My husband and I hosted our wedding reception here in May 2023. We booked the venue with Anna in March of the same year, and though it could have been a stressful process due to the timing and the size of the event, Anna made it fun, simple, and easy!

The hall itself is gorgeous. Nearby venues don't even compare. It's clean, classy, and the team at Red Rose is always making changes to keep the venue looking modern and luxurious.

Our experience with Anna and Red Rose — from beginning to end — was everything we had hoped for. Leading up to our event, the interactions were friendly and professional, and we had a clear understanding of costs, processes, and deadlines.

On the day of the event, the entire staff was so incredibly kind, helpful, and professional. Anna and her team monitored the event closely the entire time so my husband and I could sit back and enjoy.

I'm usually not a fan of banquet hall food, but Red Rose was so different! Their food was delicious, well seasoned, and fresh! All of our guests raved about the food days after our reception.

If you have an event coming up and you actually want to enjoy it, Red Rose is the way to go. They'll make it easy and beautiful.

A lovely place to host an event! My cousin’s daughter got married here over the weekend and the hall was so impressive! The staff were efficient and the men’s bathroom was clean!

Attended a wedding there. Pretty good place for a wedding arrangement. Spacious parking lot. Decorations inside the center were nice.the service inside the center was good too. Overall a good place to arrange family events or formal events.

We hosted my sisters wedding reception at Red Rose this past weekend and my experience from start to finish was amazing! I worked with Neelam since the time of booking the venue up until the event finished. She was so kind and easy to work with and any time we had any requests or issues, she would help us come up with a solution. The food was EXCELLENT and our entire family loved the apps and dinner. I had the opportunity to work with Neelam and her team at Red Rose to celebrate my engagement party this December. First off, Neelam was extremely professional throughout the whole process. She was in frequent contact with me at all times, and went above and beyond to ensure my vision was captured to the smallest details. Before deciding on Red Rose, I was considering other venues for my event but was instantly turned off by the disinterest they displayed as I would inquire about processes. When I met Neelam, she showed so much interest and care toward what I wanted, explained everything with great detail, and provided very helpful opinions since she is more expert than me when it came to planning these big events. She quickly understood my standards and sense of taste, and made sure any recommendations made were suitable to my liking - she is truly a mind reader: D and amazing at party planning.

Neelam recommended several vendors to me, all of which delivered to my expectations as she promised. The whole experience was seamless, and very stress-free for me.

The night of the event, Neelam had everything set up as we had discussed, and she took charge of getting my family and friends organized leading up to the event as most of us know that we tend to forget a lot of the small details once the night begins! She problem solved on the spot during the night when small inconveniences arised, and ensured to keep me stress-free and enjoying my magical night.

The food and bartending services were spot on; everyone raved about the quality of the food, it was served on time and drinks were delivered with professionalism and poise. Red Rose also gave me the option of having 2 specialty drinks served during cocktail hour, adding an additional layer of flare to this great evening.

Neelam, A BIG BIG THANK YOU for making my first wedding event a huge success! I truly could not do it without you. The support and guidance you provided throughout this experience I will never forget.

Good wedding or event center provides nice food and wedding services. This place is good for Wedding, Nikah, Valima and Mehndi. Big hall is nicely designed and have good imner seating to serve a big party.

While I haven't actually attended here for an event, I'm writing a review based on my experience looking for a venue.

The outside is very regal looking, and catches your eye as you walk in. As you walk inside to the foyer, it's designed with a similar aesthetic. Looks very grand on the inside, with beautiful staircases on each end and a waterfall in the middle. The halls beautiful, and incredibly spacious. There is a smaller venue located on the side of the building as well, for lower guest counts.

The customer service was excellent, and they took their time to explain all of the features and benefits to booking an event with Red Rose. We left with the feeling that this venue would provide excellent customer service if we went with them, which was a huge benefit.

There is ample parking in the lot, including accessible parking.

Again while I cannot speak for the food, after looking at the menu everything appeared fantastic. There are different types you can go for, depending on which type of cusine you prefer. There are also a couple of different halal menus you can choose from as well.

Looking forward to eventually attending an event here!

The staff at Red Rose convention center has to do better. I work as a photobooth operator and last night I worked a 4 hour shift. Talking to guests all night long and helping them look their best. I went to the bar to ask for water as I normally do to catch a quick break. I waited until their was a break in the crowd and then asked the bartender for water. He proceeded to get water from the tap and It was possibly warm because when I looked at the cup it was cloudy. When I told him I don’t drink tap water, he told me “well you’re not getting anything else”

I explained to him that I’m running the photobooth, it’s been busy and I would like some to drink please. He told me no again, the guests at the bar had to be like “c’mon man” so he says ok what do you want, so I said soda water please. He takes the cup full of tap water, throws it at the sink and then fills my cup with bitter tonic water.

