Should be renamed to Dead Lobster on the account of the dead lobster in the fish tank first seen when you walk in. On its side, legs up, seen in the murky water. Total loss of appetite.

Had a lovely dinner with my family here. Excellent seafood without the monstrous
price tag you see at regular fancy shmancy seafood restaurants.

The food is delightful, but it's a tad pricey because half of the plate consists of fish wings and other inedible items. For instance, three plates amount to over $150. Despite the cost, I truly appreciate the unique taste of the dishes.

We were seated almost instantly on a busy Saturday evening (without reservation) which I was already impressed with. Our Server, Eric, was amazing! Very kind and accommodating, the herb and garlic snow crab was to die for, highly recommend this place, thanks again Eric and red lobster! We will be coming back:)

Service was excellent, food is bad. Had $30 pasta and it was dry linguine with a few shrimp and a few small pieces of lobster.

Gotta treat yourself sometimes and feel better about yourself, that's the perfect place for that.

Very good meal. Enjoyed it very much.except for the two ladies in the booth behind me. They were complaining about their private lives. All in all made me chuckle a few times.

Good service. Fun game to play while waiting, though it was repetitive and glitchy. Food was good but not amazing. Lobster wasn't very fresh. A nice evening overall.

The waitress was very poor. My wife’s steak was too rare so she sent it back. The waitress brought it back again itwas still too rare. My wife ended up with a new steak but she was eating after the rest of us were finished. The lobster tail all round was very tough and the scallops were not cooked. Almost raw.
There was a lot more issues.

We will never go back. One of the worst experiences all of our table ever had.

Unlike our experience in Kingston, this time we actually had an amazing experience. Everyone, since the moment we walked in, was very friendly and always with a smile on their faces. The waitress was super nice! The food was amazing like we were used to.

We love going to Red Lobster, we went there yesterday and the server was rushing us to get out. He came with the bill without asking us if we wanted something else. We didn't like that part. Overall you always know the food going to be good there.

Service from Zach was amazingly great but some items didn't have the traditional flavors we were used to.sadly seems to be the new norm in the restaurant industry.my kids chose the same meals every visit and they didn't eat any of it this time

Ultimate feast was what we ordered and it was just amazing.soft shell crab was succulent and juicy delight.you can literally taste the freshness of the crab and shrimp, lobster tail was fine but did not feel the same quality of freshness like the Crab.

One of the best places I've ever been to for seafood. Highly recommend. And wish that you get served by Shelby. Great hospitality and service.

Always good eats for a franchise restaurant. Wish we had one on Vancouver Island. Are server was good and informative. The atmosphere at every location is basically the same but its a nice one at that.

I was surprised by the attitude at the front door, when I asked for a table for two I was told to go to the back of the line - there wasn't a line, thats rude
The server was very nice, the food was obviously frozen, I could only taste deep fry oil, I ate a small portion and tossed the rest.my friend ordered the shrimp Alfredo, the sauce was sour and obviously she had been given a plate of spoiled food and didn't eat her meal. Hopefully the homeless guy on the Blvd didn't get sick as he was the lucky receiver of our terrible meal

Family favourite! Been coming here since I was a little kid and we continue to go to this location for almost every celebration (pre-covid). Ordered takeout a few times during covid also and Red Lobster never disappoints. A special thank you to Terry for serving us throughout the years. Haven’t seen him in years, so just wanted to take this post to dedicate a special thanks to him for being so polite and kind. Our family loves him! Great food and great service.

This place was horrible! First of all i ordered an iced tea and what i got was some pop in a kids plastic cup.then i ordered sirloin MEDIUM COOKED and shrimp and when it arrived the steak was almost completely pink and the shrimp was WAY over peppered i couldnt even eat more than 2.and i spent 81 dollars on all that! DO NOT GO HERE! Its as if they expect that those biscuits will keep you satisfied for the rest of the horrible meal! And there was poo in the toilet

The most friendly service! Nice change of menu, however, some of the food is way too salty. Less salt will yield more flavor.

