Real Fruit Bubble Tea

Worst service ever I have got in real fruit! I have ordered mango diamond slush with extra mango chunks and they have sent black chunks instead. Also, another slush was with little sugar which instruction was not followed either! And when tried to call for the error they have made, they didn’t responded back!

My real fruit smoothie was WATERED down, like just water with ice and 10percebt flavour.
Pickering town centre makes me drink 10000times better

I wish I could give less than 1 star…. When ever I ask for an orange juice, the staff comes up with a new story. Today they told us the machine is not working and the other day they have mentioned that they have cleaned the mixer and cannot make the juice. Once the staff has mentioned they don’t have oranges when we were able to see the oranges right in front of our eyes.

This location have inefficient staff, they are rude and they don’t serve what customer wants they only give what they have ready. Don’t visit this place it is not worthy.

Wanted a few fresh and cold drinks after dinner and decided to come here for takeout drinks. I ordered coconut milk tea with grass jelly and mango diamond slush with tapioca. The coconut milk tea is quite refreshing and was not too sweet. I thought the grass jelly would have been very smooth but it had a texture to it.
I wanted a slush for a brain freeze (lol) and I love to eat mangos. This slush was good tasting with lots of chunks of mango. The tapioca could have been cooked a bit more, it's not because the coldness of the drink, it's when you bit into it the inside it is still a bit starchy. That for sure can be improved. Staff are friendly and the service was very quick when I was there.

This is a go to store to hang out with friends and with my girlfriend. Supporting staff also the music they play is cool. Keep it up guys, yall rock.

I was never a fan of bubble tea, this place has made me love it!
I get the strawberry smoothie and I love it! It’s so refreshing and fresh.
Others we also get are the mango diamond slush, and strawberry banana. All of which are loved!

The staff is so rude. They keep the ripe mango for showcase and using unripe different mango each time and this is happening since so long. Today I request them to use ripe mango but they answered me rudely. Their owner or management should look in this matter because we are a big group every day order mango drinks but now we’ve decided to not come this place.

The drinks are good. However, the service is the worst. They don’t treat you well. Moreover, if you ask them anything they will chit chat with other worker in their native language which highly unprofessional. It happened yesterday only. I do understand if you’re not in a mood to work or something but you don’t treat your customers like that.

I always get the avocado or the durian fruit drink. Always delicious and quick on the order. Can't speak for the other drinks but if you need a nice exotic drink, it won't disappoint. However, the drinks are slightly more expensive cause of the nature of the ingredients.

Would recommend a medium only for one person as a large would be too milky to finish.

February 14-th @10: 30 PM, the worst customer service, the one guy with glasses the management should check the video recording his been giving rude responses… i felt very discomfort and shocked it wasn’t like this before the service…

Monday-February 14-th @10: 15 PM, entered to the store nobody’s there except 2 employees only, i said hello nobody said anything after 25-30 second the guy who’s working there turned to me with rude face and not listening my order, I do understand sometimes your not in mood to work, but behaving with no respect with no reason it’s just messing your franchise name, I would never ever again going visit this branch.

I just buy a mango bubble tea, and see they have a lot of fresh mango
and use the fresh mango for my bubble tea, the tea is fresh, sweet and tasted

The girls can't make these drinks. Every time we order here and a girl makes it the quality is bad the portions are not right making the drink taste off. When a guy makes the drink it's on par with the taste. The girls need more training.

The Chartwell location is by far the BEST real fruit location. You always see the staff cutting up fresh fruit, everyone is super friendly, fast and inviting. The drinks all taste delicious. Couldn’t recommend this location more! My favourite is Papaya real fruit smoothie + add avocado (less sweet with lychee jelly). It’s bomb! Try it for yourself

Awesome experience! Wasnt very busy but the employees were working pretty fast. Everything went smoothly.
We almost always order the QQ juices, either lychee, peach or mango. So good! Comes with pearls and coconut jelly

I ordered three mango slush and all I got is mango water.i was disappointed because I show that when I reached at home.and what I paid for that thing is not justified?

I love the mango diamond slush! It is literally the only thing I ever order from this shop and it is always sweet, chunky, and filling. I always add tapioca to it to make it a bbt, however the tapioca can be a hit or miss. Sometimes it's cooked well and sometimes it's undercooked, so they should develop a guide for what is considered proper consistency.