It’s not like I ordered a rum and coke, which for most weddings isn’t that big of a deal. I usually tip my bartenders too if I see things are slow. But since I wasn’t willing to drink the Luke warm tap water, he had an attitude with me.

Please train your staff to treat everyone, vendor or guest with respect. I work a lot of weddings and vendors are supposed to work together, yesterday didn’t feel like that at all.

It’s Wonderful Party place, I attended couple of family parties here. Their food is good and tasty. They have variety in drinks and cocktails. Nicely designed interior and exterior. Easy accessible location.

Beautiful venue, designed to have two functions simultaneously with equal decorations. Good food too with excellent service. Love the lights included, wish the washroom signs weren’t visible on the staircases that we were all taking pictures on.

Recently I had my son's wedding reception in Red Rose convention centre and the experience was amazing. Right from the start Neelam was able to guide and provide us with information for us to make informed decisions. The food was excellent and servings were plenty. My guests truly appreciated all the services and was very happy with the event. This could not have been done without Neelam overseeing things at every step and ensuring things are in place and in order.

Had the pleasure of hosting my engagement party here and everything was just perfect! Anna was my point of contact and she did absolutely fantastic! She always reassured me and made the process of planning super easy!
The food was so good, my guests could not stop talking about it the next day!

10/10 experience!

We had my daughter’s wedding and reception at Red Rose on June 25,2022. Our event coordinator was Anna Gill. She was very professional, hardworking and helpful who genuinely wants to make your event perfect. Honestly, absolutely everything provided exceeded our hopes and expectations. The entire process of planning was so easy. The hall is clean beautiful and very spacious. Food for the wedding and for the reception was very delicious. All our guest could not stop praising how good the food was. A million thanks to Anna Gill for giving us an unbelievable day, and memories we will cherish for a lifetime.

Biggest mistake was trusting neelam Sethi. She will make you feel like she actually cares about your wedding and will say, I have only 1 daughter and for that reason, when anyone’s daughter gets married, I give it my all. Once she takes your final payment, she turns into a different person. All she did was stress me out during my reception. During cocktail hour my family had to keep telling her staff that the appetizers needed to be refilled. She kept bugging me during my reception to tell me to tell my family to stop asking to refill the food. There was no refill on naan, many of my guest left without eating dinner. We had to beg her to refill the dinner. We booked for 600 guest, less then 500 attended, there’s no reason the food should run out. During performances, her staff are walking on the dance floor and pushing their carts. Bar closed at 12: 30 AM, guest couldn’t even get a soft drink. We asked if she could kindly let us party till 1: 30am after paying thousands of dollars. She shut off the lights and said you guys are the worst people ever, you kept bothering me to refill the food. Please don’t trust her like we did. On my reception she is telling me you have the worst family because they were trying to make sure everyone eats. Worst experience ever. Her own brother said to us, you should have booked it under me I would have let you stay till 1: 30am. Every person in this convention centre has their own rules. If you need my Vendors to confirm the details above, leave a comment I will tag them. Lastly, the projectors that we paid extra for have the worst picture quality. Everything was dark and blurry. Don’t pay for those, instead pay your DJ for their screens.

Update: I don’t have a sister. So stop the lies. Maybe us treating our vendors like family, makes you think they are our family! Please stop with your lies, #karma. We were doing what we could do get food for our guest, including apologizing at my own reception. And please stop with your lies. Stay away from this place! Your own brother told us why would you book with her. If still someone wants to book this hall, book with her brother. Everything she’s saying is just to protect her “business” I wouldn’t waste my time writing a paragraph for no reason. Feel free to ask my vendors if they are my relatives. DJ Ksquare, cinevision, kreative k, H and R decor.
Liquor license says 2AM, please look again.

Attended wedding yesterday, the venue is very nice. I could only stay for appetizers they were exceptional. The staff was very courteous.

Excellent Venue, Amazing Food & Great Service.

We had an engagement ceremony in the family last month (August 2022) and Red Rose Convention Centre made it a memorable one for us and our guests.

Our family announced about the event somewhere in April 2022 and we just had a couple of months in hand to finalize everything from square zero and it was our first time to plan such a big event in Canada. We knew it would be a herculean task to find a venue in GTA within such a short span of time alongwith budget constraints. We went and saw a few places but either they didn't meet our requirements or the dates were not available due to overlapping of marriages/receptions from 2020 & 2021. This is where universe came to our help and we met Ms. Neelam Sethi, who is one of the managers at Red Rose.

