Red Lobster

Food was okay, did endless shrimp and it was all okay, server was very good though in top of everything and very pleasant to talk to

The menu has changed and there are not enough fish courses, I was a bit disappointed this time round, I think the menu could do with a update as not everyone wants to eat lobster.

My friend and I had gone for supper. It was the all you can eat shrimp when I left there I was all shrimp out extremely well service friendly environment very warming we will be returning again.

The food was great, but I wish there was a better selection. Our server was friendly, but not very punctual, and kept forgetting to bring items that we ordered. The atmosphere was nice, really busy, but the tables at the booths are kind of small. There were 3 of us at the table, and the side with 2 of us was really tight.

I went for all you can eat shrimp but the most they could give me was one serving of shrimp because it took the kitchen all night to prepare more shrimp so we got fed up and left

It's never been so slow. Almost 2 hrs to get our food. Some of it was cold. Kept getting the same story from the manager that ours would be the next up. Some of it had clearly been on the plate for over an hour before it got to us.

These are really good and specially those shrimp stuffed mushroom. A good place to have your belly full and satisfied.

Went to Red Lobster on Wellington Street in London. The staff are amazing. Very Knowledgeable and great customer service. I would like to give a shout out to Dave (waiter) for his amazing service. I think he has been there for more than 30 years. My late husband and I use to go there for are date night and I remember him back then (14 years ago.) He hasn't changed a bit. Great job Dave, manager and all the staff.

Alot of places these days are cutting corners because of inflation. Not this place. Good portions, exceptional customer service and a decent but quiet atmosphere. Thanks for providing a memorable birthday dinner.

We dined in for our anniversary. The manager approached our table congratulating us, thanking us for choosing Red Lobster to celebrate such special occasion and served us complimentary dessert. Food is great. Service also.

Let's face it, if you like lobster and seafood, this is probably a go to for you anyway. It is definitely one of my guilty pleasures and I have to indulge from time to time.

They have great food hear and the staff are very kind and accommodating, but on a weekend.good luck getting in, this place is ALWAYS packed and the kitchen staff get overwhelmed.

If you can, try to hit this place in it's off hours so you don't have to wait so long for food. On a Friday or Saturday, there will be stiff competition to get served.

Still love it though!

On July 3, my husband and I went to the restaurant, and we had a kind of nightmare.

First, the table that the host seated us at was very dirty. When I kindly asked the server, Dave, to clean the table and bench before we sat down, he was very rude.

After that, he only came by our table after a while, and it seemed like he had a reason, considering the restaurant wasn't busy. However, he left us waiting for a long time. After taking our order, he collected all the menus, and when I asked him to leave the shrimp festival menu on the table, he refused.

I have worked as a Restaurant Supervisor and a server as well, and I can recognize when someone is not happy and providing poor service. For a moment, I doubted whether the problem was with me and my husband. However, another set of customers arrived and sat behind us, and when Dave took their order, he was just as unprofessional. The customers at that table spoke to the host and requested to change tables and have a new server. The host handled the situation and assigned another server to them.

My husband and I continued to have Dave as our server, and when my husband's plate arrived, everything was a mess. First, Dave entered the wrong shrimp for him, and secondly, his pasta came without any sauce. He had to ask Dave twice to bring it on the side because the pasta was so dry. Please see the attached picture to confirm that I'm not lying. Literally, my husband had to assemble his own plate.

We tried to locate a manager during our experience there, but we couldn't find anyone in charge. It was a really bad experience overall. We are extremely frustrated because we had expected to have a nice and delicious experience there.

I hope someone responsible can now explain to us if this is the regular experience that the restaurant provides for its customers.

All you can eat shrimp fest is the thing dreams are made of. Despite not having the coconut shrimp it was delicious. I would also recommend the off menu 'Alota colada'.

Food is usually consistent and tasty.
Don't like the MINIMUM 18% tip feature on the machine! This will deter us from going more frequently. It should be up to the customer what the Tip should be, not Red Lobster.

It was my husband's birthday. Our dinner was amazing and the staff were excellent. We will be dining here again. Thank you so much for a wonderful day.

I've always enjoyed dining at Red Lobster, but tonight had me second thinking my patronage. We had a lovely server and the food was great, but the manager was going table to table under the guise of playing "customer relations", but very clearly pointed out server weaknesses. It was uncomfortable that she would admonish servers on the floor in the presence of diners. If you want to ensure better service, perhaps offer the service yourself and speak to your staff later. Anything else looks like a power play.

Had a wonderful time. Kudos the the Manager that was working Sunday afternoon. She was understaffed and was having to deal with upset groups of people that did not make reservations and clearly did not understand the ongoing shortage of places that are having difficulty hiring people. She stayed calm and respectful and maintained a professional demeanor. It's not easy to deal with the public. Well done!

I had the endless shrimp it was okay took a really long time to get our food they kept trying to fill us up on the biscuits

Red Lobster has been serving good food at reasonable prices for years at this location. It is a great place to go to for a special occasion or a just a night out. Lisa is a great manager and has been at this restaurant for years. Check out the gardens at the entrance. This is her labour of love for a late colleague. Great place for lunch too!

Absolutely horrible experience waited an hour to get a table waited over an hour for food and waited almost an hour to pay

Service was good. Food portion Was good. Restaurant was clean Bathroom was clean. Parking lot is big. Highly recommend

We had our anniversary dinner there last week, and we also couldn't find a babysitter. The staff were amazing and super friendly they were able to get my 2and half year old to relax and get a lobster out for him to pet. The food was amazing to boot. We will most definitely be coming back soon.

The stuffed mushrooms caps were delicious, I always enjoy the mini lobster tails there but WOW the price of the food was huge it has doubled since the last time I was there. I can't give 5 stars just because of the prices

We were visiting from out of town and decided to stop here for lunch. Food and service (Danielle was our server) were amazing, but the cleanliness of the restaurant and restrooms were lacking.

Our waiter Darcy was the best server I have ever experienced. He made my brother's 50th memorable. He was thoughtful and sincere.
