Red Lobster

Very nice seafood restaurant. The food is very different and good. Service is friendly and fast. Thanks to our friends who took us.

Follow up message from my daughter;s, are birthday get together started out well, unit the waitress began complaining about the tip. Very unprofessional and uncalled for, for her to tell us she lives off her tips and asking way we gave her what we did. I was embarrassed for her behavior. She on the other hand appeared to be okay with her behaviors, which makes it even harder to comprehend. Perhaps the staff will benefit from a customer service course.

My mother and I were there to celebrate our birthdays at our favourite restaurant. The food, not as good we it normally is. The waitress Marley was very nice we enjoyed her. Until the end of our meal once we paid. She approached our table and enquired about the tip we gave her: she didn’t like the dollar figure we gave her so she thought it would be ok to come up to us and call us out on it. She went into detail about how little she makes and how she lives off that. We were very uncomfortable and embarrassed as she did this in-front of others. This was not ok, we will not be returning.

The reception was rude on the phone and in person. The rest of the crew were awesome. Food was great as usual. Going back for sure

I'm a big fan of Red Lobster and enjoyed our 35th wedding anniversary dinner there. The meal was delicious and portion sizes were huge. The staff was friendly and Covid protocols were handled quickly and easily. I just wish there had been raw oysters on the half shell but this region may make that difficult to stock. We'll be back.

The first thing I noticed was how fresh the entrance looked and the waiting area cleanliness. The hostess located seating for us instantly and the timing we were there was just right @ 11: 45am to be there. Our waitress "Fran" was very attentative and friendly. Thank you for that. I noticed that a lot had changed since the 1990's. All of the big chain companies base the food on portions and calorie intake which changes the quality of the food.i remember a cod dinner at Red Lobster was a thick 1.5" x 2.5" square portion that amazing and the sides. Even the cheese biskets are smaller portioned.nothing like your ma+pa locations around town.
It was still filling and amazing food. I would cost not to go back to any of them though.
Must try for a first to make your decision.

Red lobster? Great as always. Great food and atmosphere! Even with long waits, we get in half the time, highly recommended!

The staff are amazing, so incredibly friendly and accommodating. The food is great, I highly recommend the lobster mashed potatoes. Just don't fill up on the free biscuits before your food arrives like we did.

I understand COVID restrictions, but don't understand the interaction I had here yesterday. I feel like we were discriminated against considering the family of 4 ahead of us were able to show their phones, get checked in.no problems.no ID check either. We go to check in, the guy at the front is asking me to get my photo ID out to compare against each vaccine passport (something the family infront of us didn't have to do). We then get denied because we got our vaccine last week. Maybe if this wasn't the first restaurant I've been too since the passport coming into effect I wouldn't be so bothered, but to bring your wife here for her birthday after we just passed our first trimester (which is why we waited for the vaccine in the first place) to get turned away is beyond distasteful and left me feeling disgusted to the point I didn't even order.

Does Reb Lobster require all their staff to be fully vaccinated? I sure hope so.

Our server was so nice. The food was average have tried way better fish and chips. The fries were cold and tasted not fresh. The pasta and coconut shrimp were nicely cooked.

Had the "ultimate feast" this time around.it was ok at best. Crab legs were so rubbery that they didn't even "crack".
And on a previous visit, I had the surf n turf, which had to be returned (the steak) as it was well done - when I had asked for medium rare.
Not horrible but not great.

Felt safe and clean. Our waitress was amazing! We didn't have to wait too long on a Saturday night either.

This place was amazing for the ambience and the staffs. The food today which was ordered for was the dinner for two combo. The petite lobsters was the really messed up which led me to severe stomach ache and loose motion. Being a non veg lover and more over a seafood lover, I felt the lobsters were not cooked properly or it was spoilt and that led me to have severe stomach issues. Sea food in general is hard to cook, but being a super rated restaurant I didn’t expect this from you.

First time to Red Lobster and I must say. Great service. Amazing food and pleasant friendly staff. Alas I can only award five stars. I highly recommend the restaurant for any occasion. Two thumbs uo

We had a great server and great endless shrimp, would definitely go again for the all you can eat

I can’t comment on the seafood, but the non-seafood is spectacular and the service is top notch, not over bearing either (the non-seafood items could be expanded, but of course I don’t fault the restaurant or location for this). No criticism whatsoever! I don’t go very often, only for gatherings, but when I do go it’s an absolute treat. 100% would come just for the biscuits though.

My visit today with my children was perfect from stepping in the restaurant to leaving the restaurant. They are very family oriented. The staff is super friendly the food was perfect and it’s very clean. They never disappoint. I’m always happy eating here. Will be back. Thanks again for a wonderful lunch.

Almost every one knows what to expect here. One of our group left a cellphone in our booth and the server hung onto it for us top marks!

Great server. Menu has been pared down a lot. Fun-loving atmosphere isn't the same with all the Covid protocol. They added a payment/video game console to the tables. I'm not a fan. We get enough screen time. I don't want it during my meal too.

When you visit ask for Nadine! Best server ever! Requested an app not on the menu, no problem. Gave us lots of time and didn't rush us. Food was exceptionally great this visit. Our go to restaurant now. Absolutely nothing but a positive experience

We visit this Red Lobster often. The service is always great, food is exactly what you'd expect. Most recently we visited on the weekend they started allowing indoor dining again.

They were a bit rusty, but it did not affect the quality of the experience. My kids always have the Ultimate Feast. I tried the Wagyu beef burger, and it was absolutely delicious. Can't wait to go back and have it again.

I gave 4 stars because the place is starting to look a little rundown. I think they really should plan a makeover soon. But it's clean, and that is what is really important.

The food was delicious! We ordered the Shrimp linguine, garlic shrimp and lobster and they all were done so well. Our server was super nice and made really good recommendations given that it was our first time there. Amazing place!

Food delicious staff is greats and they do have a little tablet with games you can play while you're waiting for your food at the table which was fun only issue cost me $2.50 to use but as a restaurant still fantastic
