Like the man falling off of five story building asked how it's going on each floor he went by - so far so good. I'm leaving a review prior to the completion of this transaction I will amend it if something turns out to be unsatisfactory but at this moment - so far so good.

The price is right and Vladimir the administrator is an absolute superstar. Only four stars though, because when we tried communicating through their website portal that they send you we heard nothing back for days and only received a response when we followed up with Vladimir, and at one point we were also asked to provide documentation that we had already provided. Everything did get done with no issues for us to firm up our offer (writing this review before closing date), but it was disappointing that we had to pester someone every time we wanted anything done. I would say they’re worth it overall, but you may have to be the squeaky wheel.

Great experience. Very clear and concise on what needs to be done and which documents to supply. Very quick to reply to questions and concerns. Also very helpful with other items related to selling your house. Very easy to book zoom signing meeting, which went very smooth and was very user friendly. Would highly recommend as lawyers for buying or selling your house.

Real Estate Lawyers made things very easy as everything was online and done virtually which saved us a lot of time and extra effort. Everything went smoothly with our purchase and sale. Would use again for our next purchase!

Went quite smooth. This is my 2nd time using them. Would definitely recommend and will be using them again shortly. Reason for 4 stars instead of 5 is having issues with getting access to keys on closing. Its mainly related to sellers agent but I was hoping it would be smoother had they shipped their lock box instead.

Alicia and Daljit were very responsive and helpful, thank you! The whole process (selling, in my case) is smooth, it's really nice that you don't have to leave your home to finish the actual signing, all was done over a zoom meeting. Truly convenient during the current lockdown situation. Felt relaxed with Greg as he walked us though the steps. In order to sign you do need to have a smartphone or tablet, desktop pc with a mouse may not work well.

Real smooth transaction. Even with a 30th December closing date. I live in calgary selling in ottawa, never left calgary.
