Red Lobster

Excellent food but pricy. There could be a meal for 2 person, since I live alone. However the washroom smells bad when the restaurant first open, but it's clean. Otherwise overall I would give it a 4 star. 5 star if it's not for the bad smell of public washroom.

Got to love this place. If you are a sea food lover, this is the place to go. It was our 39th wedding anniversary and all you can eat SHRIMP. Awesome place. Great food, service was perfect, a little pricey. But worth it.

It’s always a treat for us to go to red lobster we don’t go often but we have went many times and always usually are very happy! Unfortunately last night wasn’t the same experience as we’ve had before. We couldn’t believe the price raises but looked past that as we know the world we live in now everything is rising. We ordered our usual fav appetizer the lobster stuffed mushrooms, there has always been little traces of rice but this time they were FULL of rice between the two orders we have maybe a teaspoon of lobster… the kids ordered Mac and cheese and it was Kraft dinner from a box. My husband had shrimp Alfredo that the sauce was so watery. The drinks were okay and the service was ok also certainly wasn’t worth the $140 bill

Sadly it was unclean. The food was not as good as other Red Lobsters, dry lobster.
Service was impeccable

This time around I think there are some menu changes.
Prefer the old Atlantic salmon portion size with the sides which didn't seem to be available
Yummy cheese breads.
Food overall good.served food in 15 mins. Host was friendly

Wait time was mentioned to be 30 min.however we were in within 15 mins.

Only fault we had was the Shrimp Caesar drink was very very spicy and we asked for the spices to be mild. Very good waiter though.

Great seafood place, very large portions but I have to say the food is a little too salty. Super friendly staff as well. Overall enjoyed.

The service was great finally and the food was plentiful and hot.

BUT before we got in, the clients we needed for our table of 6 were not moving on, even though they had paid their bill. The staff would not ask them to leave. The front end, could & should have gone to the table and gently said others were waiting outside in the cold to come in and if they were ready could they give up the table. Speaking as a previous proprietor there are a number of ways to deal with these type of customers and, I would have done something in that nature. Finally, My husband became frustrated and cold and finally went in himself and told the guests in question that we were waiting and could they please move on. Only then did they moved out. It should not have been our responsibility to expend that effort to have a seat. I realize that covid has put a cramp in things but this definitely was unacceptably.

Food was delicious. Try the deep fried brussel sprouts. Yummy.

Talli was our server and Jolly and wonderful as always.

Thursday's dinner special for 2 is 44.00 and looks delicious.

David was a great server, miss some of the old menu items. Hope as things return to normal the popcorn shrimp will return.

Went there with my family and the kids food was ready before my wife's and mine, my daughters rice was burnt and my daughter only got 2 chicken strips for her dinner. My steak was red when I ordered well done, and my wife's steak was bloody when she ordered well done, also again burnt rice.

The staff are always fantastic. The food is good. My only issue is how dated the place is inside.

Not cheap and the food was not something you recommend to others. Most likely we will leave Red Lobster as our last choice next time.

Strange how some Red Lobsters are a hit and some a miss. Not quite hot enough and lacked freshness - you know that rubbery feel… service was great.

Menu has changed since last visit, but the staff were great at taking care of our party. Food seemed 'sweeter' than remembered. Overall, a very good experience was enjoyed by everyone.

The food was ready quickly and cooked very well. There was a hiccup with their lineup/calling service as out phone number was dropped and we were not notified of our table. But the restaurant staff was very kind and gave us free desserts for that mistake.

Red Lobster's signature biscuits are amazing, soft, crumbly, fresh and warm. The main dishes were served perfectly cooked and in good portion sizes. The drinks were also good especially the peach smoothie.

My only complaint was the ceasar salad, it was too saucy/salty and had no crunch, seemed to have been mixed with the sauce at least 10 mins before being served. It would have been perfect of it were served with the sauce on the side as then it wouldn't wilt and the customer could adjust the sauce level.

Other then that a perfect meal:) Thank you Red Lobster!

Very good family restaurant. Good food and outstanding service from our server David. Only reason why I knocked off one star is that it was somewhat slow but probably due to the fact that it was bottomless shrimp Monday during the summer and that the kids meal value was not outstanding but still decent.

