Terrible customer service, I was booked for an app today they cancelled and rebooked me for a later time which was fine. Then they called me after I waited all day for my app to tell me they can’t take me till 6: 30. I missed an entire day of work. The nails are not the best, however it was close to home. They don’t respect people’s time.

My favourite salon ever. Such a friendly environment, it is fast and comfortable. They are very gentle and clean, and I have never had any issues at all. If I have any questions, they always help. The work is amazing, everyone here is soooo talented.

I really wanted to like this place bc it’s convenient for me but half hour before my appt they called to reschedule me later in the day bc the person I booked with (jay?) was just returning from vacation so he was going to be late. I asked for someone else and they scheduled me for an hour later. I arrived on time and the place was empty but there was the strongest acrylic chemical smell which was a huge turn off. The staff were very quiet and not friendly considering I was a new client. The pedicure left my feet rougher than when I came in but overall was gentle and polish application was fine. Another woman (Kylie) started my nails and I showed her pictures of what I wanted. It took an hour for a bio gel refill and when I left my nails were unrecognizable to me. Each was a different shape, length and thickness even though all I wanted was a short clean look. I stopped to buy a nail file at shoppers on my way home.
Perhaps they are better at doing long nails but I won’t be trying them to find out.

Been going to this place for a while now, and Ryan NEVER disappoints! He is the only person I trust to do my nails to perfection and he does it every single time. He makes sure that whatever you choose to do is clean, shape is on point and that you’re happy with your nails. Every time I recommend someone to go to him, they always have nothing but great things to say about their nails after getting them done. It is such a clean and friendly environment with affordable prices, I highly recommend going here if you’re thinking about it!

Great nail salon, was able to walk in and get an appointment this morning before a flight. I LOVE my nails and I feel it was a fair price for the quality of the service. Would come back in a heartbeat if I lived in Toronto!

This third time I’ve come had issue with pricing not making sense. After the disagreement the guy decide to talk about me with another client while I was in the shops still as if that is appropriate or even professional. No even gave an apology I’m as just ignored. I honestly would not recommend people to go.

It was my first time getting my nails done which lead to me being skeptical of choosing a nail salon. I was referred by a friend when I took many days researching for a nail salon that could provide me a mani + pedi for my graduation that was good quality. She referred me to Jay and I absolutely loveeeeed my nails! He took his time, patience, & was super kind.

It was so good I had to change my set since the long nails didn’t accommodate for work, and the short nails I absolutely adore. I got so many compliments and I never felt more pretty. Prices are reasonable and fair, totally worth the care and effort they put in your nails here.

Mixed experience. The nails themselves were beautiful and the artist (Ryan) was very courteous and listened to my questions and requests.
However, I was left sitting in a tepid pedicure bath for over half an hour because of a booking mishap (were they short staffed? No idea). When I went back for a removal they also only drilled the bio gel off and left me with bumpy, uneven nails.
The technician also did not clean the station between the previous client and myself. My nails are now pitted and the experience was uncomfortable. I doubt I’ll be coming back.
If you do come here be prepared to wait as they’ve been late for both appointments I’ve booked.

Pricey, but worth the quality. Tech’s are so patient and work with you to make sure you’re walking out happy. Kin is THAT girl.

Amazing manicure, great selection of colours and designs, very friendly and well priced! My chrome has been on for 4 weeks and still looks perfect!

Rebel Nails Studio ALWAYS does an amazing job with my nails! I always get my nails done by Ryan and he always amazes me with the end results of my nails and they provide excellent customer service.