She was humble enough to show all the Banquet Halls and explained us all the possible options (as per Hindu Rituals) related to different halls, décor, catering etc.

She accommodated different requests from our side and helped us plan the ceremony seamlessly by taking care of all the nitty gritties of the operations management. Their catering and service team did an excellent job with the food preparation & tables' setup and all the guests were happy & satisfied with the food and service on the day of the engagement ceremony. Jalebi Live station was the biggest highlight of the evening. Recommending everyone to have it in your event.

Overall, it was one of the best experiences in terms of service, cleanliness, commitment & delivery and we are very happy & satisfied to have Red Rose Convention Centre as the Engagement Ceremony Venue.

Recently I attended along with my family an engagement ceremony at this centre. The Hall was spacious and clean. Staff were very polite and go out of the way to accommodate special requests. The starters were excellent. When the dinner was laid out, I was checking with the staff as to which food was Vegan since myself and my daughter are vegan. The staff went inside the kitchen to find out from the chef, and a little later, the Owner/Manager (I presume came out). She told me that all the food ordered for dinner for this event have diary products. But she went out of the way and got vegan food (lots) from the kitchen like jeera rice, mixed vegetable, chole and noodles. Needless to say, there were super tasty. A very special thanks to the staff for this special accommodation.

Worst spot in the GTA. Literally so hard to enter cause of all the traffic and bad drivers. Went to a graduation and the spacing inside was terrible couldn’t even see the stage.

We recently celebrated our daughters baptism at Red Rose, my guests and I had a wonderful time. I'm not sure how she does it but Neelam at Red Rose Convention is the star of organization and coordination. She was always available for conversation and discussion about the event. She is super friendly, straight forward and honest. The venue itself is beautiful and clean. Easy to decorate and navigate. Thank you Neelam and staff for your hospitality.

Went to a wedding a couple of weeks ago. Left without eating dinner and the owner picked up the food so fast. Couple had to beg her to bring out the food. The owner argued with the bride in front of everyone. Finally the owners brother brought out some “cold” left overs.

Red Rose Convention Center is a great place to do the wedding, parties and any other events.
It is vary spacious, well organized, comfortable for any occasion.
They have a huge packing areas.always have a good time.attending the events in Red Rose.

A huge thank you to Neelam and staff, for all the hard work, cooperation, organization. I had my wedding reception here, it was splendid. Decor was done really well, food was excellent. They even brought a plate of appetizers and drinks to the bridal suit. The hall is beautiful, the banquet was stunning, the bridal suit was big and spacious with its own washroom, huge parking lot for guests. They cooperated really well, and everything was very organized. The pricing, variety food choices, DJ, overall everything was done perfectly. I had almost 200 guests, and there's still a lot of room for more guests, the hall is very spacious for all your needs. Perfect place for photoshoots too. I would highly recommend others to book events at this location. My guests, and family had a really amazing time, and enjoyed every bit of it. I've also had other friends and family that did their wedding reception here as well, and it was spectacular. As a bride, i felt like a queen! Speaking as a guest and the bride, this location for any kind of event will blow your mind. I was very satisfied with my experience and cooperation with them.

I had my Walima at red rose and this venue + Neelam were both amazing. Neelam was incredibly helpful and was available at the hall until the last guests left.amazing service, and clean/organized venue. Food was also 10/10. Highly recommend

We fell in love with the venue on the tour. Anna has been amazing, she is so helpful! They are very accommodating.

I had my Mehndi in Red Rose on Nov 19,2021.
Neelam was the most attentive, caring and helpful manager.she guided me through the beginning of wedding planning till last minute accommodations.

The service on the main day was exceptional. The decorations were exactly as asked, food was constantly served ensuring no empty dishes at any time and all the staff were amazing.

I had a really bad experience with my wedding which was held at Versailles Convention Mississauga. The chef did not cook properly and the food wasn’t served on time. Most dishes were empty during dinner. There was a long line outside for Covid questionnaires holding the guests. Hence, I recommend Red rose over any other convention centres in missisauga as their service is their priority.

Neelam was a pleasure to work with! She accommodated everything we had asked for, went above and beyond for our desires! Super understanding especially during the covid times! We had the engagement in September but I just got around to writing this review. The hall is breathtakingly beautiful and clean! We still get compliments for picking this hall! Thank you neelam and the wonderful team! We couldn’t be more grateful!

