While we have yet to go through our closing, Real Estate Lawyers have been good at communicating the whole way. Their system to input data is fairly simple to use and I like that they will respond to any questions you have very quickly. Everything is also done virtually, which is helpful if you are busy or have young children making it difficult to sign in person. Would definitely recommend!

We had a short closing date. They were able to get things done. Shelley the law clerk was very good. The only glitch for me is that the person we did the signing with was a totally different person. Just felt a bit impersonal.

Good value, but the process could be smoother. A single web interface to drop in documents/photos and information would be helpful rather than multiple email chains.

My experience has been good. Dealt primarily with my law clerk who was new to the position but very professional and very responsive.

Because of covid everything was done virtually which for the most part was good but some links in the checklist procedure email showed an error for me.

Signing was with a commissioner of oath virtually which I would have preferred be with my lawyer but apparently I will be able to call him if I have any questions.

Very convenient. Transaction taken care of in timely manner. Doing it from home was a pleasure during these covid times.

The team has been good to deal with. They make the process of submitting documents electronically very simple, just make sure you follow up to ensure everything is received and in order. Communication through e-mail, and mobile signing also makes the closing process easily manageable, among other tasks to be completed.

The first time I hired Real Estate Lawyers (REL) for the sale of a property, a few years ago, I was really impressed with the efficiency of their mobile signing service. Now that signing is all done remotely due to Covid-19, I am even more impressed and grateful for the convenience of the service. I hope REL will continue to offer the service even after the pandemic is behind us.
The legal service provided by REL can be rather impersonal at first: everything is efficiently done by email and you will probably not hear the voice of a staff member until "signature day. " On this day, however, you will receive personal and professional service by a helpful commissioner wearing a company shirt. In the two occasions I have hired REL, I had the pleasure to deal with Danny Dadula, who truly makes his company’s reputation shine. He walks you through all the documents with great patience and friendliness. Thumbs up to Danny, the practical remote signing, and Real Estate Lawyers’ streamlined service.
