I'm beyond grateful and appreciative for everything Sherry did to make my not so good visit into an excellent one!

Diana was such a great server! I haven’t been to this Red Lobster for a while and I was hesitant to return because I always believed it to be nothing special. However, when considering our server; Diana, she really exceeded those expectations. She was well versed with the menu, quick with cleaning our table as we ate and had such a positive attitude that shaped our experience.

Food was decent, it feels like an elevated and pricier Swiss chalet.

I love the atmosphere of it, the rice was too hard and the other things are ok, I like the garlic shrimp, but it could be better.

My favourite red lobster in gta, love the food but a little pricey though, will comeback sometimes

Great service, always a win for an impromptu lunch. Soup and salad is always a choice for me. The service was great. I hadn’t been to that location. It was the first time. Very friendly staff. So filling didn't have an appetizer or desert.

I come here about 1-2 times a month for the endless shrimp. The shrimp is big and tender, which makes it very worth it for $25 a person. The service here is amazing and every single server I had here was superb EXCEPT ONE. This is why I have to give a 3 star.

There is a waiter who is an older Indian gentleman with glasses, and he’s the rudest server I have ever encountered. I’m not sure if he was having a bad day or he wasn’t expecting a high tip amount since it was when the $20 endless shrimp was happening so he decided to not care for my table. Regardless what the issue is, how he acted and treated our table was unimaginably rude. All 4 of us got endless shrimp here and he told us before the food came that we cannot share anything between our plates. This means if I got two types of shrimp and my partner got another two types of shrimp, our table is instructed by this server that we are NOT ALLOWED to try another type of shrimp from another plate to see how it tastes. If we want to taste another type of shrimp, we MUST order it ourselves after we finish our first 2 types of shrimp. This makes no sense as we were all getting the endless shrimp. There were 4 of us at the table and this server almost never checked up on us. When he finally came to our table, he looked annoyed, impatient and told us we can only add 4 shrimp dishes at a time since we have 4 people. He would always leave our table quickly and rudely. It’s like he leaves mid conversation. Every single time doing endless shrimp the servers were happy to let us order 2 dishes each at a time. It was a very confusing, and unpleasant meal here with that server.

I still go to this branch because it is the closest one to me, and I still see him working here and I always pray I don’t get him again and feel sorry for the people who he serves because all the other servers at this branch are exceptional and wonderful.

The first time I have been there was 2011 and last night I went there after almost 10 years. I liked the atmosphere of the restaurant it was clean and the waitress was nice. The quality of the food has dramatically decreased compared to the last time I have been there. I ordered appetizers (Lobster-Artichoke-and-Seafood Dip) I was expecting to see some lobster in, but mostly was cream and it didn’t look like the picture in the menu. Then I ordered Cesar salad, It was too chilly and looked like rotten lettuce and taste nothing like Cesar salad and as a main course I ordered Mariner's Feast which was not that bad but there was a hair on the lemon in that dish. Overall it was under my expectations for Red lobster restaurant.

This was my first visit to red lobster? I ordered coconut shrimp, with a side of Brussel sprouts and sea salt fries. Didn't like the white sauce at all but chowder soup and Appetizer bread was delicious. Red wine (Friday special) was good, fruity

Came here for the first time and wasn't disappointed. The place was big enough to be properly socially distanced, and everything looked cute. I got the endless shrimp and it was amazing. The buttery biscuits were to die for, and the shrimp itself was great. Portions for each dish weren't small either. Christina was a great waitress and she was really attentive the whole time. Will definitely be returning to this location.

Great location to chill and enjoy a meal. I had mushroom lobster starter; steak and mashed potato with green beans as my entree; and chocolate cake with ice-cream for dessert.and a glass of white sangria - yum.

Delicious food and not to expensive. The price/quantity is more than respectable. Only negative point is if you don't drink water your mouth will get dry quickly. Food is salty. Overall, amazing experience. I recommend.

The service could be faster and our server disappeared for a long time. We though she went home for the day.

I went there with my wife and mother-in-law for my birthday. We were there around 2: 00 p.m. The place was quiet clean and the food was good. My only complaint was that the lobster tail was overcooked and rubbery. Unfortunately, that seems to be how they know to cook the lobster tail. It isn't right, but otherwise the food was tasty and enjoyable.

If it is fish your craving you can your crave on here family oriented resturant food is ok not of my favorites for fish.but it is consistent. I had a walts special. Shrimp breaded and a ceaser plus a cup of tea wish they would serve in a teapot instead of just a cup.overall good times.

