Very friendly, competent and fast service. The staff were great with the kids. Food was excellent

Food is amazing, this location particular has the best biscuits I've tried. Food is great, service is great, and staff are friendly. Highly recommended.

Food was fine, nothing spectacular. The server was friendly and helpful. Average extremely busy red lobster.

Enjoyable meal. Decent daily deals unfortunately we were sat beside a family who had children playing “baby shark” really loud on cellphones over and over.

We use to go at least twice a year. The server was not friendly. He was rude and ignorant. My wife ordered the fillet. It smelled awful and tasted as bad as it smelled. She sent it back. Out came this little piece of meat that was tough. He didn't even ask if it was alright. It was awful.
The time before this, we had a waitress that seemed like she would rather be in a bar sucking back beers than waitressing. Couldn't even break a smile.
Never again! This was the last time we were there which was a year ago. I just never got around to doing a review.

Just had the unlimited shrimp dinner, absolutely fantastic! What made the dinner amazing was our server Lynne. What a treasure, she was attentive and chatted with us and made our night.

My wife took me here for my birthday. Loved everything about this Red Lobster, through and through. Incredibly sweet servers and waiters. Food was perfect. You can just tell they're managed well.

Went for the endless shrimp. Waitress was rude to us and left for break/or end of shift and never told us. 20 minutes later the waitress taking over for her strolled up and asked if we needed anything.

Great place and family friendly. The staffs were cautious. Adam attended to us and took his time to explain the menu.

Omg! Their food is delicious, every time I go to Niagaras I eat there, The service could improve since it takes a while to serve the food, the staff is very warm and attentive.

First time at the restaurant. The food was great and the front reception was very friendly and welcoming, we were able to get a seat right away. However, the service we received from one of the waitress was very unprofessional.
She refused our request for an extra chair as we found the space to be a bit packed, but it was understandable because the restaurant was busy at the time, and we did agree to be seated to the booth in order to save waiting time in the first place. However, her tone of voice was unacceptable, it was very judgmental, as she told us that we should’ve waited longer for a bigger table in a sarcastic manner, which I find was an unnecessary comment to make to customers. As well, she stood very close to me and stared at me as I payed the bill and tips. This was very uncomfortable and pressuring, and exceptionally unprofessional. It greatly reduced the overall dining experience.

My boyfriend and I had never been to red lobster before so we figured we would give it a try! He’s not very fond of seafood so it was nice to see that they had some options for him. He ended up getting the dockside cheddar burger with a side of the bacon Mac and cheese. He said the burger was good but the star of the show was the Mac and cheese. I got the endless shrimp special. I tried 4 different kinds and they were all SO GOOD! I would definitely recommend the sweet chilli shrimp if you like a little bit of spice. You will definitely get your moneys worth with this order! Our waitress Joanie was fantastic! She was very friendly and provided great service. Will definitely be returning!

Had a lovely evening just a girls night out for 2 the food was exceptional, but I have to give 10 stars to our server, it was a busy night but she took the time when passing our table to check that everything was fine so 10 stars to red lobster on Lundy lane Niagara Falls Ontario we will see you all again soon
