Red Lobster

I recently visited Red Lobster and had an excellent experience with their clam chowder and salad combo—ideal for a quick and satisfying lunch, especially when time is of the essence. What made the experience even more convenient was their new checkout option, available right at the table. Settling the bill became a breeze, and it streamlined the entire payment process.

After paying, I encountered a series of feedback questions. While I appreciate the importance of gathering feedback for continuous improvement, I wasn't sure if there was an opt-out feature, as I didn't see one. Nevertheless, the feedback process didn't overshadow the overall positive experience.

Returning for another impromptu lunch today, I was pleased to find that the checkout feature remained quick and easy. It seems Red Lobster took previous suggestions to heart, and the improvements were noticeable. Kudos to the team for their responsiveness.

If you're looking for a nice place for a large group, including kids - you'll enjoy Red Lobster. Great seafood, casual dining, fun memories. We went for lunch when it wasn't so packed. The service was amazing for the number of people we had. Decent kids menu. Good specials and options for non-seafood eaters of all ages as well. Kids got a chance to see a lobster up close too! Crowd-pleasing cheddar biscuits always rounds it up to be the perfect meal out.

Went there for the first time and I was not disappointed. The food and the staff were great. Simply awesome

Spent my bday at Red Lobster for Dinner and the service was impeccable. Our meals tasted amazing and our server Fadi provided the best customer service. Had us laughing all night long and truly made my bday even more special! We all enjoyed the great food and visit!

Red lobster endless shrimp is what I went for, and it was worth the roughly 45 min wait to get a seat. Really great deal endless shrimp for 25$.

The server (named Jason) was great there was a minor mix up with an order but they gave us extra lobster as a way to make up for it.

Had awesome experience. Food tasted fresh yummy and didn't even regret going to red lobster. Service was good even though the restaurant was completely full. We loved all the food items that we ordered.

No biscuits delivered at all, ordered 6 biscuits (not first time they have not delivered biscuits ordered separately). Special request made to manager before placing order none of the requests were done (cocktail sauce and green beans) for the shrimp duo combination, garlic shrimp overcooked and one shrimp bad consistency. Shrimp linguini Alfredo - shrimp over cooked and pasta stuck together in bunches and not cooked. Would not recommend this restaurant to anyone. Once ordered tilapia dinner with sides. They sent the fish and no sides. They are not cheap.definitely not getting money's worth. They would not deliver the missing items so dont get your full meal. They should have a driver on staff for all of their screwups.

Service was good, staff were friendly. The shrimp and lobster linguini was okay, however, the lobster was very small and looked like it was from a lobster the size of a crayfish. The lobster also didn't taste the freshest.

He made my night. It was my birthday today and I was dining with my whole family. We were 9 people including 3 kids.none of us were short of requests and he was not only on top of it all but also was super positive and great energy. I was having such a horrible day today and I think I cried most of the day for all that I went through but this one man changed my day around with his lovely personality full of joy and happiness and made me realize the value of life is in how u manage your day by just being positive. He is an awesome person and because of him I will be visiting Red Lobster many times over for special occasions! I know he will make me and my guest feel special any day!

Its been closed multiple times in the past years by health inspectors for food violations. I would avoid this one

Unlimited Shrimp was really great, would have been greater if there was more options like previous years however. The Passion Colada was absolutely fantastic.

I had the Ultimate feast tonight, sad to say the Waltz shrimp and garlic shrimp were very salty but the lobster tail was perfect. The mash potatoes were dry and the shrimp linguine taste like they put sugar in the sauce.
I was disappointed and felt like this location is going down hill.
So much for a special birthday dinner, I could have had a Sunnys dirty burger and poutine which definitely would have been more favourable.

Such a great location! Me and my girlfriends visited yesterday and the service was amazing. We really appreciated our server Marline. Top notch service and super quick to serve us. This is the best Red Lobster location we have been to. Highly recommend.

Its ok.
Seems like the same food for the last 15 years. Its expensive and out dated. Staff are always nice, food is never bad, but a meal for four coming to $200 I can get better elsewhere.

Order crab pasta and it was pitiful. Basically no crab meat and the pasta was bland. Not impressed at all so not worth the price.

The manager was great; my DOB was not on my vaccine papers and he let me in - grateful because I was there to end my 10-day fast (yep). My waitress knew her stuff, even the low-carb items; she checked on my progress several times. Good choice of music, not too loud (I'm super sensitive) and the steak was cooked how I love it - which doesn't happen often. When the food arrived, it was hot but not tongue-burning and really good as you can imagine. Picture Ultimate Surf & Turf w/green beans and no biscuit.

After ordering $345 worth of food, items were missing. Had to drive back to pick up the rest, But thanks to the manager Joaquin and Angel, they made the father's day dinner special. Thank you for your great customer service greatly appreciate it

Service was great. We ordered the fish and chips which were hot and done to perfection. Our server was friendly and efficient.

Fake cheap seafood. Used to be a good restaurant and now it's sodium infused microwave heated packs of shrimp are just full of chemicals. Might as well be Mcdonalds. Not for me.

