Red Lobster

Food is usually very good but pricy. Ultimate freat now $54! Wow been awhile since i at there. Service is usually friendly and efficient but at times slow or things get added to bill. If you want seafood there really isn't too many choices in Oshawa.

Mike was awesome! Very attentive. The food was hot and fresh. Good size portions as well. The greeter was amazing too.

This was my first time at red lobster and I enjoyed it so much!
"shrimp your way" is incredible value for money and everything tasted great
(shrimp linguini was my favourite together with those awesome complimentary biscuits to mop up the sauce).
my server "deb" was friendly and quick.a great experience!

Better than other GTA R. L.locations I've recently visited. Food was decent. Enjoyed ourselves.

Food walls awesome. We enjoyed our selfs. We did all you can eat seafood, and crab legs. Crab legs weren't all you can eat

Amazing service from the manager JATH. He was able to accommodate our party on a busy night and made sure we had a good experience.

Visited this location a few days back.the food was fresh and delicious.
All dishes were served with the right temperature.
Garlic and grilled shrimp are the best.
Service was just a little slow.
The location was good with plenty of parking nearby.

This place is the worst, not only did I not received my entire order but also my shrimps were not grilled.never again
Not worth the price

I normally go to the Red Lobster at Warden and Sheppard. However, I decided to try the one in Oshawa. Well, this was a mistake. Had to wait 15 mins for drinks, and one came without any garnish. My appetizer came out 4 minutes before my main course which took 25 minutes after the drinks, and guess what. It was lukewarm.

My shrimp skewer was dry, and when I asked where the garlic butter was, I was told I had to request it when I ordered. My rice was hard, and I couldn't find the lobster in the shrimp and lobster linguini dish.

It's either they are understaffed, the cooks have no organized method on the table they are serving and the bartender was clueless or I shouldn't have gone there!

The manager recognized the issue and tried to resolve it, but I was definitely not taking a reorder of my meal.

Great service and the endless shrimps is a great deal. The setting environment seemed a bit old, but it made up for it with great service and food.

Visited Red Lobsters in Oshawa this evening, the evening started well, a young lady seated us as they were quite busy. She then told me Mike would be with us shortly & proceeded to take our drink order & our dinner order. No problem, Mike eventually showed up about 15-20 mins later to introduce himself. Another lady brought the biscuits and Mike brought our dinner. After about 45 mins, we received dinner… we could see the resturant was busy, so we decided to place our second rounds of endless shrimp order. I have no clue what Mike wrote down, but it felt like we were left to the dogs and we just got all random things delivered to the table. Mike never once checked up on us, never once asked if we needed anything extra, we had a women clearing the tables ask us if we wanted refills. Mike honestly was the most pathetic server we could have had as his attention to us was very limited… we honestly ate was delivered to us, and simply paid and left. We were never offered coffee or tea, dessert nothing. It seemed as if we were more of an inconvenience to Mike’s day rather than a welcomed guest for Thanksgiving day.
To the resturant managers, kindly train your servers to make guests feel like they’re wanted. It was a very poor unsatisfactory dinner. To say the least, I’m quite saddened and disappointed with the treatment I received here. Going out for dinner has now become a luxury and a treat to us, and we really should have dinned elsewhere if this was how poorly we’d be treated. Please do better!

Our server was a very nice lady (I forget her name now). She made sure our meals came out in a timely manner and that we were pleased. I always ask that my meal come with my drink but most places usually bring the drink before claiming the meal will only be a few more minutes but she made sure the drink came alongside the meal.
I had tilapia and mashed potatoes alongside the pineapple rita drink (dont know if I spelt that right)

Food tasted amazing but instantly after eating it me and my girlfriend both ended up stuck in the washroom for hours after leaving couldnt even do anything the rest of the night. Don't know what it was but didn't settle good in the stomach. Always have great service here and great food but lastnight someone was off on our food.

One of the times you want to eat something you like, with peace of mind and good service. And here I found it, thank you

Dishes didn't get picked up, until I stacked them for our waitress to make initiative. Drink refills were similar. Had to ask. Only 3-4 other tables occupied.

We dined in during lunch service midweek for the famous all you can eat shrimp promo. Our booth was clean & comfy and the shrimps were juicy and tasty. Not sure about evening parking but there seemed many vacant spots at lunchtime.