Worst Red Lobster I have ever ordered from. First, the website needs to be updated. When I typed in my address, it tells me that delivery is available, but when you go to order it, it says unavailable. Second, the mussels and escargot had way too much salt on them. The shrimp linguini barely had any shrimp on it and was kind of bland. Sadly, the biscuits were the best part of the meal.

Curb side pickup of 2 Feast dinners to share between 3 of us. Added extra biscuits. Pick up was quick and easy. Great friendly service. Everything was cooked perfectly and still hot when we got home. Great dinner.

Oh que je m'ennuis de ce feanchisé au Québec. Juste pour les pains miam. Je ne mange pas de feuits de mers mais pour faire plaisir à sa douce pourquoi pas. Stayed in hotel in Ottawa last weekend and ordered dinner online at RedLobster.ca. The order was left at my door but it was a wrong bag with some fast-food. I called Red Lobster, they forwarded me to the delivery company, but no one helped. Had to go out for food, but $65 and time was lost
Contacted them on RedLobster.com, was refunded in a week. Changing from 1 to 2 stars: I lost my dinner but got money back with extra effort.

The food is very good at this location. I don’t eat fish or seafood but they have other options as well. The steak is very good. Tried one of their new dishes last night, Kung POW noodles with chicken. It is very tasty and a bit spicy. The service and staff is always good. If you are a seafood lover they have a different special every night of the week that you can try. Ok highly recommend this location.

This was my third time visit, the other day experience was so so, it was my bd and I've got the rudie waiter which spoiled my impression on this place, but this time everything was just perfect, I was enjoying my endless shrimps, daughter and spouse their langust tails.

Service +Food was good but because of the covid we have to wait outside or in ur car around 30min before they send you a text when ur place its available.

I love the lobster shrimp salmon here taste fresh. The staff is so polite and they have covid protocols inside. Worth it would like to go back for a birthday celebration

Nous sommes partis de Montréal pour aller souper au Red Lobster. J’ai aimé ma première expérience. Shuad, notre serveur nous a offert un service impeccable. Wow! Je suis sans mots. Je lui donne six étoiles pour le service offert. Il est complètement bilingue ce qui m’a surpris, on est quand même à Ottawa! La nourriture était délicieuse. C’est certain que j’y retourne. Encore une fois, Shuad, merci pour ton EXCELLENT service.

Waitress went above and beyond. I ordered the salmon with the pineapple relish. Unfortunately I'm allergic to red bell peppers, which I hadn't mentioned as it hadn't occurred to me they'd be in the relish. Not wanting to wait for a new plate and since I had not mentioned my allergies at all, I simply traded meals with my husband. At the end of the meal, the waitress surprised me with a piece of salmon without the relish in a takeout container since I had not been able to satisfy my salmon craving earlier. Unexpected and appreciated! Also, despite the calories, the cheezy rolls were sooo good!

Having heard so much about Red Lobster before my trip to Canada, I had to visit and experience it for myself! Unfortunately it did not live up to expectations. The food was average at best and over priced. Maybe the quality of service and food would have been better, had the restaurant not been as busy!

We've never been disappointed visiting Red Lobster.if you like any type of seafood this place is for you. Or if you're going with other people that like seafood and it's not quite your style there's some other options on the menu as well.

We had to enjoy the all you can eat shrimpfest for my dad's 75 birthday.as usual the food was amazing & the staff made sure my pops was treated like royalty

Was in Québec this week-end for holidays and I had to take a turn to ottawa to try this, and let me tell you this.its worth it! The shrimps with garlic sauce, is the best I ever had!

The lobster tail was a tough, bland lump of dry meat, and our waitress wasn’t very friendly either. There was a slice of lemon on our plate that was already squeezed when we received it. One of the servers was extremely condescending when we told her and gave a sarcastic squinty smile. Our waitress never came over to ask whether we were finished. The restaurant was nearly empty by then, and while we were stacking our own plates, a group of servers was happily chattering amongst themselves across the room. We tried making eye contact, smiling, and waving our arms, but none of them came over for a solid twenty minutes. When she finally did and we asked for the bill, it took another ten minutes just for her to go get the credit card machine ready. Ridiculous customer service and mediocre food at a outrageously high price. Won’t be coming back and won’t be recommending to friends.