Our experience with this venue and those involved was amazing! It started with a phone call with Neelam and the positive experience lead to a signed contract within a few days! She was thorough and made sure any and all of our questions were answered. Communicating with her up until the end of our wedding reception was so easy. Thank you Neelam for ensuring a smooth, seamless process. The venue is so clean, has beautiful finishes and the setup is perfect for any type of event. We had the full hall for our wedding reception and had zero complaints about service. All of the staff members worked in sync. The food (we had indian) was delicious! The location is perfect. Fairly priced. I would definitely recommend Red Rose to anyone looking for a venue! Neelam, thank you once again!

What an amazing experience! I have been to this hall as a guest a couple times and it has always been a fun experience. This time I was there as an emcee to host a wedding. The venue was decorated very immaculately. This was the first time I had a chance to really appreciate the whole experience because I was a part of it and not a guest. The staff and management worked so well together and with me, and the itinerary and events were right on time. The team was always around for anything needed by myself or the wedding hosts. And the food. It was amazing! The snacks were wonderful and I really loved the hot dosa station and jalebi station. I look forward to returning as an emcee or guest! It was a fun time!

We attended 60th birthday on dec 3rd we were very happy with the manager Neelam sethi very efficient and help full also bartender was great he knew his drinks very well

Went there for my nieces valima, it's a nice place, the service was excellent, the staff were well trained, efficient and very friendly. The food was good as well. Hope the owners keep their standard up, would highly recommend.

Attended wedding dinner reception at this convention centre. Although the place is not fresh new and there are signs of aging, it is clean and hygienic everywhere. The convention centre has a smooth operational set up in response to Covid-19 precautions. Place was decently decorated and spacious. The only comment I had was about the audio effect especially inside the event hall. I believe it either needs an upgrade or engineering review to the sound and acoustic effect as there was too much echoes when people was giving speech. Audio effect being an integral part for the whole event should be addressed.

We just got married at Red Rose this past weekend!

It was nothing but easy working with Anna throughout the entire process, especially considering all the uncertainties that COVID had brought. We initially booked the venue prior to COVID restrictions. From the moment the restrictions were put in place, Anna walked us through all the different options to ensure we would have a positive experience. She kept us up-to-date throughout the entire time.

In the end, we decided to keep our wedding and move forward with a small, intimate 10-person wedding. Without being asked, Anna updated our contract without any penalties to adjust the pricing accordingly. This was greatly appreciated and helped us tremendously. You can tell that they care about their clients and have their best interests in mind.

Anna also coordinated with our vendors prior to the event to ensure that the day went as smoothly as possible. For example, she accommodated our decor vendor with requests to decorate outside of typical hours. On the day of, she was on the floor ensuring she was always available for questions and checking in to confirm that we had everything we needed.

We are greatly appreciative of Anna and Red Rose, and would highly recommend the venue for any events.

Worst service, greedy selfish owners. They are taking deposits and will not refund anything. Booked the hall pre-covid, and they were closed on the date booked for but will not issue a refund. I am supposed to apparently wait years to have an event I no longer need. In the works to issuing a litigation with my lawyer. Not good people to do business with - public is going through times as tough if not tougher than the times you are going through.

Iam writing to express my gratitude to Neelam for the service I was offered on 8th July 2018 on my daughters wedding Reception. All my friends remarked afterwards on the standard of the food and service that we received. All the food was very tasty and well presented. I would definitely recommend this venue to anyone with a special occasion. I also would like to take a moment to thank Neelam and I appreciate her for the great service by her employees. Although it was crowded, they were always available, smiling and made us feel welcomed and comfortable.

I recently held an event at Red Rose and it was phenomenal. When booking a venue, I was looking for a high degree of professional customer service, great tasting food, and a beautiful hall - Red Rose did not disappoint. My guests complimented the food all night, loved the look of the venue and had a great time. Anna was amazing to deal with and ensured all my VERY detailed requests were addressed. Both Anna and the staff working my event were a pleasure to work with and went above and beyond all my expectations. I will definitely be booking my future events here.

We got married at Red Rose in May & had an exceptional experience working with Neelam. She was with us from the day we booked till our wedding day. Red Rose Convention is by far one of the most amazing experiences I have encountered! I have visited Red Rose several times previously for other weddings so naturally when it came for me to host one of my own events (my parents anniversary party) - I chose them! Anna ensured my experience was amazing from the minute I stepped in & had my consultation with her and her team! She replied back to my emails promptly, went over every SINGLE detail in a professional manner and went above and beyond with all of my requests and expectations! The food was amazing - my guests kept going back for seconds!