Came here on a Sunday evening the wait was 35 - 40 minutes we waited it out and got a seat

The server was wonderful and friendly introduced herself and recommended their signature appetizer Mushrooms stuffed with seafood

We ordered the appetizers with drinks
Ordered a Shrimp Ceaser and a Bahama mama for drinks and for appetizers ordered Mushrooms stuffed with seafood and Lobster - Artichoke dip which was served with deep fried nachos A definite put off
We couldn’t have the nachos were terrible however the dip was fine
The seafood stuffed mushrooms were awesome
The mushrooms had lots of cheese over it which was excellent

Our drinks were excellent loved them
We were served biscuits after our appetizers were over?

We then ordered a clam chowder and a lobster bisque soup The clam chowder soup was good however the lobster bisque was really not like lobster bisque
It tasted more like a pumpkin soup

We were stuffed by now and had no room for the main course

Was a wonderful evening with a great and friendly service and some interesting food
Next time I’m not going to stuff on the soup instead will order mains
Am definitely returning here for some more interesting stuff from their menu

Best place in town unfortunately no dine in nowadays but delivery and takeout is on. You can order from Uber Eats, Skip tje dishes, Doordash etc.

Ordered 7 hours ahead of time. System let me pick a time when i ordered to pick it up. Then i got a text telling me it was ready, so i drove all the way to the store just for someone at the store to tell me that theyre running 30-45 mins behind.

If youre going to be running so far behind then why have an online pickup time system. This is rediculous and unnacceptable. I cant even call to complain because theyve disconnected their phone line and it automatically hangs up all calls.

We did take out, the wait was a little longer than expected time, but that was okay they were very busy. It was truly worth the wait, the food was amazing, and I ordered some of there famous biscuits and got extra, maybe some of it came with the meal. Will definitely do take out again from there.

Got food for mothers day, it was busy but the staff worked hard, had to wait a little but it was worth it. Food was delicious

Me and my family love red lobster. My favourite would have to be the shrimp fettuccini alfredo pasta. My family always comes to this location and we are always overly happy with our visit. Staff is always so quick & friendly & service is amazing. Keep up the great work

Awful service. I ordered for pick up for 5: 30pm, and when I got there they said it would be another 5-15 minutes. 30 minutes later still not ready. So I had just had to request for a refund!

Was decently surprised. Mussels were to die for. Crab was good too. Alfredo pasta was great. Not a fan of lobster in general (though i’ve only tried it here)

If you plan on ordering here during New years eve, plan on being disappointed. The service tis terrible. They had us on hold for 20 MINUTES then randomly hung up. Then we redialed and they said there not taking anymore orders. Absolute waste of time

This locations service is excellent (and I think mind readers). We ordered dinner and never mentioned it was our mom’s birthday and they put a delicious piece of cake in the package. In addition the food was packed impeccably! Thank you, made my mom’s day special!

Very disappointed. This is the second time I’ve ordered take out and its the second time they’ve missed items on my order, including the biscuits. To make it worst, it was my birthday dinner with my family. I want to support small businesses but simple events like this make me not want to bother. Please use this feedback to improve training on your team. I did provide two star as the food we did receive was tasty.

At the first moment you arrive in that restaurant the stuff gives you a great feeling. Very hospitable hosts, it is a nice restaurant to hang out with buddies or with your date. Excellent cooking, skillful chef, modest cost and excellent service. Highly recommended.

Love red lobster. They have amazing crab legs, shrimp and lobster. Their biscuits are delicious, but you need to be careful not to eat to much because the calories will go straight to the hips. LOL

Updated review.ordered food for take out due to covid unable to dine in. Had an amazing experience ordering my food. The gentleman was super helpful and really friendly.since it was my birthday he gave me a free dessert. Will definitely go back there again to take out food.

I'm always one for a good seafood lunch and an even better seafood dinner. We love Red Lobster in Brampton because as one of the top junk removal companies in the greater Toronto area (Junk X) we are always building up our appetites. After a long day of junk removal in Brampton a great place to have a meal in Brampton is Red Lobster especially during the all-you-can-eat crabs legs specials which we never miss. I give Red Lobster 5 stars!

Sea food love affair! Red Lobster is a place to get comfort food, portions are enough to fill you up and the staff is super friendly!
It’s a cozy place, with homely decor and plenty of food.
They have the most incredibly yummy garlic dinner biscuits, we probably ate about 8! We had their platter, lobster tail, coconut shrimp, garlic shrimp, asparagus, scallops, and fries.
Our food was hot when we received it and it was it was excellent!
We are planning our second visit already!
Definitely check it out. Their garlic everything is great!

Have always tried to like red lobster cause my mom liked it.but not for me. I'd rather go to a Chinese resto that serves lobster.tastier that way.

