I was referred to Rebecca by my girlfriend who had been dealing with her on her own new home mortgage. I own a home in a mid-size Ontario community and while my mortgage was not due for 5 months, I was curious to see what a Mortgage Agent could do as opposed to dealing directly with the bank. I had not been happy with my home branch, nor other branches I reached out to - they were disinterested and it seemed I was more of a pain in the a## than anything.
Rebecca was amazing! Right from the start she actually LISTENED to me, and was beyond patient with all my questions. (I wanted to merge a line of credit and access more equity from the house) Rebecca spent a ton of time going thru various scenarios and explaining all the options. She was patient, thorough and professional. She arranged a mortgage with a far better rate than what I was paying, merged my LOC, and secured the extra cash I was looking for. (And all in excellent timing considering this Covid-slowdown.) I cannot say enough good things about her!

Putting it out there that never in my life have I ever had such good customer service in any industry. Saying that Rebecca went above and beyond would be an understatement. Rebecca is a rare find in a mortgage broker and person. She is not only professional and quick to help in all aspects of buying a home she express genuine excitement for you. Her knowledge of the industry and patientce and care to explain everything from the mortgage to what to expect next makes her the most important assessment when looking not only for a mortgage but a home.
