Buying a house is an insane decision no matter how knowledgeable you think you are. And that's when you need someone who knows exactly what they are doing. And then we found the one (5 times) That's when Jignesh suggested few Pros and Cons of each shortlisted property and why we should not consider a few and what makes a good home (practically, not just the vibes)