HORRIBLE! FROM THE VERY MOMENT WE ENTERED THE RESTAURANT THE SERVICE WAS GARBAGE. The lady who "welcomes" you was very rude, no manners whatsoever and the waitress the same thing. We asked if a plate had shrimps, she said yes and at the end it didn't have. We told her and the usual excuse nowadays " i didnt understand you because of the mask". They shouldnt be working at a restaurant if they don't know anything about customer service.
I couldnt ask to talk to a manager, however i wish I could.

Giving 1 star because i have to rate however it doesnt even deserve 1/8 of a star.

Amazing and fresh, we called the curb side and the staff were really helpful, they brought the food to our car. They included extra biscuits which in my opinion are the best I’ve ever had, would recommend the sweet chilli shrimp, sauce is outstanding, can’t wait to eat more

We have we have eaten here several times but this lunch was very nice. Our waitress was extremely friendly and efficient, and the food was very good. We shared an appetizer platter and with the biscuits was just enough for us. I ordered a sangria and it was way too sweet and was replaced with a glass of wine. Overall a very pleasant lunch.

I am so happy with this restaurant. The food was amazing as always at Red Lobster, the lobster mashed potatoes was incredible. But it was the service that really blew us away.

We came on our anniversary and our waitress was unbelievably nice to us. Always right there when we needed something, happy as the day is long.

If you are in Kingston, please I beg you, come here. You will not be disappointed, and if you're able to get the waitress initials A. C.you will have the time of you life.

P.s. Try the lobster mashed potatoes, they are the most delicious thing I've ever eaten.

Very good food and great service. It gets busy some nights but hey that’s to be expected in a great restaurant.

Minimal service -tasteless reheated food in a bag -way over priced instead of $45 they charged us $91. -find somewhere else

Our waitress Jennifer was very courteous. Attentive to what was needed but not pushy. All in all the staff we dealt with were great.

All you can eat shrimp was amazing! But do yourself a favour and dont get the Coconut shrimp. Served with a very sweet sauce. Plus the shrimp itself was very sugary.

Was so excited to go. Being from BC and seeing the commercials for years, I was pumped. That being said the food was very salty and greasy. It seams they overuse garlic salt in everything. Service was 5 stars but food was only 1.

Not sure what's happening with Red Lobster, but, something has changed in the preparation of their meals. I always get the shrimp trio, and the last 2 times there.the meals have been sub par for what my bill for 2 dinners were. May have to find a new fave. Oshawa & Kingston. You've changed. ️

The lobster was to die for. The problem I had with them is the service. We were not served promptly or were we seated within a timely manner. Other than that, all was good.

Delicious seafood, cozy seating area, great customer service, always. But the menu is usually pricey for the portion size. I like coming here, especially during their all you can eat shrimp

Came here with the family for endless shrimp. The service was fast, friendly, and fresh out of the fryer. Food was hot and tasty. Our waitress was super friendly and courteous. Thank you Shari

I love this place, lots of seafood and anything else that you could want, Great staff and fast, but it is not cheap to eat here, that's why I only go once a year

Not a huge fan of seafood myself. My wife loves it. She says they have the best seafood around. I really like the Cajun Chicken Alfredo.

Went for the ayce shrimp promo they have going right now. Food and service was impeccable for a Tuesday evening dinner. We both had a ceasar salad to start (they use parmesan petals vs shake) and followed with several different shrimp dishes. Very pleased with the whole service. Teriyaki shrimp and garlic shrimp were our favorites.

Visit as often as I can, drinks n food are delish! I get the seaside sampler app. Cant go wrong the staff rock

The lighting was terrible, it was too dark. It took too long to get food, about 20 minutes to ge drinks then over half hour after that to get food. Truly ridiculous. Food was good once it got there though.

Don't go to a seafood restaurant and expect a good steak but this was below par. Service was excellent and everything else was good except the steak and salad were awful!

Excellent service catering to a family which hosted a tourist. Delicious food. Diversified menu selection and honed to serving wonderful kids' meals and desserts.

We ordered two different pasta dishes and we were truely disappointed by both. They both had an acidic aftertaste and tasted pretty much the same. For the amount of seafood they gave, it was very overpriced. We will not be coming back again.
