Slow service, drinks are watered down, the server was wearing sandals which is kind of gross.

Do not come here! Disorganized and horrible. We waited an hour and a half for our food, which came in dribs and drabs, orders were wrong, no sauce on the burgers and cheap fake chicken strips and 6 fries. So disappointing!

This place sucks, it used to be ok and the food isn’t that bad but, BUT their costumer service SUCKS, they do not serve you your orders. This used to be my girlfriend’s favorite place and we went there every anniversary for 8 months and every time, EVERY SINGLE TIME, they forgot sometimes, ignore something we order. And when I ask they say “sorry I forgot about”, even if they wrote it down. Instead of increased your prices, GIVE A BETTER COSTUMER SERVICE

This used to be one of my favourite places to go. Really good prices and adorable food and drinks. Last time we went the service was terrible.

We tried to order food and drinks, and the server said she could only get us the food order but not the drinks.

We tried to order drinks with a different server, but he turned us down and said “you had too much to drink and you have a red face” which wasn’t true. We were at the restaurant for only 5-10 minutes and have not had anything served to us. We were not intoxicated or disturbing the peace so there was no reason for the server to turn us down, very strange experience.

We waited for our food which never came, so we ended up leaving. The only reason this is a 3 star is because all my prior experiences were good

When we need a place where we can gather more than 10 people, our choice is Res Room.

They have plenty of space and prices are really cheap compared to other places around.

You can relax if you book the booth on the left side.

Food wise, not the best but price makes up for it.

This place is always great! Highly recommend for an easy night where you don't get that aching feeling when the bill comes.

The first time my girlfriend and I had enjoyed drinks and ordered nachos, everything was great, service, food quality, drink strength. No complaints.we came back about 3 months later to be “cut-off” as soon as we sat down and could only order food, the waiter had said my face was red (it was -20 outside) and I was “too intoxicated”. I was so surprised and couldn’t understand how they could possibly be accusing me of this and it was quite embarrassing as I obviously never had anything to drink. We took our business elsewhere. Very rude and dissatisfied

Been in Toronto for a week at the Toronto Boat show and I can tell you this was the best food and service we have had Reichel and Sara made it absolutely perfect. Will go again before week is over.

Worst experience! We arrived 3 hours before the close as a group of 4. From the second we arrived, the waiter was pressuring us to order drinks quickly. We had been there for less than 3 minutes and he has already asked us what we wanted 5 times. He told us to hurry as he wanted to close the bar in 30 minutes. He waited very close to our table, looking at us and pressuring us to order. He kept looking at the clock and he rolled his eyes in front of us. We immediately left after his awful welcome. We even witnessed the same scene with a couple who has arrived at the same time as us. We were so excited to try the Red Room as we were only in Toronto for a few nights, but we left very disapointed! Don’t go there!

Amazing food, quick excellent service, great prices and a very unique clean and friendly atmosphere. Beyond happy my new favourite place to eat in toronto!

Friendly staff and great service. Handled our random birthday party of 20 or so with ease.

This place has good food, but you should activate yourself on Uber occasionally, would love to order for delivery but it's too far to pick up. Why be on the Uber eats app but never online.
