Come here instead of captains boil across the street. Welcoming greeting from we walked thru the door. Tammy is AMAZING- polite, courteous, attentive and was a pleasure to have had as a server. Everyone else was super nice too. Will always come back. - and I have been to very many RL’s but this one is hands down THE BEST! One of a Kind Experience.

Came in on a busy Saturday night and we're taken care of by Rebecca. My boyfriend and I have been here many times before but have never had a better Server than Rebecca. And even saying that doesn't do her justice because I'm almost certain she's the best server I've had anywhere. We never had to wait on anything, she was so friendly and kind taking care of us making sure our night out was her top priority. The food was great as usual but next time I'll be asking to sit wherever her section is. 10/10

Seafood is always cooked perfectly. The biscuits are to die for. They have really good cocktails as well! Love the variety of seafood options as well as other options for someone who wants chicken or steak instead of seafood.

I did endless shrimp for $25 a person and it was fantastic. My bestfriend got mussels and snow crab. Our server Tammy was absolutely amazing. So kind and wonderful. Love her positive attitude and attention when it comes to providing service.

Will definitely be back

I went on weekeday but this place was packed we had to wait for 45 mins however the food was good and service was not bad as well given how busy this place was.

We had the best time, Krystyna goes above and beyond her job description and was so attentive to our needs, not to mention how kind and sweet she was! We’ll be back and hope she’s serving us again!

A few weeks ago I went with my family. I asked for a take out container because my daughter didnt eat her salmon. Our take out container was full of food and somehow we sadly forgot to take it with us. I called back 10 mins after we left and a rude employee said they threw out our container. I was so sad that they threw away perfectly good food and they could have waited a bit before throwing it out. I asked to speak with the manager who so nicely sent us a gc. The food quality wasnt amazing but the manager made up for that with her great customer service. Thank you!

My family and I attended this Red Lobster location for the first time today, dine in.
The food, atmosphere and space was good. But the service was horrible. We had a server named Tammy, she was slow with the food, did not attend to our table as in refills on bread, drinks, or even to ask if we were okay or needed anything with the food had finally arrived.

My father and brother had ordered Endless Shrimp and she was even slow to ask their next orders and bring the shrimp ordered to the table. So, I feel that out of frustration they did not get what could have been fully consumed by them in "Endless Shrimp" and we left.

I had also noticed how attentive she was to the tables around us but, never to our table specifically. She had to be called over by us constantly if we did need anything.

Overall not a great experience for a first time at this Red Lobster.

Great old fashioned "Swiss Chalet of the seafood" family restaurant. As expected kinda expensive $$$. Although over time it has lost the exotic and fancy glamour it's still one of a kind place for shrimp & lobster tale. Regardless the service is somehow casual at the end of the day going there's fun. Service is positive and drinks are unfortunately so-so. Also it appears the menu needs some new discoveries. Still this is one of the places I can't say "no" to. Confession momement: put against ANY other restaurant in the city it always wins.
**** 4yr later a 2021 update: The place is outstanding. Very clean, food and service are top notch. It's very easy to forget you're in T. O.and can mentally pretend you're somewhere along the East cost. Very happy experience.

This location has always been our favourite red lobster we’ve never been disappointed in the past and it’s been a while since we’ve dined here due to COVID. We decided to have a family night out and the front staff were very welcoming even though they were busy. Once seated we were greeted by Yogesh who was very friendly and made our visit even more special the food was phenomenal and well worth the price. This location will always be our go to red lobster restaurant can’t wait to go back 10/10

Our server Stephanie A was fantastic! She made the entire experience fab. Came for a birthday with my love and two kids, lots of food, relaxed atmosphere, and I can’t stress how awesome Stephanie was:) I want to call the restaurant to comment on how great she was, but hopefully my review will be seen!

What a wonderful lunch I had with my mother in law today. We did all appetizers as she is 87 and usually has a small appetite. The food was delicious.
Bacon wrapped scallops, muscles, stuffed mushrooms lobster bisque (for me) I ordered plain pasta on the side for our muscle sauce. We took very little home.
What made it wonderful was our server Courtney. She knows her menu and has a very pleasant personality.
The rest of the staff from your host to other servers were very friendly and accommodating.

Not my first time at this location and it will definitely be my last.

We didn’t have to wait to be seated but the waiting game began as soon as we sat down.

The hostess mentioned our server would be right with us to take our drink order. After 10 min, the hostess came back and apologized and said our server would be with us shortly. After 20 min, she finally came and said “Oh no one took your order. I’ll help you guys. What would you like? ”
Like we weren’t seated in her section.

