waiting for my turn that took so long and when I approached she then said we have ran out of tapioca. I didn’t tell her anything however instead attending me she started to make order for Uber delivery taht came after me. I spent 20 mins just to get my drink. Really waste of time …. She could have let me know before that they ran out if tapioca. As I already spent 20 mins waiting had to change my mind last min.

The workers may look depressed when you walk in but when you order they are the friendliest bunch. The service today was excellent. The person working had alot of online orders coming in at once but was still able to serve me and get my drink out quick along with dealing other orders. They need to add a tip option on their debit machines, I always wanna tip them when I come but theres never the option. The workers deserve the tips since they work so hard

The worst mango diamond slush i’ve had till date. I asked for extra Litchi jelly and cut mangoes. Ended up having less mangoes (The quantity were same as of the free mango cuts even though i paid for extra). The staff loaded both of them in the glass before making the drink. When he finally poured the drink, it didn’t have any sugar. And the drink was awful. Never coming back again.

I love this place! My go to for bubble tea and I love the decorations and the space night lighting and windows, nice place if you want to chill and/or study.

I like this location since it’s just a walking distance from my work. The interior design is nice, clean, always quite and drinks are fresh. Staff are nice and friendly. Taro, mango slushi and their milk tea are my favorites so far.

Looks like they’ve hired some great staff! I stopped going to this location for a while due to poor customer service, but recently started going back. The gentleman at the counter was very polite!