Not impressed. Went here last weekend for their endless shrimp special. Food was good and yes shrimp is endless. Portions were good as well however the restaurant is really quite too small and is in dire need of a renovation. The place was absolutely packed and we went there for 530pm no room to walk comfortable and the waiters had to take turns walking in between tables. Low on staff so we didn't receive a constant check up but our waiter tried his best, you could tell he was overwhelmed. This location should really consider a renovation. Decor is extremely out of date and looks very old, has potential but needs more attention to staffing and space. Tables are very uncomfortable and crowded.

Lost its touch from yrs agi.feels like the foodbis frozen. They dont replinish your biscuits. And the food is salty

Masey served us at the bar tonight. He was very pleasant and provided great service. He’s clearly a people person who blinked how too please his customers.

So disappointed. We went here last weekend and ordered mussels as an appetizer. This dish was very salty. We then remembered why we do not come here often. When the entrees came my food was cold and salty again. Very disappointed. I did not bother to return the food. When food leaves the kitchen they should make sure its hot! Dont think we well return.

Lived up to my expectations! Food was good and service was good, a little slow though considering we were in a rush to catch a flight.prices were average for a restaurant like that.would definitely return!

Food was delicious! Although I'm not a shrimp or lobster eater there were fish choices that could accommodate me. Service was excellent.

Well, our order was wrong, twice. The server spoke so low we could not hear ANYTHING he said. When the order was corrected they were snarky. Our dirty dishes sat on our table until I had to go get the host to clear them. It was kind of surreal. Red Lobster was once a good experience. This location seems to be falling apart at the seems. No communication from entrance to exit. We will take our money to a new seafood choice. Nostalgia brought us there tonight. We will scratch that next time we have a reminiscent moment.

I came here for dinner on a Thursday evening with my partner. I've been to this location several times over the years and the service is always great. The staff are all very helpful, friendly and attentive. The food is always at least good, pretty consistent for a chain restaurant.

Today we were served by Benicio, who was very pleasant, quick and polite. He knew exactly the right moment to come check on us and had our food at our table promptly. I ordered the endless shrimp, which included a side (broccoli), garlic shrimp, sesame ginger shrimp and fiesta shrimp. The fiesta shrimp was so simple yet tasty, as was the sesame shrimp. I also ordered a mai tai and Tiki punch which were both sweet but a nice balance to the savoury meal. My partner ordered the Yucatan tilapia which came with rice and some jumbo shrimp. It was a bit spicy but really flavourful. Along with a beer for him, our total was $80, not including tip.

Overall, the menu dishes stay mostly the same with just a few new additions every so often. But if you have a craving for simple seafood, cheddar biscuits and want super friendly service like we did, I'd recommend coming here. Don't expect anything outstanding but do expect to have a pleasant dining experience.

The restaurant located in Brampton on Queen St. E, is where I dined out. Having the craving for the shrimp I now know what pregnant woman experience's with urges towards food. The staff are very accommodating, especially the young lady who served me. These folks have to remember the menu inside and out, as well as the specials, I have trouble remembering where I left my house keys. So Hats off to you folks. So for the price of my meal endless shrimp, I personally recommend the Mediterranean Shrimp which I have had multiple repeated servings of. Altogether around 130 shrimp in total, what to much, if it tastes great then eat to your stomachs content. Again thanks to the staff for a nice experience, To my server Ginette, the cooks and the dishwasher for clean dishes, keep up the good work! Mon. Aug, 20 I just had to go back for more of the endless shrimp. Yes I over ate but well worth it, and for the price the stores should be ashamed of themselves for charging the price they do. When for under $25.00 per person, you have a clean environment and friendly staff to serve you. Again a great place to take a new acquaintance out to for the first of many dates.

Loved it, went at 8pm only waited 30 minutes. Waiter made sure we always had those delicious biscuits on the table. And our drinks were topped up. Very good location

The food is pretty dull. I was basically served bare chicken and sauce. A little seasoning wouldn't hurt. A/C was on full blast freezing cold.

Food is always really good. Wish they let people make reservations for certain days. Not sure if its weekends or weekdays they dont allow reservations but when it gets busy you'll be waiting up to 2 hours for a seat. Come early.

For a place that has Lobster in its name, it has surprisingly very little lobster on the menu. The food was tasty nonetheless, but. More crab and shrimp dishes than lobster. That was the only disappointment.

First off gave me the wrong order.when I sent it back they tried to deny.then brought out another meal that had hair in it.recently got shut down for lack of proper storage for food and not enough pest control.do not eat the 410 and queen location unless u want to be sick

Pricey, but great food. Busy place when we went on a Friday at 7. Great servers! Can't say enough good stuff about them. Took great care of us and our kids. Even took a lobster out of the tank so the kids could see it up close.

We ordered online so we could pick it up. They gave us a time for when it would be done but we still had to wait so long. On top of that while we were waiting, they charged us for 2 drinks that were for someone else. When we got our order they didn't give us our sides for our meals. The chef that was cooking that Saturday night did not know what he was doing. The biscuits were burnt, the shrimp and pasta were way too oily and the lobster was not boiled properly. Their food used to be good but now it's not worth the price.