After taking our initial drinks and food order. It took another 15 min for measly fountain drinks. After she brought us our drinks, it took another 30 min before we got our food. Another server dropped it off at our table. After that our server was never checking up on us. She would only come every 30 min or so. We ordered endless shrimp and she was making it endless. After finishing our plates we would have to wait at least 10 min before she would come check up on us and put in our orders for refills.

Managers or supervisors kept walking back and fourth, when I finally got the attention of one to mentioned my concerns. She misunderstood me and refused to offer any compensation. She kept apologizing and said I hope you come back soon. I flat out told her I’d never be back. This is the worst service ever and your not doing anything to rectify an unsatisfied customer. Why should I come back?

What happened to customer service? I’m not sure if it’s new management cause the male manager used to fix things right on the spot when you weren’t satisfied.

I’ll stick to Red Lobster Niagara Falls cause the service is outstanding and definitely worth the drive.

We got a new server tonight, Nicole and she was amazing. Kind, checked up on us every 20-30 mins, she even made sure my brothers sprite was refilled every time it was running low. She was in training from what we were told and if we weren't aware we wouldn't have known otherwise. The food always tend to taste a little better here than any other location. We always get great service and better tasting food here.

Very fresh lobster and prawn and some great service too. It was very reasonable for the spread; it was difficult putting all the food away and the bill was an even $100. Great value for money, we would do it again without a doubt. Tables have been sealed off for social distancing and the server Laura was friendly, attentive and gave us some great recommebdation. The complinentary famed red lobster biscuits were hot and buttery and melted in the mouth.

I was having dinner with Daughter who has to have gluten free and the server brought out the list of their dishes that showed what items were okay for her it was great. We had the Thursday special and the only item with gluten was served on a separate dish so my daughter really enjoyed it without having to worry. The meal was delicious and the service excellent. I can happily recommend this restaurant.

It was a treat to re-visit The Queensway Red Lobster for a sit-in lunch, especially after the lockdown. Social distancing was in effect as well as COVID-19 protocols. It almost felt as though things were back to normal.

The calamari dish has deep fried green string beans. I'm not sure why Red Lobster added this to the dish. There appeared to be too many string beans.

Affordable place to get snow crab legs.yumm!

I’ve ordered this dish so many times before. Now, this place has started to rip off its customers by serving such a small portion of lobster starter that I paid almost $13 for. Shocking and extremely disappointing. Shameful.

Soo we tried once more with take out! Absolutely horrible! Lobster was disgusting! Mushy! Brussels sprouts undercooked and under seasoned, calamari was like chewing an old leather shoe! Everything about the meal was horrible! Spent $135 including tip. This time is definitely the last time!
Can’t believe how bad it was! Learned my lesson this time! I will never return to this red lobster or any for that matter

Wasn’t amazing but pretty good. The website sucks and my order didn’t go through twice. Food was decent. Felt like the quantity was too little for the price. Quality was good though so was the flavour. Just need to creating more interesting offers and work on the web order.

Let me start by saying. I'm hoping it was an off day for these guys. I have been to other Red Lobster locations for dinner and it was a fantastic lobster meal.

But first, it was terrible service from a grumpy waitress who was acting like we were putting her out to get waters as well as drinks. Maybe just a bad day for her.

Second, and most important, the seafood plate we got for lunch, was chewy and pretty terrible. Price (25-30 per meal)
All four meals we ordered were at best.okay. Two of our meals tasted like they were frozen fresh. In fact we both agreed we could've gone and bought frozen seafood in a bag and had the same meal. It was bad enough we couldn't finish it and left hungry. Hopefully they will do better in the future.

We ordered from this location yesterday and chose curbside pickup. Before ordering, we called the restaurant to ask a few questions regarding dietary restrictions and they were very accommodating and willing to make adjustments. Our order was ready on time and we felt very safe while picking up the order (they placed it in our trunk). We appreciated that everything was packaged really nicely. The food was very fresh and exceeded my expectations. This is only my second time ever eating at Red Lobster but based on this experience I would certainly order again. Thank you!

I have to say that Thursday deal sounds great, that is way we ordered to celebrate our 21 anniversary, but even thought food was enough for two. Food was generally salty except the scallops, and in the first bite of the chocalate cake dessert I bit into a quite big peace of plastic. I'll share a picture here. I DONT THINK I WILL TRY RES LOBSTER ANY TIME SOON at Queensway location in Toronto.

Tried to order 30 min before closing and the store would not pickup the call. And I am not able to order via website. Very disappointed how they are turning away customers. This is strange to me.

Well I have mixed reviews about the place. Service was a little slow and it was not that busy. Waiter was very nice. Soup was delicious. I ordered lobster and shrimp dinner. Lobster was tiny and over cooked. Shrimp was good. Came with a few sprigs of broccoli and that was it. It all tasted fine. Dessert was good.