Having eaten at a local seafood the week before Red Lobster feels more like Swiss Chalet of fish. Not that it is bad just that it is a little dated and the food feels assembly line. Would I go again? Maybe if there was a group even but not if I was the one making the suggestion.

The waitress was very nice smily she serve us water and at the end of our meal she made a big sunday with strawberry sauve and whip cream for my son and i for free the food was fabulous. They have wheelchair assessable the entrance the sitting and washroom we are very satisfied customers.

The restaurant was dark, there was absolutely no parking in the parking lot. Got on the waiting list online, told them what time we would arrive and arrived at that exact time and still had to wait 20 minutes to sit down. Food was warm not hot, and way too expensive. The only shining star in this experience was my waitress. She did a fantastic job.

My wife and I are huge fans of Red Lobster for years and we go there regularly. Tonight we went with my father in law and brother in law for my father in law’s Birthday (it was his first time at Red Lobster) and received horrible service from a server named Patt. He was not friendly and had a really bad attitude. I was extremely disappointed and was sad for my father in law who received such bad service on his birthday. He did not do anything to make my father in law feel special on his big day.

Had the Endless Shrimp special. There's 5 kinds. The Crunchy Fiesta shrimp were just gross. Despite the name, no crunch at all and smothered in a vile cheese sauce. A soggy mess. Similar problem with the breaded shrimp. No crunch. Kindle a soggy, limo coating, and not a tasty one. The ones you buy frozen at the grocery store are so much better. The garlic shrimp and the sesame grilled shrimp were both good. I would stick to those next time. The shrimp Linguini Alfredo looked nice but didn't thrill me. Maybe it's because I was already full and was just forcing it down to say I had it? You might like it. They do give you a huge quantity of linguini with it to fill you up so you won't order too many shrimp. Mission accomplished. As for the fries, soggy and bland. Why can't they make them like Swiss Chalet who in my opinion have by far the best tasting fries of any restaurant chain? Oh, and the rolls were there usual buttery deliciousness. No complaints there. My server was great. Atmosphere was typical Red Lobster which I like. That's all.

Money's worth and great staff. The food is amazing, the staff brought out a cake with candles for my birthday and were very accommodating (made a personal drink off the menu) when I asked for recommendations. This is the place to go for a good night out with a lover, family, or friends with some of the best food and great wait staff in town. The lobster, stuffed mushrooms, and the cheese cake is to die for.

My only complaint would be that they skimp on the alcohol. Alocoholic drinks taste more like virgin than otherwise.

We drove from Montreal just for the food. Quebec misses red lobster it was ours 18th anniversary and the Food, our waitress and the drinks were just perfect. It was worth the
4hr driving. They had a perfect dipping sauce for the coconut shrimps. It was finger licking good.thanks for the time that we had in your restaurant.

The service was friendly but I was dissapointed in the food. I ordered the surf and turf with crab stuffed shrimp. The shrimp tasted almost stale and was drenched in butter. I expected better from a pricier restaurant known for its seafood

Way too much salt in the food and service is horrible.they seem to push you to leave. You barely finish a drink or plate and the remove it without even asking if you're done. Waiting an hour to have a table and then once seated you're out in under 60 minutes.not a place to have a relaxing dinner!

I and my family had a big lunch at this location. Totally satisfied. The waiter is nice and the food was served pretty fast. Really fresh lobster as it come right from the aquarium. This place is really suitable for a more formal and big meal instead of coming alone.

Favorite part (must try) : bread, mussel and fresh lobster.especially the bread.they use some kind of garlic topping the bread.its a surprise.

Reason for 4 star: as i am a asian, some food like pasta just dont taste right for me no matter where i go.sorry.

About a half hour wait for a party of 4, great considering we showed up around 6: 15pm on Labour Day when everything else was closed. Spent the wait time at the bar area, service was incredibly quick for drinks.

Once we sat at our table, our server Shelby was quick to greet us and very friendly! She was attentive in checking in on us for food quality, drink refills and endless shrimp refills. Thanks for the great service Shelby!

The service has been very poor lately. For the money we spend there the service should be a lot better. This time we went we argued with the server: - (
