We were pleased with the virtual signing feature but not happy with the slow responses. It sometimes took days before our emails and phone calls were answered. On December 7 when our 3rd draw for our construction loan was received and the deal finalized, I emailed and asked for a breakdown of all the fees we were charged. I still have not received a response.

Very good overall but sometimes we were asked for the same documents, that we had already submitted, by different people. It seemed that there may have been a lack of communication between the various people handling our sale and purchase. That being said, they were always quick to respond to any questions and comments. It was a little strange to have to deal with at least 4 different people when in the past (10 years ago) we dealt with the same person throughout the process. Maybe they do things differently now or it’s to do with covid. Our zoom meeting with Victor was great. He explained all the documents we were signing and made sure all our questions and concerns were addressed. Overall, we were very pleased.
