They neeed to improve and make it worth that much money.had 1 drink each.

The tables and booths are not narrow and the fireplace is a nice touch.

The staff are amazing. I have been there a few times recently and always had a great time.

Perfect! Went for the Bottomless Shrimp Fest, great serving sizes on first 2 types of shrimps platter, Walts' Favourite and garlic shrimp. Couldn't eat more than just a repeat of Walt's Favourite.don't know who Walt is, has good taste though! My friend couldn't finish her second order, they let her take it to go.same for the wine, which was surprisingly good. The service was superb! Thank you

We dined in with Melissa tonight and she was incredible. She gave us the most friendly and easy going service we’ve had in many years. She knew the menu well and made our date night a delight.
The hostess and servers all seemed very kind but Melissa is truly an extraordinary person.

We came to eat without any real expectations and the overall experience was way above anything we could've imagine. Great food, great ambiance and the service was top notch. You must go there if you want a really good time.

We had a good meal and a great time, thanks to our waiter Dave. He was awesome. Good advance with what to order also a great sense of humor and made us laugh the whole night. He made the whole night enjoyable for us at the Red lobster.

Off to the Red Lobster for our annual get together. We always order the artichoke dip and our absolute favorite, the crab alfredo. Saddened to find out that corporate has removed the crab alfredo item from the menu. Not a good business decision! Never remove a good item assuming you can convince your customers to order/promote something else. Bad judgement, naive thinking. Right up there with "how to ruin and tank your business 101". No reason to go back to Red Lobster.

I did try to contact corporate, however, I was blocked from submitting my review due to not able to enter a "code' that is apparently on the bottom of my dinner receipt. Again, it appears corporate doesn't care, doesn't want reviews, isn't customer friendly and has creatively designed their site so that they can avoid any negative reviews.
Again, "how to tank your business 101" through attitude and egoism.

Had dinner with my friend on wed. Our server Niel was exeptional. He kept us informed if there might be delays.the food was great. He made a good evening perfect.

Recently went to dinner at Red Lobster to celebrate the sale of our home. Food was great, service great.but.the washroom was absolutely disgusting. Not only was it filthy it was in terrible disrepair.come on Red Lobster clean up your act.there's no excuse for that, your patrons deserve better. Your prices are high and your premises should reflect that

When we did take out on Sunday for Father's Day, the food was great, and order was correct. The only hitch was the wait time.it said it would be ready for 5: 30. I arrived at 5: 31 and got a text back "order is coming out to you now". 10 min later I received it.

Otherwise, everything was great!

Went on first date. Unfortunately, the service was not great. Took a long time to take my order. I thought the waiter had actually forgot I was there. It did not getter better when the food arrived. It was so unpleasantly salty my date could not eat it. Sadly, there was no second date. I was embarrassed by this experience.

Enjoyed Tilapia from lunch menu. Very tasty. Also split an app of sweet chili shrimps. Wonderful.

They always seem to have a popular item on their menu that they don't have but the food and the service was very good

As always very well done! The food was awesome (currently having a crab special and the all you can eat shrimp is literally every single day now!) and the staff very friendly! Always a good time when we can get there!

Had such an enjoyable lunch. Sharon was a top notch server and very friendly. Gave us all the time we wanted to chat and catch up and the food was delicious.had not been in a while it was a welcome change. Will Be back soon (ish)

Shout out to the staff that worked this past Friday night (June 16th)! My dad is going through a very difficult time with his cancer treatment and I had asked if, along with our takeout they could maybe add just a little note to encourage him. They went above and beyond that and not only wrote a really sweet note but blessed him with a delicious dessert as well that he loved! Please pass along all our thanks to the staff! We all had a little cry of happy tears together as it has been a long road and kindness like there's just warmed our hearts, especially his.

Ordered delivery from Brantford location. At first, I was disappointed the lobster tail was so small it looked like it was missing some flesh when it was pulled out of the shell. What little flesh there was over-cooked and hard. This was described as a premium choice in the “create-your-own-feast”.

That alone would never motivate me to write a review.

In the shrimp linguine I found what looks like two pieces of rodent feces. It does not look like anything else I can think of that should be found in this dish.

With taxes and delivery the order came to almost $70.

I usually only get to go to Red Lobster on my birthday, as I am the only seafood lover in my family therefore, it is absolutely amazing every time! The buns, well, I couldn't say anything to make them any better! Try them you will not regret it. Today, I had the grilled lobster tail, salmon, shrimp skewer plate with mash. All of it, and I enjoyed every morsel, was delicious. I left extremely full, but extremely satisfied. Already can't wait till next year. Red Lobster helps me look forward to my next birthday lol. My hubby and son had the Cajun chicken Alfredo and they both loved their dish. Our server was Michelle, she was very pleasant and knowledgeable of the menu. My only complaint, the booths are too snug.

We have ordered big family meals for take-out multiple times now, and this location does not disappoint.
The food is delicious and hot when we get it home every time. It is such a treat to enjoy the same quality as dining in.

Enjoyed their limitless shrimp special. Very reasonable price. 5 options to choose from. I liked the coconut ones.

Our server Sharon was amazing! Probably one of the best servers I've had in a long time. She was fun, professional, and made great recommendations.

Good food, Service and Value comparatively speaking. Steak was done to perfection, medium rare as ordered!:) Service has always been great for us!:) and Amanda sure didnt disappoint us on this visit.

We chose this restaurant for a Dad & daughter night out.

The cost of seafood compared to my recent Maratimes tour is quite surprising. With that being said, our server recommended the Endless Shrimp option.

The food was fine. I would advise eating the Garlic Shrimp and the Grilled Shrimp. The fried shrimp dishes and linguine will fill you quickly, and aren't honestly the best options (in my opinion).

Our server was very pleasant and attentive.

The restaurant is not as lively as it once was.ages ago. But, its good for a seafood craving.

Really great service. I've been to many Red Lobsters where they're stingy with the biscuits, but this location loves that we love them and kept offering more. Our server was bright with a bubbly personality and contributed to our fun evening. Good times!
