Red Lobster

Our lunch trip was amazing! Our food server Emma was absolutely wonderful she was very nice and checked in with us to ensure everything was to our liking. We had a wonderful lunch and will be back.

Always personable service, and quality food you expect from a specialty seafood restaurant.

Cheddar biscuits did not come until after the main dishes. So much for appetizers.
Other then that food was very good.

Overall experience was great. Food was delicious (endless shrimp, yay!) And our waitress was top-notch, very friendly, and checked in on us as much as she could, considering how busy it was.

Which brings me to why only four stars and not five. From time we placed our order, to time we got our food, was 45 mins for our table of three. I mean, I get it was busy, but it was Sun, and we were seated immediately, so it wasn't that busy. I know it wasn't our servers fault since I watched her leave our table and immediately go to the computer to put our orders in, and when she brought the food it was nice and hot right out of the kitchen.

I'm guessing the kitchen was understaffed, since the dinning room was too. If it's hard to find good/enough workers, then you need to pay more. Simple as that. Red Lobster had a revenue of 2.6 billion dollars last year, (thanks Google), surely they can take some of that revenue and pay their workers more.

Best meal I have ever had. Came in with a family of six to celebrate a birthday. Server was amazing. I had the Admiral's Feast with two helpings of lobster mashed potatoes - 10/10. The manager Amir - a very handsome, young Jewish man - checked in on me and my family to make sure everything was perfect with our meals which I really appreciated. We decided that this will be our go-to spot for birthdays going forward because of the warm reception we got from Amir and the Red Lobster Peterborough location family.

We tried red lobster for my birthday this year. I got king crab that was good but the garlic butter seasoning drenched my plate. Made it very hard to crack the claws. My hands were coated in butter by the end of the meal. When I went to eat my ceaser salad it was drenched in sauce, the salad was litterly swimming in ceaser dressing it was gross. I showed our server she agreed to. So they offered me a free desert for my birthday which was nice. I got the ice cream, completely frezzer burnt. Had 2 bites and and didn't touch the rest. I hadn't been to red lobster in a long time and I was throughly disappointed in my meal. Our waitress was very nice and very apologetic as I nicely mentioned the issues with our meal. Houneslty the only good part of our meal was her. I will definitely not be back here. The fact that every dish they brought us was bad is pretty ridiculous to say the least.

Terrible processed food. It's terrible all around. It was almost like all the food we ordered was pre-made, then reheated.

The only good thing was the waitress

It was a bit crowded as to be expected for a friday night. We were seated quickly even though we didn't have a reservation. Our sever forgot us for a bit but once quickly remedied the situation and went over and beyond to make our dining experience pleasurable. Food was great, but a bit on the salty side.

We had a wonderful experience tonight! Our server Saza was very kind and knowledgeable. Always love eating at Red Lobster, we will be back!

Food was hot, delicious and plentiful.
Waitress was lovely and efficient.
My only quam with my experience was that the restaurant was Very Loud! It was quite busy and that's fine but the music from the speakers were competing with the people noise. It was hard to have a conversation without feeling like we were almost yelling.

The food was amazing! Returning for their salmon very tasty. The service was good, very quick but intimidating to say the least. Over all 9/10 very good restaurant!

I had the double lobster it was cooked to perfection. My wife had the all-you-can-eat shrimp. All I can say is we both were very full and very content

Absolutely delicious food and incredible service. They even let my kids see a lobster at the end. Great place to take a family and a great atmosphere.

Went early for dinner so it wasn't crowded - the atmosphere was great for talking with my friends, a senior couple. The salmon dinner I had was reliably good.

We showed up at 835 pm for a late dinner. We were seated fast and there was about 8 tables total in the restaurant seated (16-20 ppl)
We were there for all you can eat shrimp waitress took our order at 851pm at 930pm we still had not got our shrimp and they close at 10pm so we decided to leave.

We ask for our bill the Manger met us at the front and made excuses on why our food had no came out. Poor service slow food and just all around not a good experience.

What a terrible evening! Went to Red Lobster for a treat for our wedding anniversary. Ordered lobster tails and shrimp. It was terrible. Lobster tails were tough and rubbery and rice had a bad taste. Waitress was rude when I complained and the manager said I should have ordered the more expensive Maine lobster as it was a better quality!
Will NEVER step foot in that place again! What a waste of hard earned money!

Great service, the waitress was very helpful and did an amazing job. This place made me as a customer feel welcome and I would definitely come back and I think anyone in the area should come and enjoy. (Props to Amber best waitress!)

Always a delight. One observation I hope someone reads and does something. When offering crab and lobster, offer a plastic bib as butter and shells were on our clothes after. Besides that it was great.

Amazing location. Great food. Friendly staff. Quick service. Prices are way too high now, all-you-can-eat shrimp is the best deal! Amber served us and she was wonderful! Very attentive and super fast! Food was delicious. Will return for sure!
