The building my son lives in is using the amendment to the residential Tenancies Act 2006 that if the building was built after November 15th 2015 to raise the rent over the guidelines of the government that is 2.5% for him to over 3.5% and I guess they are doing it to all the tenants that is why so many people are leaving the location. Bravo RealStar for showing you are just another greedy company, especially in these times when the inflation is at an all time high. You should be proud of yourselves.

I live in 5 Brookbanks drive and the management is a joke, they're so incompetent, very disrespectful. They're evicting me because they're so unorganized and they don't know what they're doing. I tried to talk to them to resolve my situation and tge manager there Ana Sandru is a very inexperienced and confused individual she just screams and threatens to call the police when she realizes she realizes she is on tge wrong. She does nothing to help people nor does she take the time to look into things. She is a very arrogant individual.

I live in 5 brookbanks for 7 years now. It used to be a very nice place until realstar took over. The management stuff is literally garbage. Doesn't matter how nice you try to talk to them they are straight up rude. I'm waiting for the kids to finish the school and I will never live in a building managed by realstar again.

If I could post a lower score, I would. This company has the worst management team. They tell you to "F*** Off, " don't shovel walkways, or salt to ensure it's safe for children or seniors alike. They also don't follow up on their guarantee of customer service excellence. The unprofessionalism at Towns On Ravine in its current state is despicable. Being demeaned and talked down to. Given constant excuses via email explaining nothing useful, but always appearing in need of having the last say on everything. Regional Managers also do not reply to your messages and you simply will get sent to voicemail all the time. Congratulations for doing all your transactions online, it seems efficient; but in actual fact employees are not trained on how to correspond with tenants / residents respectfully and with dignity.

Well I believe it's one of the better company's in this province, higher ups respond quickly in a timely manner, I see everything first hand day in day out, very good Landlord, very good employer, Vero good all around.

Manager yells at their tenants and nothing gets done about it. Customer service guaranteed I just don't see that when paying such high rent. Two couples running the building but only one couple looks like they are doing all the work meanwhile the other couple sits in the office for 9 hours talking to everyone? Many issues with realstar so I suggest you look realFAR.

One of the worst I've lived in Toronto. Cockroaches. Dead rats and pigeons on the walkways. Personal damages not addressed. Holes in the walls and ceilings. Broken laundry facilities. Entering my suit unannounced.
Threatening letters at my door with spelling errors. Refusal to photocopy work requests so I can't have a copy. Leaky pipes. Withholding front door keys from senior residents.lying.cheating.accusing. Sky high rent. Accessible doors are often inaccessible to the residents with mobility issues.lights out in the elevators, front and back doors and in the garbage room. Thank you, that felt awesome. BTW i take that star back i had to rate in order to post my love letter and I stay here because I'm monetarily trapped
