Red Lobster

We had a bad experience and the only thing that made up for it was the food. We received delayed service because we were black I.e. We were asked to wait a few minutes (10 minutes) for a table which we complied but a white couple walked in with no reservations and got served immediately lol. After being mistreated from the starting of dining experience, it continued. As our waiter (Sidney) proceeded to refused to take our last order for the endless shrimp as he assumed we would not be able to complete our meal which is none of his business as we were going to pay for the food. He also insinuated that we would not be able to carry the food we hadn’t finished which was a lie, as we did end up carrying our leftovers. Finally he deceptively overstepped his boundaries when he personally chose his own tip and tried to get us to pay. Fortunately we clocked this and gave him the tip he deserved. I hope he receives some necessary training on how to deal with customers.

Our dinner experience was splendid as always at Red Lobster. We enjoyed every bite of our choice of dinner with lobster tails, shrimps and seafood stuffed mushrooms.

I recently took my niece for her Bday. Our server George was friendly and very good. We had the Ultimate Feast and it was delicious. What really made it really nice, at the end of lunch our server came with a lovely Sundae with a candle and we sang Happy Birthday! Thanks You! For putting that special touch and making our day.

Delicious lobster. It’s cooked perfectly. U can peel the lobster. Shrimp linguine lacked flavour but pasta and shrimp cooked well. Stuffed mushrooms were ok. Could have more seafood than rice but cooked well. Coconut shrimp is slightly sweet so don’t order if you don’t like sweet shrimp. Crab dip and homemade chips are delish. Biscuits are yummy too. Service was very good. I highly recommend.

We have been coming to this Red Lobster location for decades. It is the best Red Lobster location in the GTA.

The quality of both the food and service is always exceptional.

We usually sit with Tony, Peter or Dariga.
All three of them are some of the kindest
and most professional servers I have

This past Saturday my wife brought me for dinner to your restaurant as it was my 55th birthday. She ordered crablegs and I ordered the endless shrimp with pasta. As soon as I placed the order, I was told, in quite a strong loud voice that I can't share my dish and I can't take any food home. Now I understand why a waiter would point such out but I was made to feel very embarrassed and upset for the rest of our stay there. I actually wanted to leave but didn't want to disappoint my wife too. We spent over $100 that night.but my birthday dinner date with jh wife was ruined. On my way out I was tempted to ask the waiter if he wanted to search my pockets and my wife's handbag but I just could not be bothered. I suggest you retrain your servers hiw to speak more diplomatically and more politely. Food was good but my birthday dinner was ruined. Very disappointed

Waiter brought over a surprise double ice cream dessert and sang Happy birthday to our mother with a candle to blow out

Food was excellent but to much gave the rest to my son when we picked him up and took him home and he loved it the waiter was fantastic

It was just so nice to be back after so long and just be able to dine in- we got the same seat we had before everything shut down. Our waitress Natasha was friendly and provided a great experience. Also, the Covid 19 protocols in place were well organized and made me feel safe.

The menu isn't as vast as it used to be, song choices were unpleasant and really didn't match the atmosphere, food quality was good.

Poor customer service; especially the server is rushing us to eat - getting out our plate while we are still eating. The girls in front has slumpy attitude and feel not welcome to eat. The food is not warm. It a waste of money to come here again. Will never come back on this location.

Well adapted to COVID situation and still friendly service (although slow as usual so don't go for a quick lunch) : meals are good sized and reasonably priced

Me and my mom had a great experience here. The host was very nice and showed us to our table really quickly. The server was extremely polite and gave us some suggestions on what to order and what was popular. We were not disappointed! This is definitely one of the better Red Lobster locations! I’d highly recommend this place.

It feels like the quality of their food has diminished since pre-COVID. Still decent, but can't really justify the prices of their dishes anymore.

Our server John was excellent, especially considering we had 2 very inquisitive kids in our dinner party. He was very patient, friendly, fast and accurate with our orders.

Not satisfied with The service, food is ok a bit salty, the overall experience is disappointing.

Friendly staffs, clean environment, friends and I went for lunch 2 ordered fish/chips I ordered Cajun Chicken Alfredo pasta. What was supposed to be "chicken" tasted like nothing I've ever eaten before. I returned it for fish/chips which was also less than desirable. 3 disappointed customers. NEVER to return

Been multiple times and each time … the server is really nice! Sometimes it gets a bit busy but it’s worth for the biscuits and dessert! Sometimes the lobster isn’t that great but some items are worth it.

Awesome food, and even more awesome staff.
We forgot a birthday envelop with cash, we called the restaurant after few hours and our server asked us to come and have a look. Although the restaurant was closed the awesome staff & manager helped looking for the envelop. Just want to give a big shout out to the entire team that night helping us to find the envelope.

Excellent food and service with COVID-19 protocols in place. Would definitely visit this establishment again.