The place was good & clean. At the reception they checked our covid test cards. Servers were very good. Helped us with the ordering etc. I ordered linguini with shrimp & lobster. When my order came it was full of shrimps & hardly 2-3 pieces of small lobsters in it, that's it.
I mean, when you are paying full price for a dish then it should be worth it. Why this cheating with the customers?
Very bad, Red Lobster is a big name, they should not indulge in these petty things.

Always excellent service and good food! The servers (2males) was very careful to serve all our needs. A party of 15 guests is not easy! But will always come back all the time, thank you.

Ordered food for pick up, got a text saying food will be ready for 4: 17 and to text ‘here’ when I arrive, and someone will bring it out. I got there at 4;23, texted here and waited for 10 minutes. I then went inside to find out if it was ready, the host ran around for a few minutes then came back saying it’s ready, a guy came with it shortly.

Got home and found a long black hair in one of the pastas so that was thrown out.
I got chicken pasta because I’m allergic to shrimp, only to find a shrimp’s tail in my pasta, so that was thrown out. We ended up ordering a pizza.

I received a text to fill out a survey which I did and still haven’t heard from them.

Can’t beat red lobster for a reasonably priced seafood experience. $100 for two people to go absolutely OFF and leave full on lobster and crab legs with booze and starters/side upgrades. Staff at this location is polite and laid back too.

You'll never get disappointed at this place, whether before pandemic, during lockdown for take-out or dine-in!
They are serious about checking to be fully-vaxed before let you in dining area.
It is clean inside, and every other booth is empty for social distancing.
Food was tasty and fairly fast as usual, and waiter was considerate and professional.
I strongly recommend to try this place (we still drive all the way to here!)

Yummy food and drinks. They did a great job sanitizing the surfaces and promoting social distancing. Our server was great and threw in a couple of extra biscuits for our children in our takeout container. It made their day!

Great place for birthdays and celebrations, our server AJ was super nice as a waiter, he was so nice, he made our celebration even more special.

Most of the food was delicious! We didn't like the dip for the nachos (see picture). Service was good. Restaurant was clean.

A BIG negative was that I called about 15mins before to enquire IF we needed to book a table or get on a waiting list. I was told they are not booking tables and that I should just come and we would be seated straight away. We got there, only to be told we had to wait! They took my name for the waiting list and we waited about 30MINUTES!

Would never go back to this location and probably not any Red Lobster. Pricey, fried, fried, and more fried and the food wasn't anything close to seafood. A crab cake made with pollock! Rubbery scallops with raw bacon. Seafood stuffed mushroom caps stuffed with rice, maybe the rice was seafood flavored! Kung Pao with shrimp made with linguine noodles. Oh please:/ The only redeeming thing was the buttery garlic biscuits and our super nice server.

Been to this location only once, but had a good experience. The lobster quality was excellent and they had a wide selection of menu. By the end everyone at the table was full, thus the quantity was also satisfactory. The price was a bit steep, but that was expected and understandable since it’s a chain store and also lobsters are generally expensive.

Overall, I would return to this place for special occasions.

Ordered family feast and a pasta for father’s day. Enough for a family of four, very tasty and it also comes with biscuits which are not shown in the picture.

Tasted like leftovers. Food wasn’t good at all, the seasoning wasn’t good at all. Calamari was very mushy. Had crab and lobster. Got food poisoning. Feel like food is really overrated. Service was great very nice hosts.

Spent $400 on online order it was the smallest possible lobsters and smallest (missing legs crab legs) I ever seen in restuarant ever. Never ever buy from Thornhill location wages my money

Everything was great. The waitress we had was so friendly. I felt though the price was not fully satisfactory based on the level of satiation.

Always fresh and seafood is done right. There's a reason they've been around for as long as they have. They have curbside and delivery at the moment but cant deliver over the phone so use there online site to make your orders for delivery. Keep it up red? Lobster!

I'm normally a fan of Red Lobster in general however this recent visit to this location left me rather disappointed. The seafood was not very fresh and under seasoned as well as the usually great biscuits seemed as if they were leftover from the night before. Not sure if the pandemic has forced them to cut corners, but it was definitely sub par compared to previous experiences.

Excellent curb side service. Food cooked perfect. Hot and tasty. Will definitely do again! Had coconut shrimp and lobster Alfredo. Yum Yum

Supporting our local restaurants during Covid restrictions.

The 15 minute drive home to eat meant the food was still good and hot. Can’t wait to be able to enjoy a meal in the restaurant soon.

