Red Hill Orthodontics

This is my 2nd visit here as I needed some time to plan for the ortho and they were super wonderful! The initial exam and photos were easy and relaxed, the clinic is extremely clean and welcoming, not “sterile” or scary which I’ve seen elsewhere. Can’t wait to get these Invisalign started! Highly recommend this clinic - my sister went to their Toronto location and also had a great experience.

Redhill Orthodontics has been the best orthodontic experience. I am an older patient (27), who received Invisalign to achieve a smile that I’ve been wanting since I was a teenager. Dr. Sam and his team were not only professional, but inspiring, helpful and excited to help! I also appreciated their honesty in my treatment process. I, like many others wanted that ‘Hollywood smile’ without physically changing my teeth. Dr. Sam and his team were ALWAYS honest that the results would be exponentially different, but would not be ‘perfect veneers. ’ They explained how the shape of my teeth would shift, how they would look after treatment, and were eager to extend my treatment when I wasn’t 100% about the first results. Honesty, transparency and understanding are something I highly value in any medical profession.
I always feel welcomed in their office, and have never felt like a ‘bother, ’ when calling with questions regarding my treatment. Their pricing is also incredibly reasonable - including pre, during AND post care. I will recommend Redhill to everyone who is seeking a perfect smile.

All staff are always super friendly and kind, I had braces for about 11 months and my teeth have turned out perfectly! Definitely recommended Red Hill Orthodontics for anyone looking to get their teeth fixed.

I really appreciated the service I received at the Redhill Orthodontist Upper James location (I’ve only been to the Upper James one). The staff is friendly, helpful and care about the service they provide. You will be well taken care of by Dr. Sam and Dr. Fey. I’m happy with my results and I think you will be too.

I just finished my Invisalign treatment and have been going to Red hill for years during this process and I can’t recommend it enough. I have always dealt with Dr. Sam during my appointments and have had nothing but the best and most enjoyable interactions and treatment with him! Everyone that works there has always made me feel so welcomed and treated me as a friend and not just another patient throughout their day!

Trying to book an appointment around my crazy work hours normally is a massive issue, but when I say they made it work every single time…I mean it!

I am very happy with every apartment I have had. I have 3 kids that has gotten braces and I just got mine on today. They are very friendly and good.

Staff was all very friendly and they were able to answer any questions that I had. Our appointment was on time and finished in a timely manner.

I have been going to Red Hill Orthodontics for the past couple months since beginning my Invisalign process in March of this year. Their services are always done in a hygienic and timely manner and I never felt like I left unknowing something about my treatment. They also offer little goodies like hand sanitizer and chapstick that made the process of going to the dentist more enjoyable and easy. Everyone from the screener at the front, to the receptionists, to the financial head, and all the dentists and dental hygienists are extremely friendly. Time went by quickly during all my appointments there and I felt good. Overall, I would recommend Red Hill to anyone looking for an orthodontist.

We love Red Hill Ortho! The two locations make it easy to be seen no matter if you’re coming from home, work, or school. The staff are friendly polite and helpful… Even when you have to change an appointment or are running late. They are always willing to help! Appointments are on time, fast, professional and informative. My daughters care has been excellent! I would highly recommend!

I am very happy with my experience here! My teeth were originally grossly misaligned, but are now pretty much perfectly straight. Instructions were simple to follow and, although sometimes painful or uncomfortable, yielded results well worth it. I only have one complaint. My braces were projected to be on for 2 years but, due to an error on their part, were on for an extra 12 months. Again, not that big of a deal, but still not too awesome.

Extremely rushed, my daughter had her braces removed and the results were shocking, teeth were still crocked and not aligned. So we decided to visit another orthodontist. (The orthodontist I had the consultation with was entirely different than the orthodontist working on my daughters teeth). During the red hill consultation, I asked if any teeth removal or jaw surgery was needed and I was told she was fine, we just recently visited another orthodontist and the consultation was entirely different, and to no surprise we were told she had her braces removed too early. The current orthodontist diagnosed the issues that weren’t taken care of and explained the process to me. During our consultation with red hill, nothing was explained In detail and for the next year my daughter proceeded to have visits where she only had wire and power chain changes. Very disappointed, especially because they charge over $6000 dollars, which is relatively expensive than where we’re currently going. Now my daughter has to go through the entire process again to get everything perfect. Wouldn’t recommend. Entire staff is friendly and professional, results are definitely not worth price point.

Just finished my treatment and I couldnt be happier. Never once I have felt rushed to get my invisaligns done, they took their time and made sure it came out as perfect.

I had a great experience at Red Hill Orthodontics. All staff are always pleasant, happy, and helpful. They were always accommodating when I had to bring my son along for my appointments, all appointments were completed in a timely manner and I never felt rushed to get out of the office. I got my braces off ahead of schedule, in time for my sisters wedding, and have the smile I always dreamed of having!

I had my braces and other orthodontic work done here. The office is quite modern and the front desk staff are friendly. The orthodontic staff are professional and make sure you feel okay when putting equipment like braces, expanders and head gear in your mouth.

Red Hill Orthodontics is extremely professional, courteous and reliable. Our experience has been a wonderful one. The staff and dentists are always pleasant, consistently call us back when my son has broken a bracket, they try to fit me in when I am able to come, etc. I recommend this office to anyone whose child needs braces.

Dr. Luu is amazing and the hygienist are great, they make you feel comfortable and answer all the questions you have.

I am writing this review whilst wearing my brand new Invisalign. I could not be more happy with the staff and service at Red Hill, they make me feel comfortable and reassured me through the entire process. My favorite part was that they were able to give me a bit of an idea of what my teeth might look like at the end. Very happy that iI you with them.