The staffs are nice and very fast. Drink is delicious, it's not watery like other location. Commodious store and clean also.

This is my local go-to bubble tea place. The staff here are so friendly and they always make sure to get orders out quickly so there’s a short wait time.

Unfortunately, the drinks don’t always have the freshest, best tasting quality. However, it is mostly due to the fact that not all fruits are in season year round.

I would also say the Real Fruit brand tends to have higher prices and your order can get pretty costly.

Nonetheless, great place to get your bubble tea.

First of all this bubble tea is amazing.i recommend eveyrone try the mango slush.its so refreshing the mango is freshly made and it is so good.

The drink is good but the customer service at this particular location is worse. The person working at night on Tuesday was very rude. I feel they can do much better on customer service. I'm not happy at all.

I enjoy going here, they are very mindful to always ask if you want milk with your smoothies. Very considerate and kind. The best.

Mango slush is life. And this Real Fruit location brings me life. Super friendly and efficient staff.

Staff is Unsanitary and unhygienic! Although the cashier is wearing gloves, the gloves are covered with messy mango juice on it. The changes and receipts we got are wet and sticky from the staff’s hand. And she continue without washing hands or changing gloves to prolate the fruits and drinks right after touching Cash! Disgusting!

A really good and convenient location. They have a patio seating and hence, it's great for an "after Dinner" sip during the summer. They have, as always, an amazing menu with fresh fruits and ingredients. The staff is friendly and they provide a quick service.

You could never go wrong with real fruit. My go to place for me and my family for bubble tea or fruit place.

I love bubble tea. I used to love their original milk tea but now I taste some coffee in it? I can't stand coffee. All of their other drinks taste good though.

If you go here, I would strongly recommend the mango diamond slush. The taste is great, and they use mangos that are cut by hand (but don't know for how long it's been sitting there). There's free wifi for customers to enjoy and comfortable seating.

For all the reviews saying the smoothies tastes watery, it’s highly TRUE and disappointing! I ordered a mango slush with tapioca. Immediately I spit it out! Was Beyond watery and the tapioca was HARD and sandy. Totally bland. On top, he only given me back partial refund. They’re all cheap and thieving. Do yourself a favour! DO NOT go here! Go to stc, Kennedy and sheppard or downtown real fruits!

Love this place! There could have been a bit more mango chunks in my smoothie (a get more at other locations) but the service was really fast and friendly!

Every time I buy juice I tell them to make sure my drink consists of a little bit of ice, yet they consistently give me tons of ice or pre-prepared drinks instead of doing what I asked.

I really love mango diamond slush and make sure I get one every time I pass any store, this is the third time I am getting from this store and all three times my drink tasted more like water.

Omg, try a fruit drink this afternoon. The mango slush is soooo good, I saw they slice a whole mengo and put it into blender. The drink taste so good! Gotta try.

Well made mango diamond slush with tapioca. This is one of the cozy and clean branch in Toronto. Although I end up not using my reward points, I appreciate that the staff asked me if I want to use it, unlike most of the Real fruit bubble tea branches. Thank you.

I ordered a strawberry and banana smoothie and they took 15 minutes to make it and and the people who ordered after me got their order first. So I asked them where my drink was and I saw smelling and laughing at the drink they made that they were supposed to give me, they later gave it to me and I tried and it tasted like water. I came back to them and told them everything and they knew right away so they made me a new one. Definitely would not come to this location again

Not bad place, a little slow, but can't blame the poor staff when there's only 1 of them. Disappointed they don't sell Mango milk tea or Strawberry Milk tea anymore, used to be my go to drinks at Real Fruit.

I absolutely love Real fruit. It is one of my fav bbt places bc of their variety of fruity drinks that you can't find in anywhere else.

I've come here a bunch of times and always have received great service but sometimes, they need to take good care of their pick-up area instead of putting the drink there and dont call the number.

Inside Real Fruit in Chartwell mall is spacious and very clean compared to the other stores. Ive only been here during the day so I can't say how it is at night.

Great Bubble Tea here at Real Fruit Bubble Tea. This bubble tea maybe a little expensive but rest assured they use all real fruits. In fact the cut up all the fruit in front of you and then put it in the juicer, blender, etc before finishing up you drink. There are options to add additional sugar or just use the sugar in the fruits. Very kind and considerate staff work here. Definitely one of my favourite Bubble Tea Places in the Greater Toronto Area. Highly recommended.