Delicious as always, sucks you can’t sit in restaurants to enjoy this food when it’s hot the takeout is still a good alternative. Not sure about the other feasts, but I’ve been ordering the linguine Alfredo crab, shrimp and lobster varieties since the pandemic. Look on Uber eats for specials once in awhile for great deals.

Red Lobster is a family favourite. I love that they have health options and though quality can vary, the food is usually pretty good. Their chocolate cake is absolutely to die for. Staff are friendly and post covid I look forward to being able to eat there in person again.

Red Lobster is a reasonably priced fish restaurant with a lot of variety. Usually, I order from the market fish menu, such as rainbow trout or salmon. This is a large location, and they do a good job of spreading people out, so that it's never noisy or crowded unless full. The staff at this location are friendly with good service. Decor is more family style than fine dining. They have various "feast" combinations with shellfish, but I don't find that quality as good as the market fish.

Quality and service have gone down, condition of washroom was unacceptable! The waiter took a long time to bring us anything we asked! This place used to be good not sure what has changed!? Wont be returning

Visited this location on Saturday afternoon. They have renovated by removing some of the booths in the centre of the restaurant and replacing them with tables. Though better, it still could use a bit more work especially the front entrance area. Service was fine but nothing special. Waited a while for biscuits and water. Biscuits were on the dry side and barely warm this time. The rest of the food was pretty good. My dad had a steak and said it was really good (and he is a picky one). The lobster tails were small but the shrimp meals were nicely done. As we left we noticed the two young women working at the front kept looking at their phones and speaking with each other. They didn't stop to say thanks for coming or simply goodbye. It looked bad on a business standpoint and quite rude. As the hostess you have to be friendly and welcoming I feel. I'd definatley would recommend the restaurant as the food was good though.

The quality of food here was not on par with the quality I’ve had at other Red Lobster locations. The lobster tails were quite a bit smaller than usual, and way too salty. The medium steak I ordered came very over cooked, pretty dark brown in the middle and not possible to chew (inedible). I brought the steak situation to the server and they redid the steak, their second try was cooked to a medium like I ordered. The fried broccoli was very good. We also like to get clam chowder to go with their bread (very good), but the bread came after our main course came.even after we asked for them.

Everything was swimming in butter. Not just swimming but REALLY swimming to the point where it was a bit unappetizing. Biscuits and breaded shrimp always delicous though. Lighten up on the butter and you're smooth sailing. Great service by staff.

Red lobster has been a staple in my family for years. Recently went, was disappointed to hear they no longer offer the started salad in your meal. You get your usual side as part of the meal, and if you want you can order the salad as your side (for extra money) and forgo the potato/rice/veggie etc.

Don't know if its just this location or all Red Lobsters.

I went there with my family and the menu pictures looks nice but the food was horrible and very expensive I would not recommend

Have been coming here for many years. Ask for George (best server), food is never disappointing, followed by delicious coffee/cheese cake with strawberries.

We had a great meal at Red Lobster. Our waiter Jeff was wonderful, our food was delicious and came out very hot. The atmosphere was also great. I would recommend!

Have been coming to this location since the 90's as a kid and it's remained pretty faithful over the years. Good seafood, good environment. Helpful servers

Today my husband and I ate lunch and overall it was tasty and satisfying. I had halibut and chips, my fish was watery and falling apart so not as good as it could have been. I ate some of my husband crab legs and they were fresh and delicious.

Staff were great, but almost every Item on my plate tasted as though it had been frozen and microwaved

The food is great but the portions are so small I have to eat another meal when I get home Still delicious though!

Now I remember why I have not been to Red Lobster in over 10yrs. Still bland, no flavor at all. Pictures look great on the menu but a big disappointment. Here's the kicker.did not know that anyone could spoil boiled corn! News flash, soft soggy. BLAND! How do they take the flavor out of boiled corn?

Worst place ever, will never go back
My family and I went there because we saw an advertisement about a special early bird menu. Of course when we got there they knew nothing. The biscuits were cold and it felt very rushed. Me and another person from my table order the rainbow trout and we got SALMON! I the waiter told us salmon comes in square pieces, and the manager told us it was a red trout. I know for a fact I was eating salmon and they didn't nothing to correct this. This place is not worth the money paid. I would even give this place the one star.

Going for the lunch menu, the prices are fair, and you get all you can eat buttered biscuit like buns with your meals; therefore, if you like seafood, it's a nice place to go with your family.
